Habitación muy amplia y con todo lo necesario para la estancia.
Nos incluía desayuno y el desayuno era 4 trozos de pan y 4 napolitanas que sobraron de días anteriores, menos mal que fuimos los primeros en desayunar porque no había desayuno para todos ya que dejaron el desayuno del día anterior y no había personal para el desayuno. También se escucha mucho las otras habitaciones.

The room and building were warm
There is no reception and the building looks empty and shady. The entire building and the room had cracks on the walls. The state of the room was definitely not good at all: dirty walls, faucets and mouldy shower. The sheets and towels had a few stains.
Pictures don't match with reality at all.

Это было ужасно, мало того что мы в номере увидели мышь, так еще нас искусали постельные клопы!!!! Никогда не забуду это чувство когда ты переворачиваешься и видишь на постели клопа!! Нам пришлось ночью бронировать другой номер и идти туда, чтобы хотя бы немного поспать. Хозяин отеля молчит, букинг вернул только часть стоимости бронирования

La cama era amplia y cómoda.
El cuarto es amplio.
Había una máquina dolce gusto en la habitación y dos cápsulas.
Pudimos guardar el equipaje antes de la hora del check in.
Mucho ruido de un tipo boiler cercano a la habitación y del calefactor del cuarto que sonaba como cascada. El hotel parecía tener problemas graves de estabilidad estructural ya que habían grandes grietas por doquier.
La escalera es confusa y muy estrecha para llevar equipaje grande, y no hay elevador.
La chapa de seguridad por dentro del cuarto estaba rota.
Supuestamente incluye el desayuno, el cual consiste en agua natural y un mini pan dulce y cereal sin leche. Había una máquina para obtener café por 2 euros pero no servía.

La posizione e i letti comodi
Arriviamo verso le 11 e appena entrati notiamo la struttura sporca, c'era ancora lo sporco dalla colazione. La colazione viene fatta praticamente nell'atrio dell'entrata o nella stanza vicina buia e fredda. Arrivati in camera, nella camera tripla c'era l'occorrente solo per 2 persone, ho chiamato per farci portare le cose per la terza persona e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po'. Ci hanno dato un solo asciugamano a testa. Siamo stati 2 notti e la camera non è mai stata pulita o riordinata. Il bagno è scomodissimo. Da una parte c'è una stanzetta minuscola con solo il water (la doccetta-bidet era rotta) dall'altra c'era lavandino e doccia tutto aperto, non c'era un minimo di privacy in quella stanza. Molto deludente

Absence de personnel (sauf, heureusement, les 2 personnes qui s'occupaient du petit déjeuner et qui étaient vraiment charmantes et adorables)
Mauvaise isolation sonore aussi bien vers l'extérieur (la rue) que l'intérieur (on entend tout le monde qui entre et qui sort)
Le P'tit dej le plus basique que j'aie jamais eu dans un hôtel...

Gute Lage, Bett war gut
Kein Aufzug, steile Treppen, kalt im Raum-Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig gut, Bettlaken hat Verschmutzungen gehabt, Shampoo und Seife waren nicht aufgefüllt, kein Wasserkocher, es gab nur Café Latte Kaffee, keine Antwort des Personals auf schriftliche Frage

Verblijf was vreselijk vanwege bedwantsen in dit hotel. Heirloom betaalde, ondanks herhaaldelijk verzoek en overtuigende bewijzen, overnachtingskosten niet terug.

Modtog ikke kode til dør. Ringede til tlf. nr., hvilket ikke hjalp. Måtte hjælpes ind af rengøringsassistent. Kom hjem sent hvor de havde ændret koden så vi måtte ringe igen.

Lamentablemente creo que no puedo decir muchas cosas que me hayan gustado, no es un hotel en sí, no hay personal, no hay recepción, creo que por el dinero que pagué se puede tener algo mejor.
La limpieza de la habitación, el tamaño, las escaleras, el aspecto del hotel en sí. En la habitación había un trozo de papel higiénico en el suelo a un lado de la cama, las almohadas no olían a limpio, en la parte superior de la cortina había unas manchas que no me animo a describir, adjunto fotos y determinarlo vosotros mismos.
Añadir también un problema que tuve una semana antes de llegar al hotel, me llegó un mensaje del hotel a través de booking comentando que se había producido un error en el pago de la habitación (ya estaba pagada) y que necesitaban verificar que los datos de la tarjeta eran correctos y que para ello booking me tenía que volver a pasar el cargo y que luego sería reembolsado. Llamé a atención al cliente de booking y la operadora me solucionó la duda llamando al hotel, habían tenido un ataque a los servidores y se habían hecho con el control de su perfil en booking estafando a los clientes, menos mal que no metí los datos de la tarjeta nuevamente.

