Fuld valuta for pengene.

Fantastisk god beliggenhed i forhold til centrum. Dejlig morgenmad, med alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Dog var morgenmads restauranten i en anden bygning - det var fint for en varm sommerdag og huset var en smuk gammel villa - men man kunne godt gøre opmærksom på det i annoncen for hotellet. Værelset var stort, der var ingen støj fra vej eller andre gæster.

Lounge med adgang til have var lukket fra klokken 16.00. Det synes jeg var ringe. En enkelt dag var vores rengøring mangelfuld, men de øvrige tre rigtig fin.

Awful weird place

Good location , but nobody stays there unless they are having dental work done in the dentist on the ground floor.. no facilities whatsoever.. no bar or anything.. it’s awful

Spacious and luxurious suite in the center of Leipzig

Large suite with a wonderful balcony opposite a park. One of the best hotel beds I ever slept in, and all amenities you would want, including a capsule coffee maker. The location is ideal - everything is in walking distance.

Parking is a bit expensive. If you don't mind walking 150 meters you can park in the garage of the court for 9 EUR

really good place and a great location

very modern and well presented

two issues, 1/ Given its location near the old city, the Villa stands on the tram line and near a major traffic junction which leads to significant road noise, so seek rooms at the back of the property if possible. 2/ The breakfast at the Villa actually is at a nearby guest house rather than at the property, and although ok did not include a cooked offering. Frankly not really to a good standard

Very good

The room and the area around the hotel are very nice, just like the pictures. All clean, minimalist, modern. The check-in process, during normal times, would have been very polished and nice (we got an email with codes and instructions that led to us going straight to our room without needing to check-in or talk to anyone. the check out process would have simply been "leave the access cards in the room when you leave), though there were a couple of issues for us. The location is very good, a short walk from Leipzig Hbf.

It's largely not the property's fault but we had a bit of trouble arriving by car. The street with the gate for cars looks on maps like it's a normal street but there's an American consulate behind the property, which has resulted in a large chunk of the street being closed, so it's only possible to approach the property from one end of the street. In addition, the one end of the street that gives access to the property was literally a construction site. We ended up getting instructions from one of the police officers guarding the American consulate. It would be great if the property could update their instructional email with directions for reaching the property during construction. If this had been done, our stay would have been perfect.

outstanding in every way

I liked everything! It was a joy for a first visit to Leipzig. The light filled and spacious room with the fine facilities made for a very pleasant stay

The fact that there was no Reception staff after 4pm on arrival but this slight blemish was replaced by the greeting and assistance of MR Voss himself!

A great find, highly recommended!

Modern, minimalistic, spacious room. Balcony with floor to ceiling windows and city view incl. Neues Rathaus. Great location in quiet, grand ‘diplomatic’ neighbourhood but just 10 minutes walking distance from Altstadt.

The mattress was very hard.

nothing really...

I was dissapointed, nobody was there when I arrived. I had the luck that somebody else helped me to find the entrance. I had noise coming from the bathroom and when I phoned to help me they were not able to. I won't go back for sure.

Overall, the shower incident aside, we had a really nice time - the room was great, very spacious.

The breakfast was okay, but the choice was a little limited - the boiled eggs were hard and not very warm. A freshly made egg 'to order' would have been nice. The staff were friendly. Also, the complimentary drink bottles were a nice idea, but these were left out of the fridge and warm, and therefore not drinkable on arrival.

The shower was very disappointing. The main over-head shower was not very powerful. However, the smaller shower unit, which my daughter used, resulted in a flood - rather than shower floor being 'tilted' which would allow the water to drain, the floor is level - the water simply escaped flooding the entire bathroom floor - my daughter has to use a number of towels to soak up and remove the water - therefore, instead of a relaxing refreshing shower, she was left stressed and upset - clearly there's a design fault in the bathroom floor and shower arrangement.

Hate to give this secret away

Outside of quite possibly the most beautiful room and scenery I have had in the country of Germany, the personal attention to making sure I was taken care of was excellent.

This isn’t quite what you might be used to so it would be beneficial to all parties involved to get there during normal business hours in case there are issues with you method of payment.

Great location, everything modern, cared and beautiful! Generally a great place to stay! The loft suite with balcony is amazing, huge and with a full kitchen – we missed nothing.

Biggest minus: The curtains don't darken the room at all. It's not even close to dark. I asked the reception if this is normal and the answer was yes. Other guests wouldn't have a problem with that, they said. I can't imagine? I mean, it's totally bright in summer, am I the only one who can't sleep then? Since they mention "5 stars standard" blackout curtains are mandatory. Staff was a little reserved but fine.

Location, in the city center and next to a beautiful park, spacious rooms with high ceilings and modern design, scrupulous cleaning every day, helpful and attentive staff

The price is high, especially when you consider that there are almost no tourists during the coronavirus period

Very modern stylish place with a few flaws

Very nice city villa in the center of Leipzig. Adjacent to the US consulate general. The hotel isn't really a hotel, it's rooms/suites above a dental clinic. The staff was very friendly even though it felt a little odd to ask the receptionist in a dental clinic to check-in. The room was huge and very modern.

We traveled on one of the warmest days of the summer. I had specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning. The room was facing southwest with a huge glass front, which was stunning, but also like a greenhouse. Even though we closed the curtains when we arrived and the A/C had already been switched on, it did almost nothing to cool down the room. When we went to bed it was still 30C in the room. Not pleasant at all. We had booked the family suite. In the description, it states that the suite has an additional bedroom with a single bed. While technically correct, the second bedroom holds only a single bed - there isn't much more space. At best, I would call this a walk-in closet with a bed.

Exceptional

Prime location, everything was clean and arrival was well arranged despite the reception not being staffed on arrival. The room was spacious and the balcony was very big too with view to the city center. Windows were sound oroof and the AC was providing a fresh room during some hot days. They even provided a cot for free fie my baby.

There was literally nothing to criticize and I have travelled a lot around the globe.

Balcony. Staff. All were really helpful and kind. Bed comfortable. I suggest everyone this warm villa. Privacy was great. Near USA embassy. So safety is guaranteed

Good location, very quiet.

The guards outside of the embassy which is right next to the villa need to relax a bit. They are crazy about the way you cross the street, how you move around. I mean, I get it, they are protecting the US citizens working there, but come on...
