Jan the host was a very charming lady and a lovely host. My wife and I took a liking to her straight away. Property has a lovely pool and the view from the room was exceptional. The balcony in the room was huge. The property had a great character to it and perfect to relax in. 10minute drive to Adjaccio for an evening meal was perfect.
Wifi was weak but that was not important as we had a great time

close to the “isola dei sanguinari”
Although the location is nicely windy, rooms arent equipped with air conditioning.
If you want to have a full sea-view from your room pleas ask a room “sea-view” room at the first floor since the room at ground floor haven’t a full sea-view, in addition ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden. The beach is not equipped since it is protected from the federal law.

The hotel is directly on the ocean in a very quiet area. There’s a pool and every room faces the bay and has a large balcony. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The personnel was incredibly kind and considerate, real treasures of people. The unbelievable quiet of this place makes it truly luxurious.
The hotel is getting a bit older now and could use some sprucing up, however this didn’t detract from the comfort of our stay.

All rooms have a veranda with table and chairs facing west across the bay. Breakfasts are very good, nights very quiet, and we were sorry not to stay longer. Good beaches are nearby and there is a swimming pool. Tucked away near land’s end, this is a sleepy mid-century modern vision of a beach holiday.

We literally booked 2 nights the morning of arrival after several days travelling and had decided Ajaccio centre was too busy- The location, value for money, size of room with large balcony with excellent view - fabulous pool and surrounding area all to ourselves - pool not heated - I’d read a previous review so was aware it was an older property - lots of beach bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive or the possibility to walk
Older property with quite dated rooms but ours was large and had a great new bathroom and terrace with table and chairs - the hotel and all areas were very clean - not much interaction from front desk but no English spoken and initial welcome was friendly- our patio door lock was broken but only noticed after unpacked- we were mostly relaxing on site so it wasn’t an issue- just let cleaner know on checking out - early in season and odd jobs and tidy up seemed to be just starting

The view from our room could not have been better. We had a balcony over looking the water and the pool area. It was breath taking to watch the sun rise and sunset from our balcony. The room was very large and clean. The owners were very nice and friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly for a stay in Ajaccio.

Fantastic retro architecture, big terrace, quiet, proximity to sea. Reminds me 70s Bond movies location :)
beach needs to be cleaned regulary from seaweed, some investments in surrounding is needed and furniture could be updated

Slap bang on the beach, a little dated but bathroom brand new. Staff very pleasant (which says a lot). Great restaurant five minutes walk away (forget the name but also on the beach) Best grilled meat we have had on the island and plenty of it.
