Perfectly located, great amenities, outstanding host, pure luxury.

Pure luxury! in a perfect location, offering walking distance to local attractions. Conveniently located next to Woolworths and a bottle-shop. Rooms are exceptionally clean with everything provided. Fresh delicious bread delivered daily and a lovely host ensured a pleasant stay.

No outside area to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun but everything else was perfect.

Highly recommend a comfortable lovely place to stay

The inside of the accommodation is gorgeous Areally nice change from the norm . We were treated to Lindt chocolates on the way to our room . Luxury furniture lined the sitting room , Breakfast was supplied in the way of amazing fresh loaves of bread delivered for a lovely breakfast each morning and fresh orange juice The room was lovely , the bathroom was huge with a lovely rain showerhead . The bed was huge and so comfortable we slept so well . The location was excellent with a few minute walk into the Main Street .

A special place to stay with your special someone :)

Rooms are spacious, bed is large and uber comfy, bathroom elegant and super clean - location amazing, and our host made our (anniversary) stay even more special with bubbles and cheese on arrival, what more could you want!

Perfect Couples unique luxury accommodation

The room was lovely - we stayed in the Victoria room - the bed was very comfy. The location is excellent with a 2 minute walk into the centre of town. Cheryl our hostess was lovely and when we told her we were going out for lunch - she made a cheese platter for us in the evening to enjoy with the port in the communal lounge. The Yallingup wood fired bread was delicious for breakfast . We will definitely stay here again

Wonderful and perfect

Beautiful room and perfect location we had the most lovely stay. Cheryl and Larry were most hospitable. Very clean , comfy bed and we loved the bath tub and decor. Highly recommend the napoleon room

Sophisticated option for a demanding couple!

Very cosy, beautiful interior. It was my birthday getaway and I wanted something sophisticated and it was exactly that. The owners were the nicest, it was everything I wanted.

A bit more hooks and perefarbly one more shelf in the bathroom would be nice.

Great place for walking to dinner venues and not having to drive, especially after a few great reds

Fresh local warm bread for toast each morning was good, with pod coffee machine and fresh milk in room. The port, cheeses, chocolates and fruits provided in the evenings were wonderful for a nightcap sitting by the heater on the leather lounges.

Location was great for proximity to dinner venues, especially El Toro, however the big concrete Woolworths supermarket next door detracts from the premises unfortunately.

Keep up the exceptionally high standards and you will have to ut up with us again and again

The cleanliness was exceptional, very fresh, comfortable and relaxing. Continental breakfast just perfect. Can highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Josephines. The Napolean suite was very charming with comfy king size bed, spacious and quality finishes. Lots of treats including chocolates, pod coffee and fresh bread daily. Thank you Cheryl for being such a wonderful host. We look forward to staying with you again.

Excellent room, very clean, great location.

We stayed in the 'Gatsby' styled room. It was wonderfully clean, particularly the bathroom. The host was lovely and very accommodating for our early check-in. It is located one street back from the main street. Great location and within walking distance to everything.

Superb

Cheryl and Larry were wonderful hosts and very helpful. The room was very cosy and clean. They even provided continental breakfast items in the kitchenette which were greatly appreciated.

What a lovely place!

Location was in the middle of the town. Everything was in a walking distance. Many restaurants just nearby and also closest grocery store was in the next building. In the area Margaret River is the best place to stay since it's in the middle of the region and maximum distance is like 50km. Late arrival was arranged and with some little snacks were available when we arrived. There was even cheese plates available on the room after we arrived from the day trips. Cheryl is an excellent hostess.

Only thing which I missed is the view outside from the room. It did not matter much since most of the day we were somewhere and arrived just before sunset.

Great stay. Welcoming, professional staff. Very clean. In the centre of Margaret River township.

A large, beautifully decorated and well appointed room. In-room tea, coffee, bread, butter, condiments, muesli and milk was refreshed daily, and fruit, chocolates, port in the lounge. Very central location

Can't fault anything about this guest house.

The complimentary milk, bread, butter, orange juice and muesli. The bathroom is lovely and has everything you need with lots of little touches like make up cloths and headed towel rail.

centrally located in Margaret River town center, large bathroom, comfortable bed

no free wifi. still using traditional keys to the room and main entrance. we lost the keys which was totally our fault, the owners had to open the door for us after our dinner. They replaced the keys without charging us which is appreciated .

Perfect Margaret river retreat

Brilliant central location, beautiful themed room, clean and great little kitchen in the room. Clean and modern bathroom. Lovely bread and jams. Cheryl was very helpful and even sourced some gluten free bread for us. Would recommend.
