Excellent!

It was a wonderful home with so much charm. Loved the theme and the different rooms around the house to make you feel like you had privacy. Lots of light coming into the home as well. It was a 10 min walk to the beach. The street is very quiet. We could park our cars in the garage.

Our family had a wonderful time together, having fun and relaxing at this beautiful property!

The property was great. Very open, comfortable, roomy, and airy. Very welcoming look and feel. We enjoyed the hot tub, and we cooked many meals together. We found everything that we needed. The deck was nice also, with plenty of comfortable seating (although a couple of the wooden chairs needed repair). We loved all the counter and table space in the open kitchen and dining room. It allowed for meal prep, all eight of us eating together, and board games, crafts and puzzles.

The kitchen sink had coffee grounds in it, as though the sink had been full of coffee grounds and water, then drained, but not rinsed. Odd, we thought, that that hadn't been cleaned, but not a big deal. The next day, when we attempted to use the (advertised) garbage disposal, we found that it didn't work. We looked under the sink. It was dismantled. This would have been nice to know before we tried to use it. An email from the host, beforehand, or even a physical note in the kitchen, letting everyone know not the use the garbage disposal, would have been appreciated. Also the refrigerator didn't keep our food and drinks very cold. Bottled water and drinks that we put in the fridge when we got there still were not as cold as they should have been, 3 days later. The freezer worked well. I called the host and reported these items. The woman I talked with said that was the first they heard about the refrigerator. I was surprised that she said there was already an open repair order for the garbage disposal. I was told "They are waiting for an electrician". These are relatively small things, I realize. We didn't have any food spoil, and we managed to clean out most of the food scraps that we put down the garbage disposal. But, we paid very good money, and everything should be working well, as advertised.
