5 star customer service

The customer service was phenomenal! The management staff (reception, restaurant staff, etc) were very attentive and resolved any issue that came up. For me the customer service was 5 stars. The location was very close to all the trails including Tre Cimes. Great for early bird to get a head start.

Only downside was it’s very close to the main intersection going up to Tre Cimes. The traffic can have a bit noisy early in the morning. But if you want to avoid the hour plus line up to the Tre Cimes, it works as a perfect early wake up call to get your day started.

La posizione è perfetta per fare un sacco di escursioni partendo direttamente dall’hotel senza muovere l’auto. Si raggiunge il lago in 2 minuti di camminata. L’albergo è minimal ma gestito da persone tutte giovani e molto disponibili. Inoltre è molto comodo avere a disposizione bar, ristorante e minimarket

La colazione seppur buonissima ma non è molto ampia, quindi dopo 3 giorni ‘annoia’. La doccia del bagno in camera minuscola

globalement très bien sauf salle de bain.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les Tre Cime ou le lago Di sorapis ! chambre agréable, grand balcon. mes 2 chiens ont été très bien accueillis avec un supplément à payer. lac de Misurina à 2min à pied très sympa. restaurant de l'hôtel bon !

la salle de bain ! odeur de moisissure importante, douche très désagréable, avec rideau qui vient "se coller" à vous ... pour moi et malgré les commentaires positifs, le petit déjeuner était moyen.

Stayed here 1 night as we were passing through. Room and bathroom were very clean. Room were spacious, and looked onto the mountains.

Beds weren't the most comfortable. The mattresses are so thin and only 1 pillow per bed.

Very good

Young, motivated team. Not quite experienced yet, but keeping up well. New interior, and quite clean. Cozy restaurant / common room. The view at the Tres Cimes straight from the window / balcony is breathtaking. The bus stop up the mountains is in walking distance, and so is lake Misurina. Well thought though integrated shop which serves sandwiches for takeaway lunch, so an ideal choice when going for a hike. While the room is just barely big enough for two, the bathroom is.

Literally breathtaking use of air refreshers on the room. The stench is so bad that you can't smell or taste anything else if the windows are closed for an hour or more. Unsealed wood surfaces on the furniture aren't helping. Somewhat noisy, in contrast to all the other hotels at lake Misurina, this one is before the junction up to Tres Cimes, so there is truck engine noises till late at night from campers going up. No ventilation system on the rooms, so you are stuck with an open window, even though it would be required so close to the road.

The staff is very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean, there is a restaurant and a mini market of the hotel which us very convenient. The room has a small and convenient balcony to hang clothes or sit and look at the mountains.

Okay stay for a night when going on a hike around the Three peaks of Lavaredo

Perfect location for going up to the Three peaks of Lavaredo. Otherwise nothing special about it. Well, free parking right outside of the door.

Simple breakfast and quite small room. A bit expansive for what you get, but I guess you pay for the location.

We were 4 friends in one room and we liked it, it was enough space for us, and also there was a big balcony with nice view of Tre Cimme. Breakfast were also sufficient and delicious.

The only drawback was smaller bathroom, but still ok.

Great hotel near amazing hikes

Beautiful room with great views. It was quiet, despite being next to the main road. Really informative staff, got loads of tips about the area, and we even got a breakfast package when we needed to leave early!

perfect place to hike tres cimes de lavaredo. You can see them from balcony. in cold conditions have heating. Room inside quiet old but everythig works well. Check the toilet and bide two in one:)

Wonderful hosts and fantastic location!

What a fantastic hotel! Great value for money, clean, warm and well decorated rooms. Camilla was a wonderful host, always happy to answer questions and help us out with trip ideas and walks. We enjoyed our dinner there (and for desert get the Panna-cotta !) and the location was perfect - just on the turn up to Tre Cime, and two minute walk to restaurants and shop!
