Exactly what our family needed for a great price!
3.0 / 5.0
We had a great stay in Jackson. The condo was large and in a great location for skiing. It is worth noting, however, that a number of the furnishing, appliances and pots/pans are older (too old) and in need of replacement. Also, although it has a fireplace, no wood is provided which is not normal in our experience and not noted in listing.

Good location. Adequate for our purposes. Needs updating: new couch, kitchen update, new stove, updated pots and pans, new utensils, measuring cups. We needed to wipe out and clean the refrigerator. Could use TV channel guide for local channels and better instructions how to turn on the tv. Overall we were comfortable and had a great time.

The process to reserve and check in was great. When issues came up regarding directions to the property the response from the management group was quick which was wonderful.

Mostly good.
We had all we needed except the spin cycle does not work on the washer. Clothes soaking wet. Floors were dirty but all else was fine.

Perfect landing spot
This unit was the perfect landing spot for our family to explore the Tetons! We appreciated the location, condo amenities and clear communication. Only thing I would suggest is a few baking pans (like Pyrex or metal 9x13 type) added to kitchenware and an option for blow up mattress for upstairs loft area. Otherwise fantastic experience! Thank you!

Lovely Hideaway
We loved this condo for our stay near Yellowstone. It was quite and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the little grocery store sharing the parking lot. We had everything we needed and had a great stay!

Worked well for family of 4.
The property was just as we expected. Very clean and set up nice for us. It had most everything we needed to stay for the 5 days we were there. Good kitchen supply's. Had many supply's and a basic general store with in walking distance. It had a good cozy feel to it, with western/mountain decor. The bathrooms were very nice and had good space. Great tile work in the showers. It was warm when we were there (in the 80's), so the box fans in the property came in handy.
The only suggestion we could make would be to install outlets closer to the heads of the beds. Were not able to plug in iPad and phone close to head of the bed.
Would rent again in a heartbeat!!

Nice Place!
Check in was easy, the location was great! The only two things we didn’t like: the dryer took three cycles to dry clothes and the blankets and mattress pad for the pull out couch had not been cleaned - with COVID-19 we had to wash these ourselves to feel like they were clean.

Outpost is First Rate in Customer Service!
This was a good condo for the 4 of us visiting for the first time. Outpost was the most responsive, informative, polite & helpful team I think I have ever encountered when renting a home or condo! This particular condo could use a little updating and TLC from the Owner, but overall it was fine and the touches Outpost had made it very comfotable. Upon check in, the TV was on a nice music channel, lights were on inside/out, they have signature bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion and shampoo/conditioner and all high quality products. They helped us with a delivery of a box of things we pre shipped, they answered emails within minutes with questions, and we knew they were always there if we needed help. I would most definitely rent a place from Outpost again.

Perfect Jackson Hole Location
We loved our stay at The Aspens. It is close to Teton Village and the park and only a short drive into the town of Jackson. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The check in process was so easy, along with excellent communication from The Outpost via emails and an ipad at the condo. The Outpost sent us daily activities that were happening in the area during our stay which we found very helpful. We would not hesitate to book our stay in Jackson Hole through The Outpost in the future.

Vacation in the Tetons
We enjoyed our two week stay in this comfortable condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed for cooking. Nice TV, and comfortable chairs in the living room. The two bedrooms, one upstairs and one down were very comfortable and two big bathrooms made it great for our two additional guests who joined us in week two.
Location was perfect for walking and biking and access to Grand Teton National Park, Jackson and Teton Village.
Highlights: dishwasher and washer and dryer IN the unit!! Laundry soap. dryer sheets, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and lotion were all provided! Thank you for the lovely accommodations. I MUST add that the Outpost Management company certainly exceeded our expectations when we needed something. Immediate responses via e mail, and very friendly and humorous! THANK YOU!

Met all needs but well worn
The condo is spacious and has all the basics - the beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, nice tv, electric grill and all basic cooking utensils. Though the unit has signs of wear & tear - the furniture is old and the carpet stained. There was also a strong cigarette smell odor either from previous clients or people in another unit.

Very comfortable, and comes with many amenities
Comfortably sleeps 4 (1 double and 2 singles). The kitchen has all the tools you could possibly need. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. all provided.
Located mid-way between Teton Village and the town of Jackson. Small supermarket only 300 ft away.
Good choice for us.

Great Location.
This very nicely appointed condo is only a few minutes from the south entrance to the Tetons along a road that is sure to produce wildlife sightings and close to Teton Village for skiers. The condo was comfortable and has everything you need (well except measuring cups). The knives definitely need sharpening too. It’s right next door to a neat little grocery with a gourmet deli. The beds are comfy and the towels soft and fluffy. The bathrooms are super nice with pretty travertine tile and deep tubs to soak those tired muscles in after a day of hiking. The kitchen is quite small and only one person will fit in it at a time, but who has time for cooking with so many activities out the front door. I think it’s time to replace those worn orange countertops tho. Close enough to town but far enough away from the hubbub to provide a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The unit was very clean, which with a $250 non-refundable cleaning deposit it should be. My only other negative comment would be that if you can charge a persons credit card for the $500 deposit in 24 hours or less, you shoul be able to refun it in the same amount of time. That said, this is a great place in a great location, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great stay!
We enjoyed the unit and it worked perfectly. Great location for what we were after.
Overall the unit was great, was well kept, etc. Enjoyed having the deck (we stored our bikes out there). The pull out couch was NOT comfortable (are any of them though?). Might be OK for kids that can sleep anywhere, but an adult is not going to enjoy it. Reconsider if that is your plan. Sleeping on the couch would be better. Was thankful they left some coffee for us as I didn't remember to bring any! Small touches like that were nice. Only other super minor complaint is lack of electrical outlets overall, seemed lacking even for older construction. Might not be able to charge your devices near where you are sleeping or sitting. Maybe bring a power strip if you want it close! Would absolutely stay there again.

Exactly what we wanted!
This was such a great home base for our trip. The entire area is gorgeous with the Tetons and wildlife right outside. Location was just what we wanted: convenient but not in the heart of touristy Teton Village or Jackson. An easy, short drive to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park entrance, which was where we went every day of our stay. The condo was quiet, clean, and comfortable with all necessary conveniences. We would absolutely recommend to others, and stay again ourselves if we are ever so lucky to return to the area! Property managers were easy to reach, friendly and quick to reply to any questions we had.

nice enough
The place was relatively clean. Decor is a bit 80s. No AC so the upstairs was warm until late in the night. Small grocery store nearby. Neighborhood is nice to walk in - we saw two moose. Central between Jackson and Jackson Hole. Plenty of parking.
My only quibble was the $250 cleaning fee - more than I've paid anywhere else in dozens of vacation rentals. When I inquired about it they said it was for the cleaners, the laundering, the soaps and the inspection, i.e. what every other rental does. I doubt the cleaners are getting the majority of that. I'd almost feel better about it if they raised the list price and lowered the cleaning fee - illogical but it seems out of proportion.
