It's wonderful, staff is super kind and location is great!
On top of that, a relaxing Jacuzzi free of charge.
I'm going there every year, when we go mountainbiking with friends.
I didn't like their big standard pillow, but I could however find a smaller one.
In general, it's better to have a room in the back as the street in the front can be a little noisy.

The kindness and customer-oriented approach of the staff, specifically Raquel. She let us use the hotel kitchen to prepare our own breakfast, she opened the spa for us in the morning - outside regular opening hours -, and she gave us flexibility for a late check out. And all of that with a big smile.
Nothing worth mentioning

This is a really beautiful hotel. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxed ski holiday. The staff can’t do enough to help and the facilities are gorgeous. My children loved the tea and cake at the end of the afternoon. The location is also brilliant, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Jane is super helpful and went above and beyond. We would love to go back.

Great location in proximity to ski lift. The family room was spacious (mezzanine) and comfortable, bathroom was big too. Clean and quiet. Breakfast (continental) was great. Garage parking available. Will come again!
Not very good lighting in the room, wish it was a bit brighter.

Whole place was spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious. Facilities were excellent. All the staff were friendly and outstandingly helpful
Nothing to dislike about the hotel itself. Morgins is very quiet and there are limited places to go at night.

spotlessly clean, simple but beautiful room, great bathroom and shower, wonderful views, and free parking.
nothing at all, everything was great.

Free Coffee/Tee all day long - helps a lot.
16:00 cakes also very nice. Tea is very good.
Spacious rooms, nice bathrooms.
Very good sauna and jacuzzi.
Sound proofing ok.
Great balcony.
Strange system with the air exchange in the bathroom:
No windows or air vents in the room. When you bathing more then 3 minutes - loud noisy fan start to roll the air around.
This continues for 20-30 minutes! Later I found a workaround: if you remove room keycard from the holder - electricity switches off together with the stupid fan. Reinsert the keycard and u r golden.
Consequence of this poor ventilation is always humid windows covered with black mold.
Poor building design. Saved 5 dollars to have a lifetime of pain in the a.

The hotel is super located and the staff is super friendly and service orientated. The spa is a great plus after a day in the mountains. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is good and the little afternoon tea and cake is super. Bathroom looks nice and shower is great.
To relax on the bed is a bit complicated as sitting up straight on the bed is not really possible. We both bumped our head at the wooden headboard. So a solution for that (more pillows maybe?) would be super.

A very good modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent spa.
Friendly personnel has provided all necessary information for our stay in Morgins.

The spa/sauna area was great and truly appreciated after a long day hiking. The staff was welcoming (except for an issue with some travel cards that went missing and we had no clue of). Plentiful breakfast and comfortable room
Restaurants are a bit far from the hotel, as it's located at the entrance of the town. It didn't offer a picnic (snacks for a day on the road) despite this being a typical place and time for hiking.

Location of this hotel was perfect, very close to the chairlift . The staff were pleasant and tried to make the stay as enjoyable as possible under current conditions with restrictions. We did not have breakfast but it is offered in the hotel and looked plentiful. the hotel also has an arrangement with a nearby restaurant from Weds to Sunday so that you can have dinner out. We bought groceries from the nearby market and bakery and ate at the hotel. There is a spa which opens at 4 p.m. with a sauna , steam room and jacuzzi. There are bathrobes and slippers in the room to use to go to the spa. You do need a bathing suit. It was great to be able to enjoy these facilities after a day of skiing. Our room was spacious with a wonderful view of the mountain . The room as immaculate and the cleaning staff did a great job each day. The bathroom was larger than most we have had in Europe. Everything in the hotel is new and modern. There are no teapots or coffee pots in the room but there is tea and coffee served in the hotel without cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel. Thanks to Jane and the entire staff.
A teapot in the room would be a wonderful addition.
