Sa roule dans la joie

L accueil du personnel, chaque fois que je rentré ou soŕter javais le droit a mon petit sourire et bonjour/aurevoir. le personnel est bien intentionnel. Chambre propre à mon arrivée. Le lieu et bien situé, à 15mn à pied de la plage.

Dommage que pour un long séjour les apparts ne son pas nettoyage tout les jours de plus les apparts ne son pas équipé de balais ou de petit paile. - même si sa m'a pas gene plus que sa les fenêtres ne son pas double vitre de plus hotel et près de la route.

Amazing

The workers are lovely! Extremely helpful and friendly. The first time we went we weren't that happy with our room since it was a little dusty and outdated but after giving them feedback they gave us the best room ever!

It was a little loud outside since it's next to the highway and there are some cafe's downstairs.

the apartment very large and comfortable , and the veiw from the balcony was also great, too many resturants and shops everywhere , the sitting near the pool was quite and private and open the whole day

bed rooms has no air conditioners it is only on the living room.

Stoppover catch - Tangier

Hotel room was good and clean. Rooftop view available with a pool which is great.

Hotel is a bit far (35 mins) away from the beach but there are plenty of taxis around ;)

Reasonable and convenient

Convenient location - walkable distance from Tangier CTM bus station Spacious They could still accommodate us although we reached around 11pm (website said check-in was until 8pm, but there was also a sentence station 24 hour front desk) On-site restaurant - really handy but we didn’t have any meals there

Language - it was a bit difficult to communicate as the reception could hardly understand any English. There was no hairdryer. Unable to connect to wifi - the reception told us wifi is only good at certain areas of the property

A wonderful place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here very, very much! The room was HUGE, compared to places I had been staying at over the previous two weeks (multiple places in cities across Portugal and southern Spain), and at a lower cost. I enjoy walking very much , and so the location was perfect for me. (Several kilometers to and from the ferry and the railway stations, and the Medina.) The room's AC was excellent, and let me keep the windows closed to reduce the local street noise (which really wasn't all that loud, anyway). The towels were large and *plush*, which is a BIG bonus in my book. (I'm always surprised and sad when I find threadbare and/or scratchy towels at any lodging.) The staff didn't speak much English (and I don't speak Darija or French), but we were able to communicate effectively anyhow. The staff were always happy to see and talk to me. I felt very welcomed here.

The only real issue was the hot water. It looks like the room has its own hot water tank, and it is relatively small (compared to what I am used to while traveling or at home). So a hot shower needs to be short, or plan on taking a longer warm shower. Once I figured this out, it was not a problem for me.

I booked apartment with 3 rooms and kitchen , they gave me different apartment without kitchen and with just two rooms , I will never comeback.

nothing starting from the reception to the service , I called them before and i ask the person who talk to me , and i informed him that we are a family of 8 members including kids , 2 year to 10 , and old man was my father , he said yes the apartment available u can come to do check in , when i go there other man said no it's to many people u can't , u have to take the apartment and other room extra , and he was unprofessional , and bad attitude so upset of the service and the way he regattas me front of my family and dad was sick need a argent place to sleep was for night only 😡😡😡😡

attempted break in met with apathy from the staff

it was in a central location and initially the staff was good.

my friend was in the apartment alone and the wifi stopped working. they only gave us one key so we accidentally locked her in. she was laying down and heard a woosh so she got up to check it out. upon going in to the kitchen she saw a man who had opened our kitchen window. he ran when she turned the light on. it turns out that the kitchen window did not lock. we told the front desk about it and they said it was “no problem” and refused to let us change rooms. we immediately had to book a new hotel room and leave for safety reasons.

Well worth the cost. With the savings I was able to try some very fine restaurants.

Middle of the city, many cafés and restaurants nearby. The walk to the harbor was easy and not far.

Street noise - but I always travel with ear plugs.
