About this apartment rental
The apartment Parque Santiago 3 is located in a well maintained complex overlooking the sea and on the beautiful beach of Plya de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hair salons, banks and ATMs can be easily reached on foot. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a modern living room with sofa bed and comfortable leather armchairs. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and of the high street. The balcony is furnished with chairs, you can sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a small stereo system. The comfortable sofa can be converted in a few steps to the sofa bed.
The bedroom has a second TV, which also receives all major international programs.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Internet is available via Wi-Fi free of charge. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The apartment is ideal for swimming and beach vacation, even for a longer stay, it is ideally suited. The plant has a very nice pool area with a separate water park with water slides for the kids. The pool is also a bistro for snacks and ice in between (surcharge).
The bedroom has a second TV, which also receives all major international programs.

I had to work, my daughter had to study and there was no chance for that (btw - one day there was no Wi-Fi only the next day someone brought new router). On top of that, big bugs (cockroaches as big as your thumb) running from the bathroom to the kitchen. The host was informed about all those "inconveniences", I told him I want my money back and check out immediately but he ignored my email.

Appartamento accogliente in ottima posizione.magari da fare qualche piccolo investimento in piccole cose che renderebbero il tutto più carino,ma sicuramente ora con la situazione covid non si ha proprio voglia di investire soldi.

Adecuado para dos adultos y tal vez dos niños
El apartamento se encuentra situado a mi juicio en la mejor zona comercial de Las Américas Arona. con las ventajas que ello conlleva y sin el inconveniente de ruidos excesivos. Hubiera recibido de mi parte la máxima calificación global, de no habernos encontrado con inesperadas deficiencias en la conservación del frigorífico y el no funcionamiento de la lavadora, así como en la ausencia de muchas piezas de la cubertería y de otros utensilios de limpieza. Todas estas deficiencias fueron subsanadas diligentemente por Julio, nombre de la persona que nos atendió a nuestra llegada y a la que deseo mostrarle nuestra gratitud.

Mangler en gennemgribende renovering og et bedre serviceteam
Vi havde en dejlig ferie, men den kunne have været bedre hvis lejligheden havde levet op til vore forventninger.
Låsen til entredøren var ødelagt og forsøgt forbedret, karmen indvendig var ødelagt og forsøgt repareret men uden det store etiske resultat. Badeværelset var usædvanligt lille og utidssvarende og uhygiejnisk og der lugte fælt fra afløbet i badekarret. Der stod dog en duftespray til afbenyttelse. Der manglede pære i køkkenet, så det var svært at orientere sig. Der manglede en del køkkenting, så godt at vi ikke lavede mad der. I stuen hang ledninger fra routeren ned ad væggen, og Wi-FI var meget ringe, og faldt ud hele tiden. En lampe i stuen var ødelagt men trods alt stillet over bag en skab med en pære i.
Gardinerne fra stuen til balkonen var alt for lange, så de hang hen ad gulvet og var tillige møg beskidte forneden. Skodderne mellem stue og balkon kunne ikke skubbes sammen p.g.a. manglende vedligholdelse og maling. Det samme med rækværket, det råbte også på Gori. Vinduet i soveværelset var pilrådden og fjernsynet fungerede ikke.
Der manglede pære og diverse ting og vi forsøgte at få fat på lejlighedens kontaktmand, men uden held. Det lykkedes os 1 gang at kontakte med ham da der også manglede en hårtørrer. Vi havde yderligt forsøgt 2-3 gange at kontakte ham, men han ringede aldrig tilbage. Vi vil ikke anbefale denne lejlighed til nogen, før end den bliver renoveret, vi blev i hvertfald meget skuffet. Jeg ved ikke helt om de penge vi gav for rengøring går direkte i lommen på servicearbejderne, der var ihvertfald ikke rent overhovedet ved ankomst.
Det positive er at det er et lækkert resort/anlæg med masser af plads og liggestole samt
parasoller. Vi vil være meget mere omhyggelige næste gang vi skal leje en lejlighed.

