We loved the location and views of this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. They upgraded us to be in a room closer to our other family members staying there. The room had a large nice bed in the bedroom with pullout sofa bed in the sitting area. The bathrooms were large and clean. The grounds were stunning with all the fresh flowers and lemon trees. Breakfast was lovely every morning, big spread with something for everyone. Finally the pool was a highlight for us, being so high up and the summer heat beating down, it was lovely to cool off poolside and have some cocktails.
The “going green” products were nice, however flimsy. When staying in a 4-star hotel, I tend to expect nicer quality soaps and lotions.

Great views from the room, and not to far from the town centre

All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Large room but had partially obstructed balcony view in 201. Great shuttle service into Ravello. We wish we had stayed more than one night. beautiful pool area.

View - Exceptional view! Waking up was our favorite part of the day.
Breakfast - Very good. great offerings, lots of selection. Great and friendly coffee service. Spectacular view.
Room - Amazing, great view. Felt very clean. Very spacious. Lux bath tub and shower.
Slightly off the beaten path. Definitely have to do a good amount of hiking to get to the main square in Ravello.

Loved the hotel and the incredible views from our suite and the breakfast room. It's a short (but tough/steep) walk to the town centre, and the room we stayed in (202) was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the breakfast bags provided to us on our early departure, and the hotel car that brought us to our dinner reservations nearby, and came to fetch us during an unexpected downpour!
The view of the empty swimming pool next to the room wasn't ideal, though it seemed like it would be renovated soon. Also, we were woken up most mornings by several dogs barking loudly next door.

Wonderful stay, breathtaking view, well equipped rooms and great staff.
We got room service and we were surprised how good the food was.
The best place we've been to in the region, it was peaceful and relaxing.
Breakfast was also excellent, with good variety and we could enjoy it in front of the sunny Ravello coast landscape.
Absolutely nothing

The views, room, and service were all superb.
The breakfast room was a little bit sad. The hotel was very focused on signing forms (e.g., had to sign to use the iron).

a beautiful property in a wonderful location. the staff were amazing and the food was delicious.
no kids menu but this seems to be quite common in Italy

Everything.
A bit far from the main square but the free shuttle service is good.

location amazing, property is very clean and to a high standard
breakfast lacks variety - things such as a toaster or fresh fruit would go a long way
booked a sea view room, but other rooms in the same category had a much better view

we loved the size of the room; it’s essentially a one bedroom suite, with a large bathroom with jacuzzi and a living room area. great views from the bedroom and bathroom. the pool was great but wish it was a little heated.
the overall property is very well taken care of. the garden terraces are beautiful and our little one enjoyed running around.
the interior of the lobby and breakfast area could be updated

The view was exceptional. Absolutely stunning.
Breakfast is a served buffet - but plenty of choices. Fantastic view if you can get a table on the balcony.
Flowers around the outside of the hotel look and smell beautiful.
We were welcomed on arrival by a drink and a cake and a helpful receptionist.
The served breakfast buffet sometimes meant there was a bit of a queue - but with covid rules being relaxed it will probably be self service very soon.

This hotel took their COVID cleanliness seriously and we felt very safe here. The location is great and close to the Ravello town (easy 10 minute walk, they also offer a shuttle). All of the staff members were incredibly helpful whether it was arranging taxis, providing recommendations or assisting us with breakfast. Rooms were larger than expected and very quiet with jaw dropping views. The pool area was great as well!

the room was amazing with a private little garden with a great sea view

We had a ground floor room, off the swimming pool. The room had a private outdoor space with an ocean view. This was off-season, so it was quiet.
I can imagine that in summer free parking spaces will be scarce. Breakfast was ample.
It's a somewhat strenuous uphill walk to town. They have a small shuttle bus which we used once.
It was a little hard to find the place at first. The signing could be better. The GPS address did not correspond. The hotel is below the conference center.
