Speedy check in.

Baby cockroaches in my room, they couldn't move us and we're sold out. Said"well your in the palmetto state" Couldn't leave due to needing a place and had already paid. Tv stopped working Bathroom shower fixtures were broken and empty Breakfast...continetal...was AWFUL STAFF WAS PRETTY RUDE.

Good property -A little far from downtown

Workout facility was great! Rooms were spacious and the property itself is very spacious and nice. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Parking (included) was very easy.

Had to ask for towels - they didn't even service our room. Breakfast was almost non-existent. (Not even a continental breakfast) Location was a bit far from downtown historic Charleston.

The tapered floor was very humid and not clean. I was walking barefoot in the room and my feet became dirty and wet. This is despite the ariconditioning.

We had a nice stay at this location. Great location, not too far from downtown or the beach. The staff was very nice!

I wanted to share my experience regarding breakfast. During check-in, the front desk staff mentioned breakfast several times, leading me to believe it was complimentary. I ended up spending over $50 on two French toasts, a parfait, and I believe 2 drinks. I also heard several other guests express surprise when they realized breakfast wasn’t free. Although this isn’t a huge deal it was a surprise.

The room is beginning to look "tired". Sticky carpets, cracked tiles in the bathroom, the A/C sounded like a jet turbine engine every time it switched on, but there was no one at the front desk to report it to when we left, The Starbucks coffee counter staffed by one person (totally overwhelmed) but did her best to cope. Given there was no complimentary coffee visible (and no, the coffee in the room with the coffee make is NOT considered as real coffee), we left feeling a little disappointed. .

Room was spacious and clean! Had a microwave and fridge. Couch was a wonderful size and shape! Pool was great.:-))) the desk ladies were very friendly.

Nice and cozy stay.

I guess we miss understood that the Breakfast was actually a bistro. So we were disappointed because we had hoped to save money but the staff were great. We had called many hotels in the area and to be honest chose this one because the staff were professional and didn’t sound shady. Great room and gym, though we didn’t use the gym, and quiet. Our AC started making a loud sound which was annoying but they comped us a night because we had a lot of stuff and didn’t want to move.

Not having a free included breakfast.

I’ve stayed at better Marriotts where the properties are cleaner.

I liked the gym and the comfort and cleanliness of the bed. I also liked that I felt safe.

The shower had black mold around the bottom, the towels were empty so I had to ask for more and it seemed like the towels were being rationed, it took forever for us to be checked in and the clerk was unclear about how much my cost would be which was 200 dollars more than booking.com said it would be so that was disappointing. There was. Also a reddish brown splatter across the bottom of the wall which I had to clean with a wet wipe. I don’t know if it was blood or what but that was sketchy.

Good rooms, rude employees, expensive breakfast

Beautiful clean room.

The woman on the desk was very rude. I forgot my adapter for loading my phone. She said go to a takstation to ditch me off. For a hotel with that price. Its not a good way to trait your clients. The man on the bar said we do no room service. 2 seconds later a woman asked can you deliver it on my room. He said yes. This is pure discrimination. Breakfast. Cookie, Apple,fruit juice. 17 dollar ?!?! What a rip off

The staff was awesome! Nick at the check in desk and Shanese at the bar were great. The rooms were clean and spacious.

I would absolutely recommend you stay here. Other than the towel situation everything else seems fi.

I don’t pay for breakfast at a motel. So I can’t answer how the breakfast was except that it should be complimentary.The place was clean. That’s the main thing.

There was no room service between days, so we ran out of towels. When we asked for towels we were given some weird bluish color towel that obviously didn’t fit at location. It was strange. Almost like we were being penalized for using the towels and wash cloths once. Towel police? Really strange.