The place is in need of some TLC and several items need to be replaced or updated. The bed, although a double, seems really small and the mattress is badly worn and ‘bobbly’. We had to put a duvet under the bottom sheet to improve the comfort. The catches on the wardrobe doors were missing or ineffective. The hairdryer started to catch fire so we couldn’t use it, we ended up buying our own. The WI-FI was hopeless and kept cutting out as soon as you went outside the lounge. The tap in the kitchen sink had become detached and very sloppy. The bathroom is in need of a complete makeover in my opinion. The kitchen is tiny but reasonably well equipped although a lot of the items are mismatched. I had to pay extra for use of the tiny safe which is diabolical, it wasn’t a small amount. I’m not sure if the money went to the owner as it was collected by the housekeeper with no receipt given.
On a positive note, the complex has a lot to offer, particularly if you’re a family with young children. I’d certainly return to the complex but I’d be more careful with apartment choice or at least try to negotiate a big discount in order to align price and value.

Appartement très bien situé au coeur des magasins
Appartement bien organisé .petit mais fonctionnel nous étions quatre et nous avions de la place placard à disposition.juste un peu bruyant car l'appartement donne sur la rue mais cela reste acceptable.piscine nickel poyr toute la famille se situe juste a côté. Je recommande.

Wohnung nicht sauber, schimmel an Decken. Tür komplett defekt Einrichtung von der Küche schupp lade defekt Griffe von den Hängeschränke defekt. Aber die Aussicht ist top und die Kinderpoolanlage auch Auto mieten muß sein weil man kann wie sehen von der Landschaft

Den vorherigen Bewertungen können wir keinen Glauben schenken!
Wir fanden eine heruntergewirtschaftete Wohnung mit nachfolgenden Mängeln vor:
- WZ-Couch an mehreren Stellen aufgeplatzt, funktionell nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, unhygienischer Zustand. Nach 3 Tagen wurde diese ausgewechselt in eine neue, völlig überdimensionale Couch, die mit der vorhandenen Räumlichkeit nicht übereinstimmte. So versperrte sie mit der Rückenlehne das vorhandene Außenfenster zur Hälfte, fernsehen nur mit Verrenkung möglich.
- Holzaußentür zum Balkon kaum beweglich
- Armaturen im Bad völlig verkalkt
- Wohnung bei geschlossenem Fenster und Tür dermaßen laut. Im WZ Lüftungsschacht nach draußen der offen war und somit der Lärmpegel nicht zu hemmen ist. Ab Mitternacht kehrt Ruhe ein, dann Stühle rücken vom italienischen Restaurant bis weit nach Mitternacht hörbar
- Ab 07:30 Uhr Straßenlärm von der Baustelle und dem Kreisel
- Das Doppelbett entpuppte sich als eine Matratze in den Maßen 1,40×2,00 m
- Balkon völlig verwahrlost
- Küchenschublade defekt
- Türgriff vom Schlafzimmer defekt
Positiv zu erwähnen ist lediglich die schöne Poolanlage und ein immer funktionierendes Wlan.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Apartment
Wir hatten einen äußerst schönen Familienurlaub in diesem Apartment. Sehr ruhig, gepflegt und TOP ausgestattet. Pool war einfach wunderbar, der Wasserpark für die Kinder perfekt. Unser Domizil hat sogar unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt
All unsere Erwartungen an diese Ferienwohnung wurden mehr als erfüllt.
Apartment, Lage, Einrichtung, Garten- und Poolanlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man konnte jeden Abend einen phantastischen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die ruhige Lage und der herrliche Blick auf Meer und Berge machen diesen Ort unvergesslich. Ein Dankeschön an den Vermieter. Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Thanks to Stfan for meeting us at the entrance of Parque Santiago 3 to take us to the apartment. We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our apartment window overlooked the promenade, we also had a view to the sea and the surrounding area is well maintained.
The bed was extremely comfortable, we loved the shower and the modern livingroom, it was very quiet in the nights and definitely for us much better than package holiday to a noisy hotel.
We loved Playa de las Americas and would recommend the Asia chinese restaurant for dinner in Calle Mexico.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday we would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Great Apartment!
Thanks to Stfan for meeting us at the entrance of Parque Santiago 3 to take us to the apartment. We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our apartment window overlooked the promenade, we also had a view to the sea and the surrounding area is well maintained.
The bed was extremely comfortable, we loved the shower and the modern livingroom, it was very quiet in the nights and definitely for us much better than package holiday to a noisy hotel.
We loved Playa de las Americas and would recommend the Asia chinese restaurant for dinner in Calle Mexico.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday we would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Toller Aufenthalt - wir kommen wieder!
Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Anlage. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind 2 Wochen dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es gibt ein Mini-Aqua-Land für Kinder, der Eintritt ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Auch der große Pool ist wirklich toll.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.
Auch das Internet (für meinen Mann wichtig) hat sehr gut funktioniert, so daß wir täglich unsere Inselrundfahrten online planen konnten.
Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Man bekommt alles gut zu Fuß, egal ob Restaurants, Geldautomaten, Strand, Pool, Supermärkte.
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Hoher Feriengenuss mit entspannendem Schlaf
Unsere Ferien an der Playa de las Americas waren rundum fantastisch. Schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, herrliche Aussicht, trotz der zentralen Lage nachts absolut ruhig, Fußgängerzone und Promenade gleich unterhalb des Balkons mit guten Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Der Pool war selbst in der Hochsaison nicht übervoll und wir haben immer einen Platz am Pool bekommen und eine Liege für uns bekommen. Teneriffa ist eine fantastische Insel!
Um Ferien richtig geniessen zu können, ist für uns ein erquickender Schlaf wichtig. Und dies ist in vielen Ferienwohnungen relativ schwierig. Nicht so im Apartment Parque Santiago 3! Wunderbare Betten mit einer sehr guten Matratze, die uns bandscheibengeschädigte sehr bequem war – für uns eine Voraussetzung, um am nächsten Tag voller Energie und Elan auf neue Insel-Entdeckungsreise zu gehen.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

