Over 2 jaar weer heen te gaan 🫶🏾

Niet ver van Chenkareng, alles was gelukkig niet ver vandaan, we genoten waar we heen willen. Hotel was super vriendelijke mensen, zij waren zo gastvrij. Hebben paar vrienden gemaakt van de medewerkers daar, zowel de catering en de jongens van de portiek. We spraken met iedereen, zowel ook mijn dochter.

طاقم العمل رائع جداً والفندق جميل الفطور للناس الي ما تدقق في الأكل يعني في خيارات كثير للفطور حلوه وتناسب النزيل ولأن الطابع الآسيوي غالب في الأصناف الا انك تقدر تفطر وتنوع حسب مزاجك

ازعاج المواصلات (الدرجات النارية) والتشوه البصري في الطابق 19 الفرش يحتاج لتجديد وتنظيف مكثف

Very good

The room and breakfast, we really like. and very good. Iron and Iron board was very helpful too. The Hotel supply plenty of drinking water 4 Bottles.

The Hotel lounge is too small. The out door open air sitting place don't have non smoking area. Iron sole plate in my room is not properly cleaned

A stay worth the money

Very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a lively road with lots of food stores and stalls. Relax in the evening at the lounge for nice views of the skyline.

The air conditioner can be a bit loud for some but it's fine as I use it as a white noise machine.

if you do not mind with cigarette smells, this hotel almost perfect to stay!

the breakfast! fantastic breakfast! the stuffs is polite. i would say 90% of this hotel meet our requirement. however, the ONLY thing that failed us was the cigarette smell in entire 9th floor.

the whole floor (9th floor) is fully with cigarette smells! 9th floor is stated as none-smoking floor, however the whole floor was cigarette smell. the smells make us not feeling good. more, maybe because of the cigarette smell, our towel also become cigarette smell. this is the ONLY thing which we were not feeling good with. other than that, we have nothing to complain at all.

Extremely happy and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very clean, staff were very professional and welcoming. king deluxe room was very modern, nice and comfortable. The Dinner was Amazing and the breakfast was really good.

I would have liked a bit more of a western breakfast choice there is only omelette and weird chicken and beef sausages that are more like a hot dog franfurts the rest is stuff i would eat for dinner not for breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good, lots of choice.

I booked as I was so impressed with the sister hotel in Surabaya, but this one is smaller, older and a little worn. Also the rooms are badly insulated for noise - the first night I hardly slept as there were students staying opposite who spent most of the night shouting to each other in the corridor.

Overall was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

Room was alittle too big for solo traveller, but is all right. The flooring is tiles, so get cold if not using the slippers, again not a big deal. Wifi connection could be better.

Bright smile staffs , modern interior design room , tasty foods , that's all

The breakfast was awesome , the buffet type breakfast could fit to almost kind of taste for people around this world. I had two times the breakfast and the coffee smell is so great. I had 2 cup of it. The staffs in the morning restaurant,all carry smiles , the manager even greet me and smile for me few times, thumb up for him. The hotel floor is look very modern with interior design won't be disappointed. Even the room interior design is modern (for me, others I don't know) When I start check in , a cute friendly receptionist and her name is Ms Tiara's , she very polite to me and even can crack a jokes with me when I'm doing the procedure to check in and she offer me a Apple Juice from the fridge as welcome drink. Even other staffs is very polite too , definitely can give more than 4 stars to them. Thumb up to the hotel team especially the one that manage the team.

Strategic location! Loved the hotel ambience also the room cleanliness.

More food and coffee varieties please. That'd be perfect. Also please turn on the basements lamp. Too dark for elder who park in the basement.

I am very happy to stay at Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk, because all of my business agendas run well

I got the free parking services for 5nights and it was very secure, All staffs include the service room are very helpful and also they gave good responses for any request from me and my family while staying in there.

The swimming pool and also the gym facilities should be open with healthy protocol applicated.
