Reservé el hotel con el pago adelantado. A pasar 2 horas me llamaron para comunicar que no hay habitaciones libres (mientras tanto me marcaba en el booking que mi reserva es válida). A pasar un par de días me devolvieron el dinero.

There are better hotels in Casteldefels nearby for the price. We would not choose this hotel again.

Nice room for Spain. It appeared to have a Queen bed but actually it was two beds pushed together with a fitted sheet over both. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean. Quiet.

Main problem was that the air conditioning didn't work. This room would be a nightmare in the summer. Tried to contact hotel but they were unable to get it working. Opening the windows let mosquitos in because no screens. Also, the check-in process was very difficult online; it would not accept input. There is no reception desk. We were able to resolve this. The shower did not initially produce hot water but this was resolved eventually; my wife had to have a cold shower.

Far from airport and from the city.

The room was spacious, very clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel was very far from the airport not as stated in the advertisement. And there were no shops close to the hotel.

Very Bad

The room was clean.

I booked a room with double bed but instead I got 2 separate single beds. The bed was very uncomfortable. On top of this, the geyser was not working and the hotel staff was not picking the phone. Also, the hotel staff left the room open after cleaning when we were not in the hotel.

Non accessibile in carrozzina, non c'è una rampa, bagno stretto

La colazione era in orari impossibili ,a pagamento,e incompatibili con i nostri impegni

La mancanza di pulizie e non era scritto da nessuna parte in camera. Avevamo scelto perché diceva di essere accessibile per disabili. In realtà per entrare dalla strada e nella struttura non c'è una rampa, il bagno è impraticabile per chi è in carrozzina. Assenti le misure di sicurezza. Riscaldamento bloccato a 24 gradi.

We had a very comfortable stay and staff was attentive and helpful.

Location was great. We had some difficulty checking in, but received immediate help. The room was minimally furnished; so calming and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Also, we were unsure whether there was a continental breakfast, and in the end, did not see one.

Un hotel fantasma muy limpio y funcional, viva el futuro.

Funcional, bien comunicado, muy limpio.

No contactamos con nadie, todo es digital. Si no tienes móvil, estás muerto. Cafetería desierta, sin ningún servicio, aunque estaba comprometido. Tuvimos que ir a desayunar fuera.

La ubicacion, entrada independiente

Había restos de anteriores huespedes dentro del mueble del baño ( una botella vacía), elegí este hotel por la cama king size y eran 2 camas juntas por lo que te hundías al centro, además el secador no funcionaba. A las 12 de la noche se oían muchos ruidos, golpes, lloros, parecía que alguien estaba discutiendo ( ya se que esto no es culpa del hotel) pero menuda anecdota... Por el precio esperaba algo más ya que es temporada baja.

The staff were very helpful upon arrival The ease of digital key code easy to use no issues The access to fresh towels and toilet tissues

Receptionist lost enthusiasm after check in as of she couldn't be bothered to engage an help find the rubbish bin which was down the road. Loud drainage sounds and banging when other doors close in the hotel. Can over hear people in room beside having fun.

O colchão não era a coisa mais confortável do planeta e nota-se que o quarto foi pintado às pressas com alguns detalhes nas conexões da tv ou nas paredes a deixar espaço para melhoria.

La Cama estaba fatal, Necesita una nueva urgente! No tenía secado de pelo, y la muebles son viejos.

Por la noche se escuchaban los portazos de entradas y salidas del resto de huéspedes. Las camas individuales súper pequeñitas, pero comodas!

I was looking for this hotel for 2 hours around this area but couldn't find it. I wasted my time and money. I asked many peple around including taxi , bus drivers where it was, They didn't know. I am sure it is very hard to find this hotel, specially for stranger's.

Very good

Located close to the beach. Even though there was nobody at the reception, we got answers via the phone easily. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch

The plumbing in the building is not well done. Every time someone would flush a toilet upstairs it felt like a massive waterfall downstairs in our room. The toilet was not fixed and was moving. The room had ants, but the next day some products were put, and that seemed to help. The mattress was leaning towards one side, which was not comfortable.

Perfect spot for a long layover

The room was perfectly sized for a one night stay and even a few nights would have been fine. The location was great with lots of playgrounds nearby to explore including the one by the beach! Took Bus 94 all the way to the train station for 2,40€.

We had a few ants crawling on our things in the morning but nothing too crazy.

Great location, basic but did the job

Unfortunately on.one of the nights the noise from other partying guests went on til after 3am, loud music shouting etc. Although once reported it was dealt with but had little sleep that night..no onsite presence to stop such happening from occurring in first place.
