Property was tidy & clean apart from little spiders & cobweb. Property near beach & has facilities we can use even if booked with booking.com. It is privately owned. Checking in is straight forward. Nice cosy family caravan which could fit 5 guests in my opinion cos there were 1 double & 3 single beds.
Downsides were: The email said we were offered use of facilities at discounted price BUT staff at reception did not have a clue about discount. We paid just for 24hour use in full. Not everyone in my group used the facilities as a result. Bit expensive if you just want to use pool.
The email confirmation mentioned a wifi password but we cannot find any broadband or device abailable for B43. Just found B42 & B44.

Everything was so good. Very clean, Tidy… Location is great.
Wifi Signal was so poor. There is VIP wifi but which is not facilitated by the b43 owner. I needed to upload a 7/8 minute video in my facebook page for office work, which took 4 hours and couple of time tried. Normally it’s 1 minutes job. Mobile signal also very poor.

Great location and nice site.
Have stayed at Shaw field in a different property, and the passes for the facilities were included. I only stayed three nights but had to pay over £60 for three of us to use the swimming pool.. passes should be put into the rental.

Nice location, lots to do. Amazing walks nearby and everything you could ever need for a relaxing holiday is nearby. Amazing restaurant, great service, you get served so fast! The workers are lovely. Arcade, great for the kids.
It's in a fantastic location, practically in the middle of everything. All of the attractions are not far from this park.
History lovers, you'll find it amazing. So many things to look at. Would definitely recommend Hurst castle which is a short trip from the holiday park.
Lymington has a great market on Saturdays.
And from Lymington you can easily get a 30min ferry ride to the Isle of Wight.
Would go again and would recommend.
There isn't really anything to dislike.

Nothing really . Toilet seat was obviously broken , the whole caravan smelt of cigarettes , behind and between the cushions on sofa was filthy .
Heavily stained undersheets on beds in twin room .
Whole caravan felt tacky , really needs a deep clean and things mended .

We didn't actually stay at Forest Beach. Tammy moved us to Hoburne Bashley Park because she was concerned about our original booking.
It was a great location for visiting the motorcycle museum. The countryside is beautiful.
The accommodation mix up was annoying.

Very Little, infact only that it was in Lymington. Will not be returning to this camp.
That the Park itself, charges you £11.17 per person per day, to use the Bar and Restaurant on site. I have no problem paying for the other facilities, but when you go into the bar and Restaurant you are spending money by ordering drinks and food. The Caravans are so close together there is very little privacy and a lot of noize. The car parking spaces are too small and you struggle to even find a space near your Caravan. The Caravan which was privately owned was ok, however the sofa's are all badly stained and I had to put something over them to sit on. We had to clean crockery in the kitchen before using. 5 mugs 2 tea stained and needed bleaching, 2 very badly chipped could not used needed replacing and 1 had a hair in it. Pans had to wash before use. The Grill in the Oven does not work, two of the inside doors badly fitted, struggled to close bathroom door. External doors and gate all the latches broken. only 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for a week, states provided but had to buy our own. No mention of the requirement of passes for the site, there was a dustpan but only a yard brush drinking glasses had been put away wet and still wet on our arrival.

Great location to explore South Hampshire. Spacious living and deck area.
Bedrooms a bit of a squeeze for us. Toilet seat loose.

Swimming pool and pool games was brilliant.

We have stayed at this location several times as it is so convenient for beaches and forest. This caravan was adequate for our needs, clean and mainly comfortable. Good to have a full size fridge and freezer and second toilet. Plenty of outdoor seating (weather permitting). Made good use of the indoor swimming pool and spa - always well kept and clean. Enjoyable to walk round the grounds and a short walk to the beach at Milford-on-Sea. New Forest and several beaches a short drive away.
There needs to be a mattress cover on the double bed. One of the toilet seats was loose and needs fixing. A few lamps in the lounge and bedrooms would be good. The main lights are rather dingy. Written instructions about the booster switch for the boiler would be useful - we had to phone the owner as couldn't get heating to work to begin with. Unfortunately the restaurant on site was undergoing renovation and the food cooked in the temporary kitchen was awful! Usually the restaurant food is very good.

Very clean. Lovely little holiday home. Polite hosts, very interactive and respond quickly to questions.
Had cutlery and all the essentials there. Amazing location.
Just a little smaller than expected so at times cramped, but can't complain for the amount we paid. Didn't know how to use the heating system.

It was quiet and relaxed. One can have a good rest without any noises. Everything was near and you don't need your car to have a dip in the swimming pool. It was great to wake up in the mornings with the birds.
In the park home, the shower has lot of mould against the wall and the one toilet seat is loose. One need matches to turn the oven on. The lighter switch to get the oven going is not working. Otherwise, all was good.

property was clean, think it is sad how I noticed a few issues when we arrived, i always look after a property as if it were my own, nobody to check in.

a little smaller than we’d like for 4 adults but was good one one night

The caravan was stylish and comfortable located in a lovely spot on the park close to all the facilities. A real home from home. We were lucky with the weather so got to use the outdoor pool aswell as the indoor one, both loved by our 5yr old grandaughter. Sadly we only had a 3 night break and just didnt want to come home. but we' will return hopefully later this year.
Nothing at all, it was a perfect break.