14 Tage Paradies mit 5 Sternen!
Wieder zurück in Deutschland wollten wir uns noch einmal kurz auf diesem Weg zu Wort melden, um die anderen Interessenten der hier in Rede stehenden Ferien-Immobilie wissen zu lassen, dass es uns über die Maßen gut im Apartment Parque Santiago 3 gefiel und wir unseren Aufenthalt in Playa de las Americas wirklich sehr genossen haben, und zwar von der ersten Minute an.
Mehr noch: Sogleich war eine Art Vertrautheit da, die einen direkt hat heimisch werden lassen. Umgehend stellte sich das insbesondere nach einem anstrengenden Anreisetag angenehme Gefühl ein, angekommen zu sein.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, überall wird jeden Tag geputzt. Der große Pool bietet viel Platz zum Schwimmen.
In der Wohnung haben wir uns auf Anhieb gut zurechtgefunden, die Aufteilung ist optimal, die vielen Details, die gute Ausstattung, die sehr modernen Möbel und die Dekoration mit viel Liebe zum Detail für uns vorbereitet, die nicht nur funktional, sondern auch optisch einiges hermachen, der Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und das geschäftliche Treiben auf der Promenade. Trotzdem war es abends relativ ruhig, nebenan bis ca. 22 Uhr Musik und ein Kinderspielplatz aber danach war es ruhig und wir konnten auf dem Balkon genießen.
Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal ganz herzlich bei unseren Vermietern (Stefan und Sven) für die Betreuung, die reibungs- wie komplikationslose und ausdrücklich nette Kommunikation von der ersten Mail bis hin zur eigentlichen Schlüsselübergabe und darüber hinaus bedanken.

Viel besser als im Hotel!
Wir, eine Familie mit einem Kleinkind aus Hannover, haben uns eine Woche lang im Apartment Parque Santiago 3 sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir möchten dazu erwähnen, das wir bereits zweimal in der gleiche Anlage waren und über die Hotel-Rezeption gebucht hatten.
Die Ausstattung der "Standardapartments" ist mit diesem Apartment überhaupt nicht zu vergleichen: wir hatten erstmals eine Waschmaschine, die wir bei Bedarf gerne genutzt haben. Allein schon die Küchenausstattung mit richtiger deutscher Kaffeemaschine (sogar mit Thermoskanne), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und allem drum und dran haben wir bisher nie in einem Apartment bekommen.
Es war einfach toll. Aber auch optisch unterscheidet sich dieses Apartment von den anderen, da die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet ist, mit neuen Möbeln, 2 Fernsehern, die alle beide gut funktioniert haben.
Die ausführliche und liebevolle Beschreibung mit den tollen Bildern im Internet haben schon eine Erwartungshaltung aufgebaut.
Diese wurde vor Ort absolut bestätigt.
Das Apartment ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen.
Der Balkon wurde von uns sehr oft genutzt, zum Frühstück nach einem Bad im Pool oder am Abend bei Kerzenschein, spanischem Wein, Schinken, Käse und Oliven.
Wir haben diese Möglichkeiten, die Ruhe und den herrlichen Ausblick sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

