I would never stay there again

Great Location. I Loved the Location. Very close to the city. Walking distance of shops.

There was very poor communication with the staff. I felt very unsafe. It was just me and my daughter and a strange man kept ringing our bell and knocking on our door all hours of the night. Also tugging at our door knob. It was very scary and uncomfortable. I could not sleep at all. I called the owner and no response. Also if you are paying at the property walk with the exact amount of cash. They still haven’t given me all of my change from the payment. She said she would come back with another $2,000 cfp and never showed back up.

A very convenient, comfortable and safe place to stay.

I liked: Location. Proximity to ferry, to supermarket and to Papeete market. Private terrace. Nespresso coffee machine. Late night Airport pickup was very welcome.

For a very short stay for a single traveller there was nothing that bothered me.

Basic apartment close to all amenities but I wouldn’t stay again.

The owner is lovely to deal with. I appreciated having apartment facilities and a bathroom with a large shower. It is also very well located … a short walk to the shops and ferry terminal.

It is very tired and could use a proper spring clean. It appears overdue for some maintenance and a coat of paint. I found it tidy but a bit dreary.

STAY HERE! Perfect to meet your needs as a solo traveler.

Incredibly amazing people who run this place. They lined up a wonderful individual to come get me from the airport, and my flight was over 40 minutes delayed. I was worried they may have left. HOWEVER, a wonderful women greeted me with a smile and a sign with my name on it. The facility was in a PERFECT location, with walking distance everywhere needed. It was quite, clean, you have everything you need (fridge, microwave, dishes!). The price was affordable and they were very accommodating and let me stay a little longer with my super late flight. Such a fantastic experience to add to my stay here in Tahiti. Highly recommend staying here!

It will not be my first choice if I were to rent in the area again

location was close to everything, spacious balcony. comfortable bed, nice towels

it was very tight in the room because of the size of the sofa. Killed two small roaches, I don’t know if it is normal for the season and the area but my wife didn’t like it at all. kitchen utensils were mis match with a bent knife. No iron, or ironing board.

I would be very wary to stay with this property management because they are not upfront and when you make complaints the

we were unable to get into our property and they did not tell us until long after the fact that somebody else had Covid in there. Which is fine but they should’ve been more communicative with us from the beginning. They moved us to a different location and while the eventual woman that helped us was nice it was very unsatisfactory.

we did not like the new location we did not like that there was mo pool .we did not like that the staff tried to tell us we should like it because it’s winter time in Tahiti and blah blah blah. It was like she was trying to convince us and tell us how we should experience things even though we booked something different. We are very well experienced travelers. we are not stuck up and we understand that things are different in different places. But when you have a place that is cockroach infested )not just one or two flying cockroaches which is to be expected in the tropics), when the air-conditioning does not work, when there are not enough towels for everybody and the location is poor that’s different and then the staff tell you that you shouldn’t be experiencing those things and you should understand that this is Tahiti and get over O had enough. I can put up with a lot of things but the communication was not very good and I don’t think that the staff at the management was very kind to us. They did not tell us upfront what was going on. We had to wait for a long time to figure things out to get a place

Good base for Papeete

Lovely pool area, worth a visit just for the views. Great to have a washing machine. About a 10 min walk to the Ferry, you can see the port from the balcony (book ferry tickets online it's cheaper)

there was no breakfast. nice sized room. nice shower. A/C and ceiling fan worked well.

we could not find the taxi driver that had the room keys for us. hence we had to find someone to call the owner/manager twice for us to find out which room was ours, and then get keys. small apartment missing quite a few essentials: glasses to drink out of, and kitchen towels or paper towels. location of choice was our mistake - there was no place to walk, no sidewalks, only 1 boulangerie within walking distance and outside lighting was poor. also if not reserved in advance no place to get a taxi.

simple and clean apartment in a very convenient location with beautiful balcony

the location was great. walking distance to market, groceries, pier. bakery on the corner for French bread and croissants for breakfast that you can eat on the balcony while looking across to Moorea. Pastries shop just further than the bakery is adorable and delicious. walking distance to LDS temple.

no extra toilet paper or soap and shampoo for the shower.

Exceptional

Went above and beyond to locate at the ferry where I was lost finding a taxi! Also arranged taxi to airport. Location is perfect. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the market, ferry, and food trucks. Outdoor terrace is nice with sunset views. The rooftop pool is great with views of the ocean and mountains. Wifi is excellent. Kitchen had all I needed to cook light meals.

The door into the building is difficult to unlock although not an issue with the specific unit.

The location is convenient if you are looking for a place close to the downtown. Local market is about 10-15 minutes walk. Easy market is 10min on foot. It is not the most quiet place. Pool on the 6th floor is nice. The owner, Sam is friendly and approachable. The price is reasonable.

The place is a bit worn down and cleanliness could be improved.
