The Bears Den is one of four adventure rentals located in North Conway. The Bears Den is a cozy open concept area with a cabin theme, it is tailored for couples and small family's, the bunks are smaller and meant for children under 4ft tall, you will find a fully stocked kitchen a comfortable queen bed, We provide a fresh mattress pad, you are responsible for bringing your own sheets blankets and pillows. Bedding can be provided for an additional charge per bed

We stayed here in the middle of a long camping trip and it was a pleasure to have a very comfortable bed and all the amenities for two nights. Excellent location for exploring the White Mountains (and thanks to Daniel for recommending the wonderful Black Cap Mtn Trail, but make sure you have a good car to get up the hill to the trailhead!). Very well supplied kitchen with all the cooking capabilities you could want. Highly recommend if you are staying in the North Conway area.

Me and my husband stayed there with our puppy. We chose this rental because it was pet friendly and cozy looking in the pictures and description. It was all that and the well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, except there was no designated area for pets. Small signs telling us where not to let her go but nothing to indicate where she could go. There are no dog parks in the area either. I always clean up after my pet but was not comfortable with just taking to the neighborhood in search of a friendly looking lawn when I selected a place to stay that was pet friendly. Otherwise, it suited us perfectly.

Fantastic experience overall. The unit was very clean, well thought out and well stocked. Host was available and checked in without being too much. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was a great location, we were pleasantly surprised that it was a little bigger than anticipated. Close to mt cranmore, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay again, although not sure how much longer my kids will fit in the bunk beds.

Everything start to end was nothing shy of perfection. My husband and I stayed in the Bears Den such was the perfect size for a couple. Pics do not do this place justice! Daniel is very thourogh and thoughtful in his listings. Even things I had neglected to bring were amazingly already there. The location was perfect distance to walking into the quaint town with wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved the bar Hooligans which is convenientlyon the same street. Wonderful staff. We enjoyed hiking close by waterfalls. We aren't skiers but if we were I would be planning a winter trip to stay here again. Thank you again for everything Daniel!

My daughter & I stayed few nights at this lovely, cozy & fabulously located gem of a place! We very much enjoyed our stay, even though weather didn’t cooperate 100%. Our pup was quite happy as well! We highly recommend if you’re in the area & don’t need a big place for large group!

Charming decor without being over cluttered. Perfect for a couple with dogs for a long weekend or extended stay. The full stove and oven that although we didn't use would be ideal for a 5 plus day stay. The kitchen is more than sufficient and ignore the post about the old pans, they have been replaced from what we saw hanging in the kitchen. I would recommend to friends and family and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Cozy place. Perfect for a couple without kids. Easy to find, centrally located. Few things I wish I would have known before we got there. If you're a cook, bring your own stuff! Pots and pans have no lids Pans on the wall were very worn and tattered I doubt the people who used them before us washed them thoroughly None of the pans (that were useable) were big enough to make a skillet dinner Knives need a good sharpening (could barely cut a chicken tender) Heater in the bedroom was a little loud but that is to be expected, but worked really well! Kept us really warm. Overall was a great stay and we would stay again

We loved staying in the Bear room. It was the perfect size. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. And was only a five minute walk from Zebs. We will be coming back in the summer!

Had another great experience renting here. Stayed in the Bear's Den and was so much fun. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with bunks for younger kids and even our dog was welcome. So close you can walk to main st in town and access to North/South RS is right there to skip traffic. It's quiet, friendly, rustic, and a pleasure to stay. See you next time!

I spent a week here and enjoyed the apartment. It location was close enough to the major street for North Conway. Walked to several of the shops. I was there by myself with my two small dogs. Great location for Mt. Washington and the Kancamagus Highway. Comfortable bed.

We loved this place, it really felt like home away from home. The location is off the main road and just minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Great coffee shop right at the end of the street was perfect for a walk to get rid of the morning fog. The whole area has nice sidewalks so going for walks around the neighborhood with kids is easy and stress free. Super close to storyland and many other things. Would definitely recommend it to others especially with toddlers and small kids. Bunks beds were a real hit.

I had a great experience with Daniel and his place. It was extremely dog friendly for my 2 dogs and I. The walkability to all the restaurants and shops were perfect, maybe 5 min if so. I did a bunch of hiking around the area like cathedral ledges and it was a perfect landing spot for my trip.

Been coming to the MWV for years, but never stayed in town (North Conway). We had a great time with the Bears Den as our home base with our dog. Fantastic location for walking into town for dog walks, or meals (or both), or dog walks to Cranmore mountain for some green space to run around. Total cabin feel in the Bears den. LOVE all the hooks for hanging clothes, leashes, backpacks, etc. Super friendly & responsive host. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for having us!

Well, it's neat, clean, everything works, and we'll easily visit again sometime. Lots of nearby restaurants (call to see if they offer takeout). The North/South road, two blocks east of the main drag, is the perfect way to avoid the route 16 traffic. Thanks, Daniel!
