It met expectations.

Close to the airport, restaurants for dinner are great. Rooms are nice.

The pool area is very small and you have to be lucky to find a lounge chair .

Bad

I liked the property but I am not happy with them. I checked out earlier and they said that they will give me the refund; I haven’t received the refund yet and they are replying to my emails and messages.

They should have refunded the money as discussed. I wouldn’t recommend this resort!!

Fantastic trip!

Fantastic Hotel, the staff were all amazing, and it was very clean, and the food was all fantastic!

The air conditioning in the rooms is almost non existent would be my only complaint. We had a fan on the roof that helped but the room was never cool.

It was good. Usually the same breakfast and food options at the Azul restaurant.

I didn’t like how some of the staff were not welcoming. I got there at 1 and knew checkin was at 3, but didn’t get to check in till a little after 3.

Incredible stay, great staff (shout out to Enrique & Chocolate). We will be back (again).

We have stayed at larger all inclusive resorts in the area, but this is my favorite! The beach is stunning, powdery white sand, and the water is just as beautiful as the photos! The view is just incredible, breathtaking, awesome.

The only thing we didn’t absolutely love was they don’t offer Mexican food for dinner except on Friday nights (we are in Mexico, we want authentic Mexican food), and there were virtually no dairy-free or gluten-free desserts. (But the OXXO across the street has dairy-free ice cream bars).

Nice atmosphere and beautiful sea view.

The view from the room; very friendly staff. The food from the restaurants was very good. The choice from the buffet for the breakfast and lunch was satisfying.

The facility is a little bit old. It was freezing in our room when we arrived (11,5 degrees Celsius) and turning the heat up to 30 did not change anything. WE had to stop it completely and keep the window open to warm up the room.

Highly recommended for relaxing vacation 9.5/10.

Even though the hotel does not have the best beach in Cancun (few palm trees), it was cleaned every morning and the color of the sea was breathtaking. The staff was amazing, literally everyone did their best to make guests satisfied - entertainment team led by Antonio, bartenders, baristas, waitress, cleaning lady, etc. The food was delicious with every day's variety. In general the hotel has friendly atmosphere and we can only recommend to everyone.

We were accommodated in 2-room apartment which was split by locked door and in the other part, we had quite noisy neighbours. Apart from this, the room was gorgeous - very big and super clean.

Nice stay…for price of room. Good family hotel.

Staff fantastic. Great view from room. Restaurants good…especially the Asian Hakka & buffet was nice. Fantastic massages at their spa…although the steam room & dry sauna too hot to use, and jacuzzis were cold. Fantastic beach.

Could feel the plastic mattress covers in the bed…although comfy it felt like dleeping on a child’s cot, The pool was too cold to comfortably swim/lounge in, so didn’t use the swim up bar at all.

Perfect ending for our holidays!

It was not busy at all, at least it felt like it - we always found space in the restaurants without reservations, a place at the pool or at the beach. The staff was very attentive and nice, no arrogant behavior ever! Also, the room service was super quick. We had luck with the beach and the water, it was turquoise and no seaweed at all! Furthermore we really enjoyed the evening entertainment Programme and the sushi restaurant, especially the humorous chef.

The cleanliness of the bathroom facilities and pools could be improved. Also, the preparation of the cocktails. We were not aware that we needed another bracelet to get the “good” alcoholic beverages, but considering how much we already payed for our stay it felt a bit inappropriate to add up for better alcohol. Another minus was the staff at the pool bars - around lunch time and noon the waiters were quite busy so we went to the bars directly to order, but they didn’t seem to like that and consequently didn’t react as politely also expected to our wishes. Nevertheless it was a minor thing compared to the rest of the super friendly staff we experienced there.

Boa piscina e ótimo trecho da praia, não tão concorrido. Quarto amplo e confortável. Bom chuveiro. Wi-fi eficiente. Um ótimo restaurante, Almar e um bom, oriental. Café da manhã farto. Bar da piscina bom, comandado por José. Funcionários bem solícitos.

O restaurante maior, com buffet poderia ser melhor. Um dos elevadores do bloco 3 deu problema comigo 2 vezes. O vinho servido no Almar poderia ser melhor.

From the moment we arrived the experience was fabulous. The staff are so warm and welcoming !

I thought the hotel was lovely , clean and room had everything you would need. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Greeting us with a glass of fizz on arrival and giving us a personal touch. All staff for the duration couldn’t do more for us. Always smiling and approachable and knew us by name. The restaurants catered for all needs and got to experience each one. We were surprised by how much sushi we were given which was greatly appreciated. Such a lovely end to our trip.

Only thing I can think of is having Netflix available in the room .. but that’s more of a want than need It really was a fab stay!

Mare stupendo, nella zona più bella di Cancun. Personale gentile e molto disponibile, sorridono sempre. Non siamo stati bene in questa struttura, siamo stati benissimo.

Ci vuole un po’ più di cura nei dettagli, più manutenzione, la finestra della nostra stanza non si apriva, era incastrata, ogni tanto lasciavo la porta aperta per cambiare aria. Pranzo nel ristorante Azul molto ripetitivo. Da rivedere i vini e spumante offerti,una linea spagnola ma molto scadente.

Would stay again- lovely and quiet

The food was pretty good and had a nice selection. The staff was very attentive when cleaning the room, making sure you have drinks/ snacks or anything else you need. During the storm, they did everything they could to make us feel safe including escorts to the buffet and being notified in advance.

The doors slam which was a little bit of an inconvenience when sleeping. Would have liked for food and drinks to be available later.

Everything is easy, staff is lovely, they release baby turtles at night, the beach is a bit rough.

The staff is lovely, friendly, attentive, and wonderful people. Breakfast is actually surprisingly good.

Dinner was pretty awful. Pretty sure the soup was canned chicken soup with pieces of sad tough meat in it. It tasted completely processed.

It was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

I liked the proximity to the beach and the staff.

I didn’t care for the food. The options were limited in the buffet and the sushi restaurant wasn’t good. Also I wasn’t able to open the bathroom door from inside the bathroom. The doorknob wasn’t working and thank God my friend was on the other side of the door to let me out. We made sure not to completely close the door because that was a safety hazard.

The most beautiful room view to the ocean ever! Spacious and clean rooms, great restaurants, beautiful beach area. Helpful and friendly staff. Loved the cafe in the main lobby. Great stay!

My bed was dirty, was like someone was there a long time ago and they didn’t change the sheets. I hear other room complaining with the same issue and I understand Spanish so the cleaning staff was saying “what u want me to do, is not my problem”. I guess they don’t pay them enough to care. They are supposed to give u a card for the towels and if u loses the card, you will get charge $75, and I course, they didn’t gave me a card and a butler very friendly and kind advise to go get it at reception otherwise they will scam on telling me that they give it to me, I guess they done this before to other people.

Loved the place despite minor inconveniences

We loved the Inspira suite, great selection of food, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, Will definitely come back again.

Welcoming letter was addressed to "Wright family" instead to my name. Fan switch was broken. The room next to ours was flooded and it took almost two days to have it repaired. Due to that, there was a constant noice in front of our room.

I enjoyed the daily buffet and the breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. There's also a nice poolside place to eat that has basic options like hotdogs and burgers. Overall good value

I thought my room would be facing the beach and ocean but it wasn't. I was facing the front of the building where guests enter/exit which didn't have as great of a view
