Newly refurbished then having a paint smell.

we didn’t stay in south court in the end, there was
building work going on so we were moved to Heene
Terrace. beautiful sea view location, old building
with balcony. view was beautiful. furniture was
comfortable.
cleaning wasn’t up to scratch.

It’s a great location, nice place for the most part and free parking helped.

Good location for visiting family in the area and spacious apartment.
The space wasn’t cleaned. Crumbs in the kitchen, mould in the bathroom, mould in the coffee machine, and a pretty bad spider infestation.

Nice, comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Quiet location. Close to the beach, shops and the railway station.

The area, the quirkiness of the apartment , easy check in
Cleanliness. unfortunately there were dirty used towels left in the washing machine the cutlery and crockery were not clean, found 2 little black bugs , one in bedroom and one in towel in bathroom . I had good communication with the owner, and told her about the dirty washing, and was told to leave it in machine....which meant we couldn't use this facility as in these times of covid not ideal to handle other people's dirty laundry. When I got home told owner of other issues and no response. Emailed again as felt we should have had a partial refund for problems, not offered so went through Booking.com who requested partial refund on our behalf but denied. Booking.com did issue us a small voucher on my account and I don't want to put on a scathing review as after all this is someones living and there were good things about the apartment too but at over £220 for 2 nights and Covid, I think everything should have been clean at least

Location was OK
The cleanliness of the appartment was poor. Especially in the bedroom. The carpet was full of stains. I dont think the windows in the lounge and bedroom could have been cleaned for months. The stairs also needed a good hoover. Considering the extra cost of £20 for cleanig the standard should have been better.

Free off street parking, It was nice and tidy, walking distance to the pier. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom good size. Easy check in and check out.
The cobwebs which were high up. The dust but it was all things not really used. Constantly barking neighbours dog was a nuisance but not much can be done about that.

Close to Beach House bowls club where I was competing in a tournament. Able to dry wet clothes on radiators. Able to make breakfast and packed lunch.
Lots of steps to get in to property. Dining room chairs not very comfortable. No cork screw.

N/A to breakfast.
The location was very convenient, with an excellent link to the railway station.
It was very handy having a parking space.
The apartment was very clean and well appointed.
There was a little bit of noise from the trains and people getting off the trains.
We were woken up both night by foxes outside (Not a problem really). Worthing seems to be slightly overrun with them!
The lounge could do with blackout blinds as our children found it very light to sleep.

The kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Heating easy to managed.
Location good if you wanted to use the Railway station.
Great having our own parking space.
Good TV with all the channels you might want to watch.
Carpets were old and shabby and the sitting room was stark with not very comfortable settees.
Needed a thorough going over - painting, new carpets and more comfortable seating.
4.0
Parking, quiet location
Cobwebs and a number of dusty corners

Really practical and good facilities. If needed would use again
Small things really, a couple of things decoratively need completing and bedding could do with being upgraded. No acknowledgement that items had been cleansed Covid secure.
