About this villa rental

The villa is located at the end of a very quiet residence 5 minutes' walk from the village center.

The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility for the entire ground floor.

Its large terrace under pergola and fenced plot of 2200 m² facing south will seduce you.
2 garages are at your disposal.

The private swimming pool of 10m X 5m is heated and secure. It is heated from April to October.

Sheets, towels and tea towels provided.
End of stay cleaning included.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- Living and dining room with fireplace, flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and WiFi Internet.
- Equipped kitchen for 10 people.

We spent three months in Lourmarin, living in Villa Petra. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. The house, yard, and pool were perfect. We put 7,000 km on the rental car and it was always with pleasure to return to our temporary home at the end of each day. Because it was a 10 minute walk from the village center, we enjoyed all the advantages of Lourmarin and still had privacy when at home. We hope to return to Villa Petra one day soon!

The house is very beautiful, with all comforts; the master suite on the ground floor is very large, with a georgeus bathroom and direct access to the garden. The three romms at first floor are also very comfortable, each has a personal bathroom. In the kitchen there are a lot of accessories and everything you need to live with a lot of people. The house was as described. My wife and I wanted a heated pool and this pool was. Pull back the bubble cover and the water was clean and heated to 27 degrees. It was just my wife and I in the whole house although it sleeps 10 persons. Note that all the bedrooms had en-suite facilities. We had the ground floor room which is disabled friendly and opens onto the patio. All in all would highly recommend a holiday here. We will be back.

From a U K Holiday Client it is very Disappointing that the payment made in Sterling is subject to transfer fees into Euros.which adds to the villa cost, and I would strongly be discouraged from booking again.

We loved our week at the house in Lourmarin. The house was great layout and simply but elegantly decorated. We really appreciated an en-suite bathroom in each room, as a big family travelling with kids and grandparents this was a great bonus. The pool was large and felt very safe with the fence. We also LOVED the location and really enjoyed the walk out the back gate and up to the boulangerie every morning or out for drinks in the village in the evening. Lourmarin is gorgeous, but also very vibrant, full of cafes and shops. We would 100% stay here again.

Propriété spacieuse et bien agencée.

La propriété est bien agencée (4 chambres et 4 salles de bain),bien adapté aux grandes familles, la piscine clôturée est très propre avec une filtration de qualité , l'eau est bien chauffée, c'est très agréable au mois de mai. Le jardin est également bien cloturé, mais peu ombragé. Il est à noter que la maison est jumelée par le garage.

The owners were lovely, good communication both before and during the stay. The property is larger than the pictures suggest and equipped with everything you could want. Lourmarin was lovely especially Friday ( market day). We were there during the heat wave, the owners brought round fans which were welcomed. Would highly recommend.

Villa très agréable et parfaitement équipée. Grand et beau jardin au calme et donnant sur la campagne. Nous avons profité avec plaisir de la piscine chauffée. Quant au village de Lourmarin, accessible à pied depuis la maison, il est vraiment charmant.