1A Lage -wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder
Sehr zu empfehlende Fewo, die Lage ist die beste und zentralste auf ganz Teneriffa. Nur 150 Meter zum Strand, riesige gepflegte Poolanlage, Bistrobar gleich nebenan, tolle Restaurants nur wenige Meter entfernt, gleich nebenan mehrere Spielplätze für die Kinder, Minigolfplatz, Supermärkte und ein toll ausgestattetes Apartment, in dem man nachts trotz der zentralen Lage seine Ruhe hat. Wir haben bestens geschlafen!
Die ganze Anlage wie auch das Apartment ist super sauber und für einen Wohlfühlurlaub ideal!
Auch die Vermittlung klappte bestens mit Wegbeschreibung, Schlüsselübergabe durch den Hausbetreuer. Wir kommen wieder!

Teneriffa von seiner schönsten Seite
So ein bisschen unsicher ist man ja doch, wenn man das erste Mal sein Feriendomizil betritt. Aber unsere Zweifel waren schnell verflogen. Schon beim Betreten der Anlage Parque Santiago 3 war klar: Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die große Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung, die wir hatten, ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein. Die kleinen Gesten sind es manchmal, die den Unterschied machen!
Aber der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und vor allem vom Balkon war sehr schön. Man kann vom Balkon aus wunderbar das geschäftliche Treiben beobachten, ohne das es einen stört.
Der sehr schön angelegte Poolbereich mit seiner schönen Gartenanlage und Pools, Brücke, Bistro, Wasserpark, und und und lädt zu einem gepflegten Sonnentag ein. Wir sind knallebraun zurück nach Deutschland gekommen : )
Die nahegelegene Strandpromenade ist der beste Platz, um auszuspannen oder einfach einen herrlichen Strandtag zu verbringen. Die Pizzeria/Trattoria, die gleich unterhalb des Apartment ist, hat übrigens sehr leckeres Essen.
Unsere anfänglichen Bedenken, das es nachts zu laut ist oder gar Essensgeruch nach oben zum Balkon aufsteigt, hat sich gar nicht bestätigt.
Bis abends um 23.00 Uhr herrscht geschäftliches Treiben, aber danach herrscht plötzlich absolute Ruhe und man kann sogar direkt vor der Anlage parken, da nichts mehr los ist nachts.
Also wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen...

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in TOP-Lage!
Wir waren im März in diesem wunderschönen Apartment für 2 Wochen und hatten den pefekten Urlaub! Wir wollten keinen Mietwagen nehmen, da wir gerne abends mal zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden wollten - man kann auch mal etwas trinken, ohne Auto fahren zu müssen.
Alle Restaurants und Geschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Anlage selbst gibt es unzählige Shopping-Möglichkeiten.
Besonders gefallen hat und die sehr große und gepflegte Poolanlage - unser Tochter war den ganzen Tag über im Wasserpark, wo sich ein Spielplatz mit Wasserrutschen befindet.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, alles ist frisch renoviert und modernisiert, was man sofort merkt. Es gibt alle Elektrogeräte in der Küche, das man sehr gut Kochen kann, wenn man nicht Essen gehen möchte. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten und bequemen Matratzen! Wir wissen das besonders zu schätzen, da wir bandscheiben-geschädigt sind.
Mein Mann konnte seine geschäftlichen E-Mails beantworten, da es einen kostenlosen Internetanschluss in der Wohnung gibt. Es gibt deutsche Fernsehprogramme (auch im Schlafzimmer, wenn unsere Tochter mal Kika schauen wollte und wir die Sportschau :- )
Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für die gute und kompetente Betreuung an die Agentur und an Stefan vor Ort, der uns sehr nett empfangen hat.
