The property is amazing. it’s beautiful and private and the beach is perfect. The suites are spacious and have everything you need. We loved having a private pool and there are so many places to relax. The beach club is beautiful and all the staff was so amazing.
Nothing.

The location is lovely. The beach is beautiful, rooms are spacious and staff were super accommodating.
The rooms are showing some wear. Doors stuck on their rails (I had to get staff to help open mine one night because it was so stuck shut), mirrors scratching off, furniture dirty and stained, light bulbs out, outdoor furniture rotting or damaged. Got woken up 2/4 mornings by a leaf blower outside my bedroom before 9am.
While booking.com said breakfast was included, when we got our bill, it wasn't. It turns out only certain items were included (the fine print in a WhatsApp message after booking said only a continental breakfast was included, but no one told us what was in it, or that we were ordering off it. The breakfast menu makes no mention of what is in the continental breakfast, and the waiter didn't mention it.) It's a real pity, because we likely would have ordered from the regular breakfast menu anyway, but having it be a surprise on the bill afterwards has just left a sour taste in the mouth about the whole experience. In emails following up, the hotel told me that I should have been able to guess what was included and what wasn't, which is also a pretty disappointing experience
Room cleaning was very hit or miss. Some days there were hand towels, the next they disappeared. My minibar was never restocked, but a friend in a different room was, etc.

Beautiful location, room, hotel - everything was stunning. Very relaxing stay.
I would encourage the restaurant to feature more fresh, lighter foods for dinner. The breakfast and lunch were excellent. I tired of the dinner menu after just one night. Even the vegetarian options were heavy and oversalted.

The resort is on a stunning and massive coastal property that accommodates just 24 guests. This translates to a peaceful vacation with no waits and ultra personalized, attentive service. It is the perfect location to unwind from a stressful life.
Special nod to Luis, who handled all our requests with a sunny disposition, and to Jasmine at the restaurant, who provided notably excellent service.
There's nothing to dislike.

Initial room was by construction. After speaking with hotel staff, we were upgraded to an ocean front suite which was amazing! Staff was so accommodating and property was stellar! Pictures don’t do it justice

We loved the location and the staff. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms are also super spacious
I think the resort is beautiful but they should offer more types of food for the guests. I also felt that my wifi kept cutting out but I only needed it to contact the hotel for information so it wasn’t a big deal.

perfection

The service unfortunately, is awful, despite being a high end resort. We took some drinks to our room, with sides of fruit one night and three days later the cups and plate had not been picked up. Takes hours to get one drink, and not only did they take forever with food and drinks but would constantly get the order wrong. Also many items offered on both drinks and food menus were unavailable (such as the catch of the day and guacamole). Imanta is one of the most secluded and beautiful places I have ever visited so I hope the service quality can change. At this moment, I do not think I can’t recommend this place.

Imanta exceeded our expectations in every way! In the jungle and on the beach, this property is small and private providing an incredibly romantic and beautiful experience. The staff catered to our every need with tremendous kindness and they offered many wonderful amenities! Our room was HUGE and beautiful, air conditioned, and perfectly clean and well stocked! We went for our honeymoon and cannot recommend Imanta highly enough!

Imanta is an incredible place for a peaceful and luxorious retreat. Ideal for couples who want to relax by the beach. Incredible staff as well. Very friendly
Everything was great

The beauty and magic of Imanta cannot be overstated. My partner and I were looking for an intimate and unique experience, and we found it here.
From the minute you arrive, you are transported through a secluded jungle that gives you the sense you are leaving civilization behind. We were welcomed warmly and shown a tour of the beautiful grounds.
We stayed in an Oceanfront Casa and, from the minute we arrived at our suite, it took our breath away. You hear the sounds of the ocean crashing against the shores below, as well as the jungle to your back. The suite itself is expansive, equipped with a beautiful sprawling bathroom with a deep tub and separate shower. The view itself never got old.
The restaurant and food were phenomenal. The menus were not large, but each day we tried new dishes and each was something new to rave about.
We spent one afternoon getting a couples massage at the Jungle Spa. The spa itself is situated in the middle of the jungle, which allows you to hear the sounds of nature as you are relaxing. It was honestly the best massage that either of us had received.
Despite traveling during rainy season, each day we were met with the magic of Imanta as the sun came out each day. Even during the evening storms, you can’t help but be content.
Finally, the staff at Imanta are unmatched. Each person made you feel welcomed and ensured you had access to whatever you may have needed. They made sure that each day was special. We cannot thank them enough.
Our time at Imanta was by far the best vacation we have ever had, in a place we will never forget. We are already planning our return.
