We really enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast, which was quite amazing! The room was clean when we made check in,also the view from the balcony is very picturesque.
From minuses I can tell that 1st is location, you need to go on montains and that get really irritated , especially in the middle of the day
Small variety of cocktails

The bathroom is large, and the shower is powerful. There is built in wardrobe space. There is a ‘pool’ but you wouldn’t be able to do a length in it. It was very quiet and staff were readily available at all times.
Location wise, it’s on the top of a steep hill that is 25 mins from central Budva and will see you weave through countless residential properties to get to. There is no view of anything. We asked for a balcony, which we did get, but faced the back of someone’s house and barely fit two deck chairs on. The double room is two single beds pushed together, not ideal for a couples holiday - which had slight staining to the sheets. The pool area had two loungers, one of which was broken. We were grateful for included breakfast but expect little - burnt croissants and a boiled egg. We asked for a taxi to be booked to Jaz beach, as the main beach was overcrowded and dirty - the staff didn’t know where this was - and while it was beautiful it did cost €15 one way in a taxi. We were booked for two nights, and left at 5am before a second breakfast and well before check out. The property emulated the overwhelming slump we both felt about the area of Budva, after coming from Kotor.

It’s up a steep hill, you need to climb up if you come from the city center. It’s verry clean, staff is friendly and the room is quit big. The pool is rather small

Staff in the hotel is amazing. They all were so friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of recommendations and also meet our every need. Room was exactly as it is in the pictures. It was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Everything was tasty and you can definitely find something you like. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you choose this hotel, and you are arriving by car I would recommend you to book a garage space in advance so that you are sure that you will have where to park :)
Hotel is on the hill. A two-way street leads to the hotel and cars are parked from both sides so it is a little bit tight to pass between them... you can imagine the rest. Also, hotel has just a few parking spaces.

We enjoyed breakfast and the gentleman serving was very nice! The staff were super nice, friendly and able to solve problems quickly. The view from our room was exceptional! The room was clean and decor was interesting. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet in our room and we had a great sleep.
We had a problem with our reservation and had to spend a night in an apartment across the street, which was not equal to the room we had booked. The hotel did not charge us for this and comped our stay at the apartment, which was very nice, but I would expect someone to contact me about problems that can be solved rather quickly. The pool was a bit dirty in the evening.

It was very warm, we were staying in winter. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was great
It’s up on the hill so you have to go upstairs or call a taxi to get there, for going down it was easy. The floor was not very clean but it wasn’t very bad.

very friendly staff, nice view and quiet neighbourhood. spacious room, well equipped.
breakfast without cooling System, brought our own cheese to the table (few vegetarian options), tablecloth had a stain since our first day and wasn't exchanged during our 7-day-stay. Quality of Room cleaning during our stay did not match our expectations and experiences.

Excellent personnel! Quite location, but not far from the old town.
They should change the bed sheet, expecially in theese hot days!

The hotel is located in a quiet suburb area of the city, the view from the rooms is great. The staff is really helpful. The rooms are well equipped.
The streets are very narrow, the parking is always problematic. We had a private parking space in a garage one street away from the hotel, but it was blocked by a random car twice, last night we had to look for another parking spot. Although the staff is helpful, they don't really speak english. The breakfast was very basic.

Comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but I felt like they lack customer service skills, efficiency and divergent thinking when solving problems. So, good intentions, but definitely need more training on how to handle customers and issues that might arise.
Breakfast was disgusting, they seem to use the cheapest products. Not sure what’s the point, as it just creates unnecessary wastage.
Location is not great as it’s a hassle to reach the beach, and the parking that costs extra €10 a day is a joke. You can hardly even park anywhere to unload your bags by the hotel, as the locals start screaming at you saying PRIVATE.
There’s no kettle or mugs in the room, so you have to ask them to bring it.
No tea nor coffee in the room and not even a complimentary water bottle, everything is for an extra fee.
We had 2 windows in one of our rooms - one window had no blackout curtain, the other one only half. Meaning we were woken up by the sun early in the morning and probably seen by neighbours from the house opposite with the lights on in the evening.
The electricity went off in our other room and they couldn’t get it fixed for 2-3 hours. They provided a bottle of complimentary wine for the inconvenience though.
Pool is quite useless as very small.

The location was just perfect, since we prefer to walk a lot. It was not far anyway, even though it was in the upper side of the city, but if you use the neighborhood stares (there are plenty), you can be in the center for around 7-8 mins. The staff members were very kind and careful for everything. The place was very clean everywhere, and the breakfast was amazing. Also there was free parking so we could leave our car safe just in front of the hotel. I'd definitely consider this place again if I were to visit Budva anytime soon.

Loved the bed, it was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
It's just a bit far from the beach but really not the end of the world.
