A nice and cozy place close to old town Poznan

Excellent location - the old town is just across the street - 3min walking distance. Apartment cozy and clean, there was everything what we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the evening and watching the night going down on a city.

There was no parking spaces available. We needed to park the car on the street overnight.

Comfortable, fancy flat with very kind host

Very-very kind, communicative host, thanks for it. :-) We got the code at 15:00 (information was absolutely correct, easy to find and get in.) Breakfast was fine, and a lot. (We got a big bag of food to the apartment door), coffee maker and coffee is in the kitchen. Parking is 50 PLN / night in the garage, we chose to park the car in the street (it costs 7,5 PLN / hour until 8 o'clock, but it wasn't a problem, we arrived in the evening.)

A great apartment!

The apartment was great! It had everything we needed. Rooms were very cozy and both had a working table with a comfortable chair. There was a late-checkout available, which helped us.

The wifi connection could be better :( Also, there is a night club in the neighborhood, which was extremely loud after 00:00 on Friday and Saturday.

Pleasant

The location is good, the apartment's spacious.

The floor was very dirty-our socks turned black in minutes. The included breakfast was really bad - mainly consisted of cold fried egs, cold sausages, dried out bread. That's really disrespectful to offer such food for the guests. It's definitely better to offer no catering at all in case no other options are available. The flat itself really needs some attention from the owner. So far it's our worst experience in Poland, when comparing the price and the services received.

Was good for a 2 night stay

It was good but not the best

Toilet was not clean and shower door need to be done one properly as water keep seeping out . Even we were 3 ppl and sofa bed was not ready done and had to figure out how to open it and do the bed .

Perfect location. Apartment was very quiet and clean. It was perfect for 2 working people - we had separate private offices where we could work.

Perfect location

The apartement is located near city center. It is very well equipped. Very comfortable for family of 4.

The window in one of the bedrooms was broken.

Exceptional

Modern apartment with very good beds and shower. Easy walking to main square/town hall (5 mins). Two Zabka-minimarkets closeby. Parking under the building. And most important of all….Poznan is lovely!!

It’s a bit unpersonal, but that’s it.

Not recommended

The location is good. The apartments are rather new and modern, but unfortunately they are not beeing kept in a good and clean condition.

It was not clean at all. The floor was so dirty that the socks got black in a few minutes of walking. The food we got in the morning was rather mediocre and the butter was expired. Although I had many discussions with them, they were not able or willing to send me an invoice (faktura vat) for a private person (every other hotel in Poland was able to issue such a document to me until now). You have to pay extra for everything: parking place, early check-in, late check-out and so on. Not a pleasant experience for a rather high price.

Perfect apartment in city center

Superb location, few steps to Old Town, many shops and restaurants nearby, petrol station next to the building, perfect contact with owners, good value for money, high clean and bright apartment, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom - everything you need for the weekend.
