C'est un formule 1, il ne faut pas en attendre plus. Mais bien pour ce qui est attendu

Le micro-onde à disposition était bien pratique, vu la rareté des lieux pour manger à proximité, et si l'on ne veux pas faire flamber la carte bleue. Le personnel est sympathique (accueil comme ménage).

Un petit soucis sur l'eau chaude (absente) des douches, mais ce fut vite réglé. Il manque un petit panneau, au niveau du petit déjeuner, pour indiquer qu'il faut demander la carte à l'accueil pour se faire une boisson chaude. J'ai cru, un instant, qu'il fallait repayer !

Sufficient BUT NOT worth the price

Place very close to many facilities and commonplaces. Good parking

Not at all worth the money/value rate. To be worth, I guess the stay should cost half the price. Room smelled of cigarette smoke

There is a sink in the room.

Showers are not very clean and not very convenent to use, as one has to constantly push a button to keep water flow. Inside the room there is only one small table, so it is not very convenent to work using laptop in there.

Cheap for one night

Nice reception and helpful. 24h reception. Cheap. Free parking.

Heating no function. Room sound isolation not good. One french family very noisy even at 2AM! The whole building can hear their talking and laughing until 2:30AM! They quatsch and laugh and talk and they don't care about others who were sleeping (I checked in at 1AM so I knew which room and who) and I think they are not rare in France!

Good location. Good staff, friendly, polite and helpful.

I did several F1 and knew what to expect. But that was the worst F1 i ever experienced. Dirty showers. Very cold rooms (there is air conditionning to warm the rrom but it smells so bad...). But the worst was the smell in the room. Bed sheets and room were clean, but there was a very strong chemical smell in the pillows and mattress. So strong that i woke up several time in the night with a headache and a cut breath. Second night i confined the smelling pillows in a corner and let the window open all the day to lower the smell. No idea what they use... chemical to kill smells or bugs ?

Cheap, minimalist comfort at an affordable price. Free parking. Good staff vibes and 24 hour concierge.

No drinking mugs. No towel BUT I understand at this rate and a E3 rental was available A pity this level of payment is relegated to the periphery of the urban sprawl.

Location

The room that assigned at the beginning wasn't clean. Once they gave us a clean room, the code to open the door to our room didn't work and we had to call the staff every time to open it. Shower was dirty

Disappointing

The code to enter the room did not work, each time I had to ask for a manual openning. Doors and walls are very thin, you can hear water in the shower located around the corner.

Take care to give them a precise hour to arrive as far before your arrival!

The park in which it is placed is awesome! The younger staff boy was extremely kind.

The staff is often unreachable. Breakfast, and more generally the bar: everytime asking for water, spoons, etc. Hard to find comprehension because almost everyone on the staff does not speak English. In the canicule-time I lived during my permanence, there was no functioning air conditioning.
