Για τα λεφτά που πληρώσαμε χάλια

Δίπλα στη στάση του λεωφορείου και ευχάριστο προσωπικό πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει

Εσωτερικά δωμάτια χωρίς αέρα και φώς. Είδαμε και κατσαρίδες στο διάδρομο Μέτριο πρωινό πισίνα για μικρά παιδιά

nagyon kics, elég kényelmetlen, de tiszta szobák, nagyon finom reggelivel.

szép tiszta szobák és fürdő, jól működő klíma. Fantasztikus minőségű reggeli, nagyon változatos,, laktató, valóban 3 csillagos. A tetőtéri terasz bárjának árai (étel és ital) egészen elfogadható. A szállóvendégek a medencét (ami nagyon kicsi, a képeken jóval nagyobbnak látszik!) ingyen használhatják, de külsősök is bejöhetnek egy összeget befizetve, aminek nagy részét a bárban elfogyaszthatják. Ettől viszont nagyon zsúfolt és zajos a medence :-( A szobában volt egy wellcome ásványvíz, de a többiért már fizetni kellett. A szobában nagyon fonom kávét lehetett főzni, minden nap tettek be új kapszulát. Ez nagyon jó volt! Vagy csomagmegőrző, amit ingyen lehetett használni. Délelőtt kicsekkoltunk, utána elmentünk Valettába majd vissza és délutánig fürödtünk a medencében, onnan indultunk a reptérre. A reptéri és egyéb buszok 10 méterre a szálloda előtt! Ez is nagyon kényelmes.

Nagyon kicsi volt a 3 ágyas szoba, a képek kissé torzítanak, Mi egy franciaágyat kaptunk (160 széles és egy 100 széles egyszemélyes ágyat. és a falak és ágyak közt kb. 80 cm volt. A minihűtő tényleg mini és nem hűtött valami jól. Jéghideg vizet nem is tudtunk csinálni, illetve egy 1,5 -2 literes üveg be sem fért! Nagyon zsúfolt és elég koszos (de nagyon klórszagú medence), mert nagyon sokan használták, főként külsős gyerekek, akik folyton beugráltak, zajongtak. A mi gyerekeink alig voltak képesek 3 m2-en pancsolgatni a sekélyebb részében. A medence fotón nagyobb benyomást kelt, mint amit a valóságban megéltünk, valószínűleg mert tényleg nagyon-nagyon zsúfolt volt. És jó fogna a medence fölött egy napvitorla, mert egész nap tűzi a 35 és feletti melegebb napsugár. A légkondi leállt, ha az ember kinyitotta a mini erkély ajtaját. CSak akkor működött, ha az erkélyajtó fullra be volt csukva.

Placed elsewhere

The apartment itself was nice but hotel communication needs much improvement. Also don't book the airport transfer through hotel (it's €10 more than the taxi kiosk @ airport) also our initial transfer didn't show up 😔.

We were put in a luxury apartment, which although a lovely apartment it wasn't what I booked & it would have been better for the Cerviola to have contacted me when confirming the booking to offer me the choice. Self catering is a very different holiday, we didn't appreciate having to walk to an unknown destination at 2am & then walk back to the hotel each morning for breakfast & to use the pool. If we had known in advance I would have been better prepared & packed teabags etc.

Siamo stati trattati benissimo, erano tutti molto cordiali e accoglienti. Nei dintorni ci sono posti in cui poter fare il bagno e diversi ristoranti. Le camere erano ben pulite. Consiglio assolutamente il posto, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, inoltre l'hotel è dotato di piscina e ristorante per cui si può anche rimanere in hotel e rilassarsi.

Sono stati tutti molto cordiali e disponibili tranne la persona che ci ha accolto il primo giorno, gli abbiamo chiesto aiuto per riuscire a muoverci con i mezzi pubblici ma si è limitata a dirci il minimo indispensabile e poi ci ha "allontanati". Fortunatamente è stata l'unica ad essere scortese nei nostri confronti. La camera andava bene, l'unico problema è che non potevamo stare con la finestra aperta perché dava sulla lavanderia e quindi tutti potevano vedere dentro la camera.

Чисто, ежедневная уборка, хороший завтрак (хоть и одинаковый каждый день, но качественный, разнообразный, всего хватало), прекрасный кофе. Завтрак с 7:00, но в последнее утро, мы выезжали в 6:00 утро, и нам сделали завтрак к 5:30 - спасибо.

Первая ночь было изменено бронирование со стороны отеля. Большинство приборов в отеле под европейские розетки, хотя в отеле розетки английского стандарта.

