good value for money

friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in / out, nice view on the sea. liked the bed and shower.

earplugs were provided in the room, but i still prefer absence of sound over blocking it out in my ears (double glazing would go some way i would expect)

Very noisy at rear of property due to constant noise from extractors. Couldn’t establish contact with staff by phone. Didn’t want to get up get dressed to go to find someone

came down from oxford to say my good byes to miss jason on the sunday great send off

In the room there was a little card to say breakfast £10.00 when i went for breakfast i was charged £12.00 the lady who was serving breakfast was also checked me in. when i mentioned on the card in the room it said £10.00? she said its £10.00 if you book at reception .i said i was not asked if i wanted to book breakfast .so it abit confusing may be going for is to ask the customer when checking in

Too expensive. Too small. Very noisy.

Great location. Decent bar. Decent breakfast.

Dust in room triggered a strong allergy for my wife which she is still recovering from. The room was very noisy - people outside could be heard at night and when it was windy the noisy was very loud. Very expensive for the tiniest room I have ever had. It was far too small.

Excellent weekend trip

Excellent location, bar and nightclub fantastic. Love that ear plugs are left in room for patrons use..we use them in nightclubs because we find it easier to hear each other then.. staff very helpful.

Perfect for the price and location.

Conveniently situated, lovely sea view, friendly and helpful staff. Good value parking arrangement allowing you to park nearby for 24 hours for £12.50

Nothing really. The room was small, but comfortable. A bit noisy but to be expected when right on the seafront. Blackout blinds or curtains would be a nice touch as there was a street light directly outside the window!!

Quality overnighter whilst working in the area

Breakfast was beautiful and the location was great to venture in to the heart of the action whilst overlooking the sea. Amazing value for money and very cheap parking permit issued by the hotel allowing me to park in the street next to the hotel. I'll definitely be staying in this hotel again when either visiting or working in the area

Hotel great, booking.com misleading - stating parking when there definitely isn't any

Very nice room overlooking the pier and beach. Everyone very friendly

I booked this because you state that it has parking. There is no parking at the hotel and there is no parking near it. It cost me a lot of time in the morning and evening and caused me expense which needs refinding by yourselves

Great seafront location, sea view and onsite entertainment

The people in the next room were noisy at the beginning of my stay. I didn't have a problem with the music or external noise, so I didn't use the earplugs that were provided. I found the room a bit warm but it was very hot weather! A fan was also provided but I opened the window. I had trouble with my room key but the staff, kindly reset it!

The view was fantastic

The night club in the basement that went on til 4pm and the one across the road that went on til 7, got no sleep and left a day early, no one at the property wanted to give a refund even though they admit it's a problem. This should be made clear when you book.

The room with a sea view was honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Super clean, beautiful, the view was to die for, staff is very friendly and helpful, location is amazing, breakfast service lovely. Amazing value for price.

The fire alarm falsely went off two out of the three nights of my stay, that's the guests' fault though.

Most enjoyable

I chose this hotel again for its closeness to the sea ,and short walk to the lanes .As always I had a great welcome on my arrival. Was given a very spacious room on the third floor with a partial sea view.. My breakfast although an extra , was worth every Penny ,I thoroughly enjoyed it,great freshly cooked food and a fantastic selection to choose from. They will definitely be seeing me again soon.

Room was lovely Bed comfortable

Night club across the toad that plays load thumping music until 7am Friday a day Saturday And yes hotel supplies earplugs doesn't stop bed from vibrating If you do stay here ask for a room at the back
