Ein besonderer Ort. Beim nächsten mal gerne wieder.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, auch bei Sonderwünschen super Bedienung im Restaurant, Hilfe beim Gepäck, da sich der Parkplatz oberhalb der Steilküste befindet

man sollte bei Tageslicht anreisen. Die Piste zum Hotel ist einspurig und bei Gegenverkehr wird es eng. Das Wasser ist in der Nähe der Felsen sandig und man sieht die großen Steine im Wasser nicht, da muß man vorsichtig sein um von den Wellen nicht draufgeworfen zu werden. Es gibt kein Telefon-Netz. Also mal irgendwo anrufen geht nicht.

Pleasant

The cottage had enough space, washrooms were spacious as well, the balcony was huge and was beach facing. The beach is very clean and beautiful almost like a private beach to the resort.

The resort's location from the main road is very far. It's a mini Trek down the main road which leads to the resort. The path is quite bumpy with no settlement around. It seems a bit eerie at night unlike the resorts near Palolem beach. Its not safe for walk at night, so take a vehicle. For those who want complete cut off from noise and people, it's a good option but not worth it otherwise. There was no AC in the room which was needed during the day time as it was humid and hot outside. Very disappointed with the quality of food served at their restaurant.

Beautiful place. The view from the room is facing the beach and you can hear the sound of waves. There is a kayaking place adjacent to the resort and must try. The waters are not very safe to get in though. We just played beside the rocks. Might visit again.

There is a muddy road that leads to the resort. Better park the vehicle up and ask the resort to arrange transport from there. If you plan to just sit and chill beside beach this is a great place.

A Great Experience

The view from the room is mesmerizing, we can see the sunset from thr balcony.

The bed is a spring bed so not very comfortable. No phone in the room- if we have to order somthing, we have to call a what's app number, Which was fast but still a phone in the room would be great. No TV in the room No complimentary coffee.

Only the location, close to beach.

Ambience is not matching with the tariff, staff is not very welcoming, like a self help system. Reception is pathetic. Furniture all worn out. Not a very good experience, left after staying one night. Lost money. Beach is very crowded, earlier it was very isolated.

A Beach Paradise ! Peaceful n Serene

The most beautiful beach. Serene,quite calm. The resort is on the beach. Staff was awesome. N food amazing.

The last 5km road is horrible. But this was informed earlier n provisions were made for us to park our car at top n take us downhill to beach by their car. But all that was worth once we saw the resort. Don have words enough to describe the beauty of resort

Staff was very welcoming and the rooms very pretty spacious. View from the room and Location of the hotel is next level. Location of the property is heaven doesn't feel like this place even exists. Kajal Madam at the Reception very kind and Humble. Rakesh who was our care taker gem of a person. 5 star for the rest of the things.

You really need to work on the Wi-Fi connection which was very fluctuating, since you do not have network connection. Also having an intercom is important or else you need to walk all the way to reception for any requests.

I would go there again.

The location that the property is on is excellent. it was beautiful and serene. There is a possibility of Kayaking also on this beach. Food was ok but was also reasonable.

getting there is quite a task. We were informed that it would be 2.4 kms of dirt track but it was almost 4 kms. Some other instructions given to us to get there were also incorrect. No signs or information boards to tell you that you are on the right track. However they helped us get back to the main road upon request. Also, they say it’s a private beach but a lot of visitors frequent the beach for kayaking and hence you will see too many tourists who aren’t actually staying in the resort

Private beach, very poor service due to staff shortage.

Privacy and ocean view

Very bumpy last mile ride. Constant electricity fluctuations. Long wait time for orders to arrive at the restaurant. We gave orders for breakfast and waited 40 mins but we never got it. Waiter forgot to convey the order.
