Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal

Da es einen Temperatursturz gab und wir aus Richtung Süden kamen waren wir so Dankbar, dass das Zimmer geheizt und schön warm war. Vielen Dank dafür! Wie immer die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das leckere Frühstück, die sauberen Zimmer.

Wir freuen uns immer über das sehr gute Abendessen im Restaurant deshalb finden wir es sehr Schade, dass das Restaurant am Sonntag und Montag aufgrund von Personalmangel geschlossen ist. Wenigstens eine kleine„Brotzeit“ sollte angeboten werden.

Urlaubsrückreise

Das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet und das sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Personal. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt (ca. 6km) und zum Gelitten.

Der See war ein wenig zu weit weg vom Hotel, dass man mit Badesachen hinlaufen wollte. (Trotz Gutschein für freien Eintritt)

Immer wieder gerne.

Educare ist immer wieder gut. Jetzt wurde sehr hübsch renoviert, und sogar in den nicht renovierten Zimmern sind neue, sehr gut Matratzen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und von ausgezeichneter Qualität.

Einzig der Autolärm ist zu bemängeln. Leider gibt es im Hotel keine ruhigen Zimmer in Richtung Wald.

Great surprise

Hotel game room and library! All of the hotel was accessible by wheelchair. Nice space for conversations, would be a great venue for a conference.

It is right next to the road which might seem loud to someone. We were in the room the furthest away from the road and barely heard it.

Exceptional

Me and my partner really enjoyed the stay! Receptionists and staff in the restaurant were all so polite. Room was big, modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious. And sauna as a part of the stay was perfect. I have nothing to add!

Pretty good all round, but rather bland

Superb dinner at the restaurant alongside, and a classically generous Austrian breakfast; decently straightforward bedroom, with nice terrace, and astonishingly fast wifi.

The hotel comes across as rather bland, with some disinterested staff and bedrooms due a refurbishment. We knew to expect a busy road alongside, but it was rather difficult to walk anywhere.

I’d go out if my way to stay here again.

This is a fantastic hotel. The reception staff were exceptional. Great breakfast with a wide range on offer. Wellness facility an added bonus with healthy snacks and drinks too.

Wonderful hotel, recommend to everyone

Absolutely loved our stay. I wish more hotels would be like this. Service and comfort are number one. Location - Perfect, just a few minutes from the highway on one side, yet surrounded by mountains on the other side, and near a lake. Rooms - Spacious with a thoughtful layout. The rooms seemed also suitable for people with mobility issues. I especially appreciated extra storage space in the bathroom. The view of the surrounding mountains was nice. Facilities - Again, everything so thoughtful. The spa area was wonderful. The saunas and showers are comfy and offer enough privacy if you want it. The relaxation room was exactly that, I could've gladly stayed there overnight if someone asked me to. The game room with pool tables and board games is a really nice touch. My BF and I had a lot of fun. Great idea for guests wanting to stay in and just relax. Staff - Everyone was kind and explained everything we needed to know right from the start. All together a great deal if you find yourself in the area.

Just a suggestion, but I would've appreciated if breakfast foods were all marked with what they were. Otherwise I have to open everything and then ask a lot about what the foods are.

Good location and value for money.

Fantastic location if you arrive by car. The carpark is free of charge and there were not any problem to find park place. The hotel is very good starting point if you want to buy something (Billa is within 3 minutes walk) or to go on excursion. There's a discount petrol station nearby. Villach is only 10 ten minutes by car, the lake is 20 minutes walk. Every room has a beautiful view to the mountains. As we had west front rooms they were very warm by the afternoon but the air condition worked well. The staff was kind.

Though the hotel is well located it's very noisy till midnight. The rooms were OK but a bit of out-dated.

Perfect for business travel. Very good rooms. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Free parking at front of property.

Though the restaurant food was truly fantastic the service was a little slow and chaotic. WLAN / wireless could be a little stronger in the rooms, common hotel room problem.

you get what you pay for.

I booked it for location (being just off the motorway) and price. Both lived up to expectations. in addition I was impressed by the restaurant. excellent breakfast, although the scrambled eggs had congealed, and a simple but surprisingly good dinner.

Motorway noise if you open the window.

There is nothing happening in surroundings (walking distance) during winter. Ok, there is restaurant in the building, but if you want to go out for a drink or eg. kebap/pizza/wiennerschnitzel you should take yor car or public bus.