ho avuto un problema con il codice d'accesso alla struttura, che però è stato risolto velocemente dall'assistenza.
l'orario della colazione (8.30) non è adeguato per esigenze di lavoro, considerando che chi non conosce la città impiega più tempo a spostarsi e le riunioni di lavoro cominciano presto.
la mancanza di un ascensore mi ha reso molto difficoltoso raggiungere la mia stanza (501) anche perché mancando totalmente la reception ho trovato l'albergo deserto; il giorno del check-out ho dovuto chiedere aiuto all'addetto alla colazione (gentilissimo e cordiale) di portare la valigia all'ingresso, altrimenti non avrei saputo come fare. so che è un edificio storico, ma non tutti sono in grado di fare quattro piani su scale a chiocciola strette e ripide, sia a salire che a scendere.

Onthaal gebeld welke uiteindelijk niet meer kwam opdagen?? Ontbijt karig, geen spuitwater terwijl het toestel er staat, professionele machine geeft alleen zwarte koffie??? Geen verlichting in de ontbijtruimte een paar losse lampenaan elkaar met een verlengsnoer , waggelende goedkope bistroset (ikea?) om op te eten overal ligt iets van verpakkingen ook van voeding!!! Ronduit zonde voor zo'n mooi gebouw

Wenn man dem Ganzen überhaupt etwas positives abgewinnen kann, dann das, dass man in ein paar Gehminuten in der Innenstadt ist. Die Gegend ist jedoch gerade abends nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend. Zumindest wurde unser nicht wirklich sauberes Zimmer noch einmal gereinigt. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktionierte zumindest schnell.
Vielleicht hatten wir ja nur Pech. Doch alles in allem war unser viernächtiger Aufenthalt eine einzige Katastrophe. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und abgewohnt: Haare lagen auf dem Boden und im Bett herum, die Bettwäsche war auch dreckig. Die Handtücher rochen unangenehm, das Bad eher eine nette Designer-Idee aber alles andere als praktisch, keine Ablagemöglichkeit, keine Haken für die Handtücher, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nur sehr langsam ab, so dass man Angst haben musste, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche herausläuft. Das Objekt ist abgewohnt und insgesamt nicht wirklich sauber. Im Frühstücksraum roch es nach Katzenurin. In der ersten Nacht ab 22 Uhr hatten wir Lärm von der Baustelle nebenan. In der letzten Nacht gab es einen Streit auf der Straße, der auf der Hoteltreppe weiterging. Wir hatten uns sehr unwohl und unsicher gefühlt und baten den Betreiber die Polizei zu rufen. Das Frühstück war eher mäßig. Nur am letzten Tag gab es zu den Minibrötchen und Mini-Croissants sogar außer der Butter (um die wir an einem Morgen nachfragen mussten) auch Marmelade. Schinken und Käse haben wir uns nicht getraut zu probieren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht. Für über 120 Euro die Nacht kann man wirklich mehr erwarten. NIE WIEDER!!!

The beds are very comfy, it's a short 10ish min walk into center. Staff are friendly & the pizza at the hotel was also very good.
The room had no air con or fan so we had to choose between being suffocated or eaten alive my mosquitoes. We chose the later and kept the windows open over night to circulate air and have come home absolutely covered in bites. Also by having the windows open, it was noisy with both traffic& people so didn't sleep well at all.
We were not keen on the "bathroom" in a cupboard behind a sliding plank of wood. Unless you are ok with your partner/ friend hearing every single bowel movement you make I wouldn't recommend. It was hot in that cupboard toilet so don't linger any longer than needed. 😂

Very small balcony, no chairs on the balcony (nothing), Shower 20 cm distance from bed, very poor breakfast (cheese, ham and some marmelade in cups), rooms weren't cleaned. 6 Euro for a lemonade from the barr, no fridge or minibar. And this was supposed to be the 'luxury suite'.
