~~THE LOCATION~~
The home is ideally situated in the heart of Naples near Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park & Beach. These beaches are known for their beautiful white sand, calm seas, shelling and breath-taking sunsets. The home is walking distance to Mercato, a popular Naples hotspot, where you will find great night life, restaurants, shops, cinema, and more.

~~THE ROOMS~~

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a smart Roku TV with Xfinity basic cable (includes Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.). The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with double vanities, and a computer desk. Guest room #1 includes a queen-sized bed. Guest room #2 Includes a full-sized bunk bed that can sleep 4 people with a twin-sized bed at the top, a full-sized bed at the bottom, and a twin-sized trundle. The kids will love this room!
Kitchen: The kitchen comes stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals, dishes, utensils, chef knives, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee), blender, toaster, rice cooker, large refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space for storage. The kitchen also includes a beautiful breakfast nook area and granite counter-tops with bar stools overlooking the main living room area.
Living Room: The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a smart Roku TV with Xfinity basic cable (includes Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.), and a google digital Home assistant.
Game Room: The game room includes a billiard and ping pong combo game table. You will also find a Super Pac-Man Arcade game, a Street Fighter Arcade game, a giant sized Connect 4 as well as board games, books, and toys.
Pool: The house features a screened in lanai with a south facing optional heated pool, lounge chairs to relax, patio set, and a BBQ grill. It offers privacy and is surrounded by lush landscaping. The pool has a hybrid solar/electric heating system. Pool heating is optional and can be added at an additional cost. Please contact the host.
Exterior Cameras: There is a doorbell camera as well as security cameras on the sides of the house and above garage door (all facing the exterior of the home).

Close to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Walking distance to Mercato, a popular Naples hot spot where you will find great night life, fine dining and shops. You can get around by bike, foot or car.

When looking for a place to stay with my family - whic includes my 8 y/o grandson - it was important to have a "fun house!" This place hit the mark!! The gameroom + pool were awesome!!! The beds were super comfy too!

The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and made our family meals manageable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren, with a table and plenty of chairs in the pool area. The beach chairs and cooler made for a fun day at the beach. Really nice house in a fun area.

Great property better than photos. Pool fantastic, great size. Games all well used and loved. Owner very receptive and very understanding with an issue which was our fault. Really recommend this property for a chilled break plenty in walking distance and easy to cycle to beach on bikes provided.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It has everything you need to enjoy your time in Naples. Best part was all the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and sand toys. Game room kept our boys entertained and the pool was perfect. This house was extremely clean and the bed were very comfortable! Property manager responded immediately and was great to work with. We plan to stay here again in the future.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space, awesome pool and convenient location to Whole Foods, restaurants and anything else. Beach was a short drive. My 7yo LOVED the arcade games which was a huge plus. Airport was 30 mins away without traffic. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach and pool toys. Bikes were great too. Keila was easy to connect with and very responsive. A++

The house had everything that we could possibly need plus more. Our comfort level was high. The directions and information folder was easy to understand and had great information. Keila was always available and helpful. Our grandkids 16 and 13 years old loved it. When we were home we were by the wonderful pool even ate our meals outside. FYI everything needed for the beach was in the garage. We would definitely return. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. The property was an ideal location for afternoons at the beach, as well as Mercato shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and lanai. Keila is an amazing host with attentive responses to any questions. We'll be back!

We were very happy with our stay at this house. The house layout was very nice and the house itself was very well maintained and had some nice touches. The heated pool is a must and it did not disappoint. The house is nicely situated making it just a short trip to the beach. Keila was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect . Everything in perfect working order . Loved the pool . The location was great, lots to do in Naples . We went fishing , also bow fishing and to a comedy club . I would highly recommend this property, no complaints from us . Keila was an excellent manager . If we are ever in Naples again we will stay there .

The host was very flexible. We had a medical issue come up where a member of our party was unable to fly. The host allowed rebooking at no cost even though they didn’t have to contractually. The property was very clean ask as advertised.

The house is very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Master bedroom and master bathroom are very spacious. The host is great and responds quickly. Wonderful location, a few minutes drive to the beach. Walkable distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We loved our mini getaway to Naples that came complete with a game room, pool, barbecue, bikes and more. The furnishings are beautiful and the bedding was super cozy too. Kristen was also incredibly responsive too. The location is also super convenient to shopping, great restaurants, the beach and more. Highly recommended!

Very clean which is all I care about! But there is more - the house has all amenities that you would need for a nice stay washer and dryer to have fresh beach towels for next day, utensils to have dinner if you don’t feel like going out and pool and arcade games so you can show your kids how good you are on street fighter! The pool is obviously a great feature too! Loved the stay and we look forward to stay there again!

We spent a few days at this house and loved it. The property is exactly as described! It’s very clean and the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and all the space we had to spread out. We’d definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. This property was exactly as described. My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game area. The home was very clean and comfortable. They have everything you need for the pool or the beach, including towels, a cooler and chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and had spices and other basics available for us to use. We also enjoyed the bicycles to explore the neighbor. Keila was extremally responsive and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Great home - pool table and ping pong and pac man occupied us all. Dissapointed it was too cold for adults to enjoy the pool but FL winter weather is unpredictable. Great spot for those visiting family nearby- was able to run to my parent's home in Pelican Marsh community. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Naples park. The location is great! Close to shopping and restaurants. Close enough to the beach for a quick bike ride or short drive. My family and I have been going to the Naples/Ft Meyers area in December for the past 3 years. We were extremely sad to see the devastation hurricane Ian had caused in the area we love so much. We were fortunate enough to find a wonderful place and continue our family tradition. This property is absolutely wonderful! We have elementary school aged kids and having a pool (pool noodles/toys), arcade and games made our stay so fun and comfortable. The home had everything we needed, but one of the things that impressed me the most was a fully stocked kitchen - all kinds of spices included! It was a quick drive to Venice Beach, and our trips to the beach were great as well, since the home had a cooler, chairs, towels, parasol and beach toys that we could bring with us. My family and I would definitely stay in this property again - highly recommended!
