This place and the next one to it (RED ROOF INN) are the "Ghetto" Hotels of Waco.

Nothing. Even though I had a confirmed booking, they said they did not have any rooms available. But, I'm glad they didn't. This place is a dump. The pictures DO NOT correspond to what this place looks like currently.

Terrible people!

Nothing, I made reservations a month prior and arrived to be told they did not have a room for me,no one contacted me to tell me this.I would not have even made the trip if I had been contacted. The hotel did not contact me and booking.com did not contact me!

Nothing the lady just waved her arms and said No Room,No Room,then she walked off leaving me standing there!

Stayed there. Will stay there again.

Located between Waco and Bellmead. It's not the Hilton by no means. I enjoyed the fact that it was generally quiet, that alone made it well worth staying. Intend to stay again, when I travel to stay.

I can't really think of anything. The staff was nice, they even installed a new television in my room when I reported that it didn't work. They really care about their customers.

I did not stay

The Hotel room was very ugly. Everything was old and dirty. I did not stay in this hotel. When i Checked in the credit card machine was not working and the only way to pay was cash plus $50 deposit. Once i step into the room i went back to the front lobby and request my money back. I wont recommend this hotel. Poor Quality i booked another hotel in the nearby the area

Right off the highway, gross hotel.

Beds were at least comfortable

Marks of some kind of food or something on the walls and ceiling that could be cleaned off. Room had direct TV but none of the channels work Towels and rags have stains on them Pillow cases, bed sheets and bed covers had stains One of the lights in between the beds was out.

Their System was down so they couldn't check me in, had to go elsewhere yet they still charged me.

Very comfortable and convenient area. Clean & the nicest people ever!

The owners...so friendly and accommodating! Beds were great, ac good. Cabinets well stocked with everything we needed. Wanted for nothing, very comfortable. Very clean and modernized.

Worst hotel

We had booked 2 rooms for March 9-10. When we arrived at the "hotel" in the evening, the receptionist told us that nothing works here, you have to go somewhere else. Really rude treatment and then he gave a phone number to call and get the money back. We tried calling, no answer. Never again to this chain's "hotel". He should have handled the refund for us. Fortunately, the reservation was only for 1 night. Goodbye money

I didn't even get a room after I booked here on this booking app.... It's like the front desk where so unprofessional as if she had no clue and was very rude

The room was horrible and not kept at all. everything in this room needed updated. Towels were thin and warm, the TV worked on one channel, bathroom was moldy and in need of repair. furniture was chipped and seats were worn to the point that the outside layer was worn off to the padding. they demanded a $50.00 deposit and then weren’t open until 9:30am telling me I had to return to receive my deposit. the office has never answered the phone for me or OYO headquarters when they called while I was on hold. It felt very unsafe here as well and I have traveled to many countries solo and I’ve never had this type of sketchy service. the OYO main line is now automatically hanging up on me. I will NEVER stay at another OYO hotel again and I will be sharing this same review in as many forums as I can find as a warning to others.

Don't fall for the trap like me

I made reservation and paid full via Booking.com. However, the receptionist claimed for technical error and unable to checked me in. I made cancellation in booking.com and unable to get the full refund for the mistake wasn't made by me.

Bad Place To Book ! Do not waste your time or money !

This place is an absolute rip off & they will hit ur credit card with extra fees with out you staying there ! Horrible place and customer service is so rude !

Everything ! They hit my bank acct with unauthorized charges and I didn't even get to check in , customer service is rude, place smells like marijuana just pulling into parking lot , ghetto customer service , bugs ! Thank God I didn't stay in a room ! Never again will I book here !