Fantastyczne miejsce

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, personel i wspaniałe urozmaicone, obfite śniadania. Doskonale skomunikowane, można stąd dojechać autobusem niemalże w każdą część wyspy. Poza tym piękne plaże tuż przy hotelu. Cisza, spokój i brak dzikich tłumów. Polecam i dziękuję za cudowny pobyt.

Good value for money, kindly staff.

Good location, very kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, the rooftop pool is open seasonally, so now it was closed. Kindly staff.

There was a partial renovation in the hotel, about which there was no prior information ( but the good news is the hotel it will be more beatiful after this). The balcony of the room with a balcony we rented was not really a balcony, but a small room with an open roof, with no view:(.

Very good value. Excellent location. Comfortable room and friendly staff.

Perfect location. Close to bus stops and local shops. Short walk to the coast and restaurants. Daily cooked British breakfast included as well as Maltese bread and the traditional Maltese pastizzi. Loved the coffee machine in the room and on request a kettle was also provided. Majority of staff at reception and restaurant were courteous and friendly. Rooftop restaurant kindly provided a vegetarian meal so we could attend a Mother's Day lunch.

Sometimes floor in reception area was washed in the morning when guests were walking in and out creating a slipping hazard. On a couple of occasions coffee and juice machines in restaurants were not working but no 'out of order ' notice placed on them so guests were often seen trying to use them. Need to include vegetarian options in their restaurant menu.

Superb

The staff is very kind and helpful,the area is very quiet the most I liked is the terace area bar and restaurant.

The breakfast was poor for a hotel like this it should serve intercontinental breakfast not English breakfast all week also the eggs are cooked half done who does not like it like that he has not other choices.

We could not have asked for a better accommodation and highly recommend it.

The very friendly and helpful management and staff, always ready to assist. Up-to-date facilities in the room - nicely furnished, comfortable bed, very clean and well serviced room and 24 hour reception service and bar. Excellent selection of food and hot and cold drinks for breakfast. Excellent facilities on the rooftop level including a swimming pool, sun deck, a very well stocked bar and a very good and reasonably priced restaurant with very efficient level of service. The hotel is also located in a very quiet area with only a few meters to a bus stop and a very good bus service. In our opinion the Cerviola is a 3 star hotel that punches well above its weight.

We find it hard to find anything we did not like.

A really enjoyable and good value stay.

Very well placed, excellent helpful staff, very good value for money. Good breakfast as others have said. a gold star for cleanliness. Interestingly the 'information booklet' was the most comprehensive we have seen, better than many 5 star hotels we have used

Bed was very uncomfortable squeaking each time you sat on it or moved rest of the room was good. Please note a replacement ceiling bulb might be required. Existing one presently flickering. Noisy bathroom door - some WD 40 perhaps would ease this minor problem otherwise thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was good.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the coffee machine and juice machine didn't work one morning. But in general all was good. Room was nice. I can admit, that the maids in a hotel hallway at 8.00 was already very loud in communication with each other. I woke up because of this a few times. About cleanliness, it was ok, but not excellent (floors). Roof top was great.

As I mentioned, maids could be little more quieter. In general everything was fine.

Breakfast, the pool although it was too windy while we were there, water pressure in the shower, bottled water daily on the room. Coffee maker in room and kettle provided when asked as I drink tea

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but definitely only worthy of a 3* status. The public areas were very well kept and modern looking. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good free wifi. Some of the breakfast was ok. Pastries, yogurt, cereals, meat, cheese, bread. Coffee machine. Apples, oranges & sometimes bananas, bowl of tinned fruit.

The rooms are drab and a bit worn looking, but clean. We booked a "deluxe" double room with balcony. There was definitely nothing deluxe about it. And the balcony had 2 plastic chairs and a very small plastic table in between. Impossible to sit out as the 3 bits of furniture filled the "balcony". I immediately went to reception to complain (something I never do on holiday) To be fair the lady showed me 2 more rooms. The 1st was about 6 inches bigger and the 2nd was better with more room outside but twin beds. I settled on that one. We booked bed & breakfast. Buffet style. Same thing every day. Cold beans, bacon, sausage, fried eggs, fresh cooked tomatoes, all swimming in oil.

Great hotel with amazing staff

We were in the Graciola apartment. It’s a great place with all you need (except hairdryer). The staff was exceptional. They helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was great as well and I have to give special thanks to the guy that was serving it. He should get a raise. :) Also, the hotel is well connected to other cities.

Great experience for the price

The staff is amazing. Special thanks to the girl that was working at the reception. The room and the hotel in general are clean. I don’t think there’s a better hotel in whole Malta for this price.

The room was lacking a bit of fresh air since there is only one window that is almost blocked by another building.

overall we had a good stay but felt let down by no food other than breakfast.

rooftop bar wasn’t open during our stay so no facilities for drinks or snacks and no evening meals despite menus up in public areas. very disappointing.
