Beautiful place to stay which exceeded our expectations, great location.

Fabulous place to stay, loved the terrace and great location. The kitchen area was small but perfectly equipped, we had breakfast and lunch on the terrace and ate out in the evening. Great choice of restaurants.

Exceptional

Apartment was very nice and clean, we stayed on the second floor with a balcony and beautiful view of the sea. Apartman is located in the centre, literally a few steps from the restaurants.

Luxury in a beautiful location

The location was excellent giving views across the sea which were beautiful. The suite itself was spacious with high ceilings. It had been decorated with luxury in mind. I want to recreate the bathroom in my house! It had every thing that we needed and more. The main bed was very comfortable and big. Even the lighting was clever and had plenty of settings. The staff were amazingly helpful, accommodating all of our requests and really friendly.

Awesome apartment! Amazing location! Wonderful holiday!

The location was perfect...although in the centre of town it felt very secluded and quiet. It was also the ideal location for almost all of the beaches in cavtat. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The small kitchen area provided us with all we needed to prepare and eat for four.

In the middle Cavtat with nice views, but dirty

It’s right in the middle of everything. Staff are pleasant enough. Nice view.

It was dirty, (tea spills on the table/smudged, dirty kettle, dirty curtains/sofa). The sheets smelt slept in, we only realised this around midnight so there was no one around to give us clean sheets (but they should be clean to begin with). It was such an uncomfortable night in dirty sheets we cut our stay short and just forfeited the money we had paid in advance.

An excellent apartment that we would absolutely rent again.

Waking up to the view from the balcony is one of the best aspects of this very well-appointed, modern and comfortable apartment. Yet even though it has all the modern amenities, it retains remnant attributes of a classic Dalmatian building, owing partly to the steps and the stone work on the wall (or rather, the stone walls which suggest the renovation of an older building). This suite met all our expectations (there were three of us, including our teenage daughter who loved the space and found the pull out couch more than comfortable). We appreciated its elevation but also the fact that there weren't too many steps (I'd say around 30-40 all told. I forgot to count). AC in each room helped keep everyone comfortable. Note, as mentioned in the description, you can't get to the property with a car. But I believe that the owners can arrange transport that gets you closer to the building than you could with your own car. Note also that by renting this space you get a reduced parking rate at the public lot. We spend 40 euros for two days of parking, which is much less than the 3 euro an hour rate that you pay without renting an apartment.

For a two-day trip like we had, the kitchenette was more than sufficient and very well-stocked. However, if you plan on cooking it might be two small of a workspace. Also, the coffee machine did not work. (Note to owners: please check it out. It appears to leak on one side). That's not affecting my review as I tend to drink most of my coffee in the numerous cafes.

A lovely town, awesome restaurants and apartment!

There was a reception for picking up the keys. We arrived earlier that day and were still able to check in and get the keys without problems. Children enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony, the coffee was great.

Breakfast not included but lots of choice within mins walk. Could not fault this apartment. Fantastic location. Beautiful view from Balcony. Spotless! We had a fantastic week.

Wonderful, family and friends have asked for details when we posted photos

The host contacted us early to arrange for our arrival - we were able to arrange an early arrival and a late check out. The host arranged for assistance with our luggage up and down the stairs as well as a transfer to the airport. It was a fantastic location directly accessed from the promenade. Everything that we needed was there and available. When we wanted the room cleaned we simply hung the sign outside the door. The terrace with the hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day of sightseeing

Beautiful apartment in central location. Really helpful hosts.

Beautiful clean apartment. Danijela was really helpful, friendly and patient. Mihaela and others as well. Thank you all! The location is perfect - central in Cavtat but quiet. The first floor apartment benefited from a nice breeze. As a family of four we were a little concerned there would be enough space but there was no problem. I would not hesitate to recommend or revisit.

Location was great and loved the view from our balcony. Bed was very comfy and great shower. Lovely welcoming staff and nice clean apartment.

Expensive but it suited our family very well for the one night, before flying home the next day.

Amazing place! Clean and modern rooms, everything nearby. Nice and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a rental car but it was ok to park it nearby at the public parking lot (short walk). You will get a fixed price per day. Cavtat itself is a really beautiful place with a several good restaurants and swimming places. Highly recommend!
