This beautifully decorated vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. This gourmet kitchen boasts plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. This home has 2 master suites both with walk-in closets.

World Series of Poker WSOP participants should note that this home is equipped with a full size poker table. This home is about a 5 minute drive to the Rio Casino and has very easy access to both U.S. 95 and I-15. This Las Vegas Vacation Home Rental is perfect for World Series of Poker WSOP participants!

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. The kitchen Island is 12 feet long and can seat 8 at the breakfast bar. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property.

Four nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. All four bedrooms have King size beds, 3 of these bedrooms have their own bathroom. The family room has a fold out double bed. The property has a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry for large groups. This home is plumbed with two water heaters at opposite ends of the house, so large groups never run out of hot water.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa. The pool has a large 'Wet-Deck' for kids that is 12' x 12'. The wet deck is 8" in the shallow end and 14" in the deep end. Its perfect for small children. There are 6 loungers for soaking up the Las Vegas sun. There is patio furniture that seats 8 and a barbecue grill for a great outdoor experience. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

We were two families (including four teenagers) enjoying a week in Las Vegas. The house suited us perfectly with the large kitchen/family room, game room, large bedrooms and great pool area. We would love to come back one day :-)

This house was perfect for my 60th celebration with my family. Not being right on the strip was perfect. We did all of our cooking at the house...BBQ and all. The pool was perfect and a joy with my 22 month old granddaughter. They keep this house very well maintained. I cannot say enough...it was a perfect get away. I spent my birthday with friends in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in, it felt perfect! The home was spotless & specious. The living room is where we spent most of our times & then the pool table, game room & backyard pool. I am looking forward to spending my next birthday here again, to try out the BBQ. The area around it was quiet and very safe to stroll around. The host was kind enough to come over and help us turn on the pool waterfall if we needed it, it was very kind of him to offer his help & know that he isn't far from us incase anything went wrong. Overall the home, service & environment were 100%.

Can't say enough good things about this rental. We are four lifelong friend couples who travel every year. This home was just perfect. It's beautifully decorated, very spacious, and it had everything we needed. The back yard has a beautiful pool, hot tub, large BBQ with a wet sink and plenty of space to congregate. There is a two car garage and plenty of additional parking, two refrigerators, amazingly comfortable beds, four bedrooms and four baths. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

The property is fantastic, well maintained, clean, with a lot of amenities. You should hire a car, but Walmart, ATMs, coffee shops only a mile away. Villa has plenty of spare towels, and loungers by the pool. Owners respond to enquirers promptly. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Our family stayed a week in this beautiful home for spring break. We travel a lot and have stayed at multiple different properties and this is definitely one of our favorites!!.. The location was great! We left one afternoon to go to the strip, we were gone 3 hours and we couldn"t wait to get back to the house. It was just like home we didn't want to do anything but just hang out and chill.. The owners of the home were so kind, and so willing to help with everything we needed. This place is amazing!! We couldn't ask for a nicer place/or better hosts!! Thank you, we cannot wait to go back!

We had a great and great time! Super house and perfect for a small group of 7 adult men. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool / backyard with the BBQ is terrific. The owners are very friendly and have made themselves available for questions / problems immediately. Jamason was a great host, friendly and easy to answer with extra information or needs. We would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone. You should only buy a rental car, because you are a little helpless without a car. Thanks for a great stay Jamason! Great location and great price with plenty of space for a group! Owner responds quickly with questions or problems! Little far from the strip but you also get away from the traffic and crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this property was excellent. This property is in a very private area. The house is very nice. The gourmet kitchen was beautiful. They have cookbooks available for those who want to challenge their culinary. The Theodores had every thing covered for our stay. When I say they thought of everything, geez! They have a Christmas Tree for holiday use. Yup, Lindsay and Jameson knows what it take to make a memorable vacation. They did it for me and my party. I will most definitely book with the Theodores for my next Vegas trip. Thanks again Lindsay and Jameson. In my Terminator voice " I'll be back!"

OMGOSH it was hard to leave this place to go to the strip. The home was laid out great for a family reunion. We could have people cooking in the kitchen while some of our party was visiting on the many many couches, while some of us were playing pool ALL IN THE SAME ROOM!!! Beds were very comfortable (I hate sleeping on hard uncomfortable beds). Pool was FANTASTIC right outside the GREATROOM door. We used it almost all the time (especially early in the morning). Again, the owners were over the top WONDERFUL. We will come back -- don't hesitate to rent this FANTASTIC home. The house was easy to find and easy to go to the strip. Again, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU -- we have memories that will last FOREVER!!!!

We were very impressed with the house. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great for our grandkids with the wading pool attached to the regular pool. They also loved the arcade game. I was surprised to see how well equipped it was for any size family. It is in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The laundry room was great with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The only problem seemed to be that we could not connect to the Wi-Fi. I would have like to had more than 3 laundry tablets.

The home was everything and more! We had just a group of 6 so we had more than enough room. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, all we had to do was go grocery shopping. Home was very clean, and the beds were soft enough to keep you trapped if you weren't careful. The Theodore's were great and answered every question we had promptly! Would suggest paying for the pool heat. Great stay and I'm already looking to book again for next year!

Four of us stayed while attending a trade show. Huge kitchen and family room with comfortable couch that could sit 12 and 2 recliner chairs. Kitchen was full of necessary pots, pans and utensils. Bedrooms were all large, clean and comfortable with good linens. Area is quiet and no 2 story neighbor houses staring down on the outdoor and pool area. Location is as close to the strip as you would want. Lots of nearby Asian restaurants. 5 Stars!!!

We had a really good time at this property, this is the first time we stayed off the strip, and I highly recommend it! the House is gorgeous, and was absolutely perfect for us. we were 3 couples and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The Kitchen is really well equipped with quality items. The beds are super comfy and the bedding is really nice too. there are plenty of towels and everything to feel at home. The strip was a 10.00 Uber ride, 6 adults we had to order the bigger one every time. it was really easy to get around, we had a car and used Uber. the restaurants off the Strip are fantastic, you have to go to the Italian restaurant in the neighbourhood Cappos, it is a MUST GO!! We had three adult couples and 5 children in the home for a week. The house was large enough to give everyone adequate space. The poker table, video game, pool, hot tub and putting green kept us all entertained throughout the week. The home easily supports a large number of people with two refrigerators, two washer and dryers (although only one dryer worked) and two air-conditioning systems. The access to the house was seamless using the security system. Getting to/from the strip was easy with Uber. We took day trips to the strip, Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam. Overall the house was wonderful and I'd highly recommend it. A note to keep in mind if you are bringing infants, there is only 1 high chair and 1 pack-n-play. We will definitely consider coming back in the future and will look at the other homes offered by this owner.

Had another great stay! Stayed at this house a couple years ago for spring break, and loved the kid pool foe my two little ones came back again this year. We will definitely be back. Will try another property. The Tonks Family's!
