In Orihuela Costa, this beautiful modern villa is located in dead end in a quiet residential area, facing south, fully air conditioned with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private pool. It consists of a living room sunny from morning to evening (living room, dining room) and a fully equipped open kitchen. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and separate bathroom. On the floor large solarium with deck chairs and garden where you can enjoy a sea view. Outside not overlooked with small garden, terrace with electric blinds, private pool, all equipped with a table, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol. Free Wifi and international channels (English, French, German, Spanish ...). Close to several beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca), golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas) and all amenities. 2 minutes by car, to the Fuente: pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, bank, hairdresser and supermarket. At 5 minutes you will find the shopping center of Zénia Boulevard (more than 150 shops and restaurants) open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. A few kilometers away, the city of Torrevieja and its animations and around the cities of Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, Cartagena ... The region enjoys an exceptional climate all year round.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in a beautiful villa. Having your own pool was a bonus. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. La Finca restaurant was only a 5 minute walk away which had excellent food and would also recommend the crazy golf/restaurant which was only a 10 minute walk away. If we stayed again we would hire a car to better explore the area as the beach and resorts are not easy accessible by foot. The nearest supermarket was a 20 minute walk. Evette and Rachel were great hosts and even left us a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this villa.

We stayed in Rachel’s villa for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is located in a small, quiet urbanisation with it’s own parking space. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs close by (within walkable distances) but, ideally, you do need a car to get to the bigger supermarkets, shops and beaches.
The quality of decor, furnishings and overall presentation of the villa was beyond what we were expecting. Rachel was communicative and helpful, without being intrusive and we were made to feel that both she and Evette (who met us for the check in and check out) were on hand, should there have been a problem. They appeared determined to make sure that our stay met our needs, which it did!
Our dog was with us and it was great that there was a small park opposite the villa, where we could take him for small morning and evening walks.
(Just to say, a 5 minute walk away is a very friendly restaurant called La Finca which serves great food and is recommended for, along with the tapas, the best fish and chips we have tasted.)
Overall, we have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a couple, a small family or 3/4 friends and would absolutely return.
We have been taking long term winter breaks in different villas in the area for 4 years and this one gave us the comfort, privacy and quality of holiday accommodation we have been looking for and the one we would definitely book again.

Myself and my partner had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful retreat. The location was beautiful, and so much privacy was afforded. The host was brilliant and we will definitely be back again !

Had a lively stay here October 1st for 7 days. Its set back a bit from the main town which we like, there check in was flawless and easy. A lovely lady called evette, got early check in as nobody was here prior to us coming. It was clean and there was a bottle of water and cava in the fridge along with a few essentials. There is an Iceland / waitrose few minutes away, (20min walk) where we could get big bottle water. (8litres was around 1 euro) a lovely little cafe / restaurant called la finca, a 3 minute stroll away, that do the best fish and chips. Would ideally need a car to stay here as we did. The pool was great and clean. Do have leaves etc blow in there sometimes but there is a net to get them out. Neighbourhood is quite, lovely solarium. Bbq which we didn't get round to using. All towels sheets etc were clean. Can't really fault this place, would stay again and probably will in the future. Any problems or queries I messaged and was easy to talk to Rachel. It's ideal for most places location wise around 50mins by car from alicante and 45mins from mercia. You're never to far from anywhere we have been all directions from here with ease. Fabulous stay and thankyou for your hospitality 😊

Just had the best experience in this villa spotlessly clean, will be back
From start to finish this villa was brilliant, great check in process and great communication with owner. We both have fairly stressful jobs and it was just bliss to relax here, after a note so good stay in April in La Zenia, this place is spotless if you have high hygiene standards. From start to finish great, also La Finca that's 2 mins away great fish and chips or popping for a wine or beer. 5 stars all around.

Compact contemporary
We had a lovely peaceful stay at this modern villa, the host tried to cater for your every need and it was very private. The support and information provided was extremely good and host (Evetta) was welcoming, warm and friendly.
There were a few minor issues such as a huge stain on sofas and bed uncomfortable which I’m sure would be rectified.
It is essential to have a car, a few supermarkets and restaurants are walking distance but awkward to get to as there are not many sidewalks.
Overall we would definitely stay and recommend to others but would prefer to be closer to the beach and easier walking distance to amenities.

The house was very nice, bigger than I expected. It was clean, and the prosess of picking up the keys was easy. Evette, the housekeeper, and Rachel, the owner, were friendly and helpful. We espessially liked that there were many essentials available in the house, like oil, spices and a coffee maker. We tried to leave more than we took :-) The area is very quiet, there are some restaurants and one supermarket withing 12-15 mins walk. There are other supermarkets 5 mins away by car. We had a car, and I would recommend to have one. Private parking spot.
The pool was great for the kids (tweens), and was cleaned twice a week.
Overall an excellent stay, and this house is very good value for the money. Thank You!

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones estupendos en la villa de Rachel. Una villa moderna con dos dormitorios en planta baja (ideal y seguro para viajar con niños) y solarium en la parte superior. La piscina privada es un lujo, perfecta para vacaciones en familia. Buena ubicación, a 10-15 minutos en coche de la playa la Zenia y áreas comerciales. Muchas gracias Rachel y Evette!!!. Recomendable 100%

Instalación cómoda
Realmente hemos disfrutado en familia aunque haya sido corta la estancia. Todo está cuidado al detalle. Muy recomendable. Si hay alguna pega, es que haya más comunicación a la hora de presentarse el de mantenimiento de la piscina. Porque estábamos en la piscina y de repente abre la puerta con su llave y entra sin previo aviso y queda feo si uno busca privacidad... Por lo demás todo estupendo.

La casa perfecta para unas buenas vacaciones !
La casa es impresionante, todo muy nuevo y limpio, no falta de nada. La piscina es el mayor atractivo, es perfecta ! El agua a buena temperatura y muy bien cuidada, vienen dos veces en semana para hacerle el mantenimiento. La mejor villa para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas en familia.
