Okay

Suitable for couple or individual stay for a night. Longer than that and with more than 2 pax, the room is too small for comfort. Overall the stay was okay and the room are clean, which is a plus.

Too small for a family of adult children. Should have book extra room but room was not available. The bad side of having no one manning the receptions (all checking in/ out using kiosk), we cannot change or upgrade our room if the room is not available online.

Good budget hotel, affordable, clean, spacious and attentive staffs.

There are basement parking (less than 10 cars), the toilet and the room is big considering it is for single occupancy. They provide refreshments (water, bread, Vico) which very rare for a budget hotel. The room also have fan and aircond. Free shower gel and shampoo. Clean room, clean toilet, clean bedsheet and towel

Its next to a street and junction. You can hear cars

Best location, it is located at "Pekan Lama" of Sungai Petani, plenty of Food. :)

Satisfied & value for money.

Exceeded my expectations! Room was clean, so does the bathroom. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Convenient location. Everything is within reach. Definitely will come again for next visit.

Just the sound from above floor, not sure if it was from the guests or the gym.

It serves the purpose. Good for a short stay. Relatively clean.

No soap or soap bar at the wash basin. Lights from the outside signboard can be distracting/disturbing sleep quality.

The location was very good and close to many restaurants and also walking distance to the bus station

Great budget rest-stop from a long drive

High water pressure on showers. Eco-friendly wall-mounted soap dispenser instead of disposable toiletries. A/C is quiet and cold. Stable WiFi connection in the room. Room is clean and spacious but there isn't much furniture though. Just a small chair and a narrow desk. Drinking water, ironing board, hot water and kitchen utensils located at common area at each floor. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. There is a cafe located beside the hotel as well. The room-rate is a budget price but does everything well for a place to rest after a long drive. Overall a great place for a stopover.

Underground carpark is tight and limited. Spaces are small so beware if driving a large SUV or sedan. Else there is unsecured open air parking nearby. Hotel staff will kindly direct. There isn't anywhere to hang clothes inside the room other than 3 pegs on the wall. Given the size of the rooms, a standing clothesline or fabric closet would be a good furniture addition.

The staffs was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and I liked the long mirror that the hotel had.

Need improvement with the lift since I was stuck with stairs for the days I stayed there and it was the 2nd floor. Hope all will be good by my next stay.

Damaging car and worse for lighting

Friendly staff. Locstion for food and temple nearby. The is a table and chair for working

Wrong info given for parking damaging my car roof. Those have starex not advice to go underground parking. The roomvlightbis poor. One down light of yellow. Hard to get ready early morning. Felt over priced for such a small room.

Please service the aircond I stay room 108, but the air cond can't get the whole room cool enough, the air blower on the right handside there no wind. Please check it out

Staff - a mixture of unfriendly n friendly Facilities- need 2 pillow, table tissue, 3in1 drink. Lift elevator was not in operation. Had a hard time going up and coning down with my luggage upon checking out. Tried to get a staff to help but reply was THEY WERE SHORT STAFF. I am a warga mas who have issues with my knee. so ends up coming back to KL with knee pain.😔 I would like to commend the lady at the counter, she had helped send my grabfood to my room.👍 Good Standing n Clean for toilet and room, tho they do not clean my room. Slight high charges for room Location was a lil bit way off from my function but its ok because I don't know Sg Petani. Area of hotel are way ofc for muslim food but grab n panda helps.
