The Mozonte hotel does not take a Booking.com reservation seriously, I reserved a room for my wife who was coming to Florida and I told them what time my wife would arrive, 3 hours later they told my wife that this reservation did not exist and I canceled it, which didn't happen. I canceled it after they told my esyaue there was no reservation in his name and that I had canceled it. I rented again using Expedia.com and that's how they gave it to him. They charged me 53 for Booking.com after a day had passed. They told Booking.com that no one showed up at the repossessed room. Thieves. Now they charged me 63 dollars from Expedia plus 53 from Booking.com.

location it was safe and in the heart of the city, breakfast was good but very little small portion housekeeping was very nice and helpful room was very good and clean :)
staff it’s so incompetents it take me about 40 minutes to check in and they din’t know I got two room and hand me just one key finally they figure it out and put are family in two different sides of the hotel across the street and the beds has the spring of the mattress sticking out from far away it looks like a waves 😂 inside the room was nice and good ac handles of the doors was wabbly you have to do some kind of trick to make sure the keys work don’t like the idea they turn off the hallways light at 10 pm on the side that we stay wich is not the great one across from he main hotel I think with improvement this will be a great place 😌

the room was just fine
music blasting all day long, not a quiet place to stay, it looks more like a family pool party scene

The security outside the hotel is good. It is a pretty quite place and the rooms are big enough.

Nothing. I was out of there at 8.30am in their hotel taxi with a crazy driver. Was glad to get to the airport.
Old and shabby still caught in the 1970s. Lumpy uncomfortable bed that made my back ache. The staff in reception were nice but they put me in a room beside reception and the front lobby that was extremely noisy all night. Continuous parties all day and night in the party room at the front entrance with the Mariachi band starting up outside my room at 10pm. Hotels are booked by travellers looking for comfortable bed to sleep, and food to eat. The kitchen manager and his staff were rude and refused to serve dinners to hotel guests. Begrudgingly he allowed me to buy a beer at 8pm, despite the fact they have advertised hours for the kitchen. The kitchen manager and his staff no zero about hospitality!

The kids like the pool.
The staff were mean, sit at the pool with kids and try ordering I waited about 30 min before them attended, for Breakfast it's the same waiter that seems like he hate his job because he always seriously disturbing to attend one even to serve us at the buffet. He seems racist at my point of view. Anyways the hotel were ok other safe were great and very helpful.

the property is not like you see in the pictures, no hot water in the bathroom, dirty, poor maintaining

They have two parts of the hotel. I got the older part of the hotel I'm guessing because the room we got had mold on the wall where the bed rest is.
No phone had to walk across the street to inform staff.
Bed and bathroom were clean to standards no complaints on that.
Having mold on the wall made me upset.
Staff was friendly upon check in and check out.
The mold behind the bed rest.
