Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Poolbereich ist klein aber fein. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl an Essen aber es hat super lecker geschmeckt. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei allen offen Fragen und Wünschen.

Die Dusche hatte keine Abtrennung und somit stand das Bad nach jeder Dusche “halb” unter Wasser. Da müsste man sich überlegen, was genau der Hintergedanke war, keine Abtrennung zu platzieren. Im 3er Zimmer war das Sofabett eher hart und nicht bequem.

Fijn kleinschalig hotel

Grote kamers en goede bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Vlakbij de Central Festival. Het hotel heeft gerenoveerd, wat goed gelukt is. Vooral bij het zwembad ziet het er nu veel gezelliger uit

We zijn hier al 2x geweest, maar nu was er aan de weg een club gekomen , de muziek gaat tot heel laat door. Hier kan het hotel niks aan doen, maar het was jammer want we kozen dit hotel omdat het zo rustig gelegen was.

Bien quand n’a pas le choix

Décoration moderne jolie chambre

Pas de restauration pour cause de travaux, sans aucune indication lors de la réservation, obliger de marcher 20 minutes à 21h pour trouver ou manger avec son enfant de 5 ans…. Et de le faire évidemment pour chaque repas!!! La Piscine était très sales avec des larves de moustiques s’agitant dans l’eau et autres insectes…. Malgré mes sollicitations auprès du personnel, rien n’a été fait. Partie commune sales, infiltration d’eau dans la chambre lorsqu’il pleut, odeur d’urine à la salle de bain….. climatisation très bruyante et qui s’arrête plusieurs fois dans la nuit… Bien sûr tout doit être payé dès notre arrivée sans voir quoi que se soit et sans remboursement possible

The food was yummy. Staff were helpful & attentive. Location was good!

The private pool was too hot. No shade covering the pool and was only ok to use very early morning. No kettle, sugar or tea facilities. Only a coffee machine.

Beautiful hotel, location could be better.

Nice hotel room and pool area. Not many people around. Amazing panorama window.

Noisy aircon and crickets. Shower flooded bathroom quite a bit. restaurant is closed from 11 am on Sunday and it takes some time to get to the nearest supermarket.

Peaceful Pool Villa

-The staff were all happy and smiling and really made our stay comfortable. From the receptionists, gardener and room cleaners. Thank you for all your help -The location is fantastic, it’s not in the heart of Cheweng beach which we liked as it was more peaceful, but only a short walk away from Central Samui/ Tops supermarket and short taxi or motorbike ride into the hustle and bustle. 7/11 and Big C nearby also. -Really nice villa with pool. The gardens are amazing -Fresh linen, comfortable bed and pillows -Motorbike hire available from hotel which was very convenient - We will be back! but would like to see some amendments made as per below

To the owner/ hotel manager: Please take these notes as constructive feedback. Whilst the villa is beautiful, there are many maintenance items that need to be attended to and maintained to make the stay with you more comfortable/ enjoyable -main shower head was broken/ squirting water out of one side upon arrival, we swapped it with the outdoor shower one so we could shower -the black mould in the kitchen area/ on the roof is very bad and unhealthy. The room also smells very Mouldy -The silicone/caulking to wet areas and kitchen is very unhygienic. It’s full of mould and grime. This should be cut out and re-done -The kitchen tap is dripping water -Whilst the pool water is maintained and kept very clean for swimming, the grout lines are very grimey and needs to be throughly scrubbed -There needs to be a kettle in the kitchen, even though there is a pod coffee machine -There are no towel hooks/ Rails in bathroom areas. Please install. -There is no privacy blind or curtain to the basin area, the people in higher villa’s can see straight in -Plates and glasses were dirty upon arrival -Basic cleaning supplies should be provided. We had a very old dirty kitchen sponge left for us from other people

Lovely big, clean spacious room with views. Close walking distance to Central Samui and the madness but far enough away for quiet. Staff were fantastic.

Very good

Nice and modern rooms, with balcony, a great view and enough space. You can walk easily 10-15 min to Chaweng Center and the Beach.

Mold in the bathroom and it smelled very musty.

Exceptional

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed. Didn't quite get the chance to try out the pool but that looked amazing too. The hotel was a super short distance from chaweng central as well which was very convenient.

There was no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. But it was 100% worth it for the amazing view we had!

The only thing is maybe the location, 15min from the beachfront.
