We were so thrilled to rent this property. We loved being able to walk to the beach every day and walk on the marginal way and down to Perkins' Cove for lobster rolls. The location can't be beat. The house is newly built and is super clean, extremely well furnished, and everything works. (Such a relief!)
The host Allison is wonderful. Super responsive, full of info, very kind. We'd definitely do this again! We had a terrific week.

We would highly recommend this rental for many reasons. Allison is such a wonderful host and easy to communicate with, the rental is well appointed, very comfortable and it’s location is ideal in relation to the downtown area and the beaches. The living/dining area are bigger in person than they appear in photos. The bedrooms are large and having three full bathrooms is very convenient for family use. You won’t be disappointed in this rental. Enjoy!

Great location and beautiful home for our multi generational vacation. The house is lovely and supplied with everything you could want/need.
Our only complaint was the amount of people/workers and maintenance workers from neighboring property walking up the driveway past our cars and into the yard when we sat outside.
It was my issue as we never discussed this with Allison who was very nice to work with. We would definitely rent this location again

We can't say enough about our time here. The location and house were perfect, Allison was an amazing host and was extremely attentive to us the whole time. The house is in walking distance of town, the beach and Marginal Way so we didn't need to get in the car very much, which was great. We all enjoyed ourselves so much and hope to be back again next year!

A Beautiful Place By the Sea Indeed
This property was everything we'd envisioned and more when we booked our vacation to Ogunquit. The house is immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. Plenty of room for the family to hang out together and also find a quiet space to relax and unwind. The location is ideal, close to town with convenient access to The Marginal Way, but also secluded and quiet. We could easily walk into town, grab coffees and then stroll down to find an open bench along the beach or the coastline to watch the waves roll in. Our favorite activity was walking The Marginal Way down to Perkins Cove in the late afternoon to grab an early dinner at The Oarweed or Barnacle Billy's. Our sons enjoyed walking into town later after dinner to grab ice cream at Sweet Pea's or Big Daddy's then walking down to the beach. Our host, Allison was exceptional — very friendly and so helpful at offering restaurant and activity suggestions. We look forward to coming back in the years ahead!

Oasis
We had a terrific week in Ogunquit as Allison’s guests.
From the beginning, Allison was upfront, prompt, responsive and gracious as we planned and traveled during the Covid-19 crisis.
The home was perfectly situated as described and was very short walk to Margjnal Way and town with slightly longer (10 minutes) to Ogunquit Beach.
The home is updated, comfortable and immaculately clean. The bedrooms are very comfortable and bathrooms are updated and fresh. The kitchen was well-appointed with dishes, cookware, and everything we could have needed.
We had teenage girls and their friends and it was perfect balance of freedom (without the need to drive) and oversight. The town is very safe and family friendly with lots of ice cream shops, smoothie bars and pizza places for kids as well as nicer restaurants and live music for adults. We were especially grateful to Allison and her husband as they helped to expedite a package deliver for a member of our group who had a medical issue. They went above and beyond!
We will definitely be back!

Best Family Vacation Spot!
Right from the start we knew we were going to have a fabulous family vacation, even before arriving. Allison answered all my questions and went out of her way to find recommendations for us.
It’s always a bit nerve wrecking to rent someplace, sight unseen. But as soon as we pulled down the street, we knew we would never want to leave. Traveling with two little kids (under three years old), it’s an amazing feeling not to have to get back into your car until it’s time to go home. Everything was walking distance from the home. We spent mornings walking to get coffee in town, runs on the Marginal Way, afternoons at the beach, and evenings out at Perkin’s Cove.
But the home itself is so welcoming we spent a lot of time there too. The home is spacious and sparkling. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. And anytime I did have a question during our stay, Allison responded very timely.
We did not want to leave at the end of our stay, but we know we will be coming back to this spot. It’s a hidden gem and we truly had one of our best family vacations there!!

Beautiful home in a wonderful destination- a great first visit to Ogunquit!
We loved our experience staying in this home! It was our first time visiting Maine and we were a group of four adults and two small children, staying three nights in Ogunquit. We felt very welcomed by Allison from the moment we booked our trip until the moment we headed home! She provided us with great tips and recommendations for our time the area as well as other portions of our travel, which were so helpful in making the most of our travel experience! We fell in love with Maine and the charming town of Ogunquit, especially. We hope to return someday soon and would definitely stay in this property again. It is a duplex-style home, but very private, as the only shared portion of the rental property is the driveway access. The two large living rooms, open living/kitchen/dining floor plan and three bedrooms were even more spacious than the listing pictures indicated! Our children had a quiet, roomy bedroom all to themselves and each couple enjoyed their own bedroom as well. There was comfortable parking for two cars and the shared driveway was easily accessible at all times. The home is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and main beach in Ogunquit and is only a few minutes’ walk to access the Marginal Way, a paved coastal walking path which connects Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. This was one of our favorite experiences of our visit, as the lovely path offers amazing views of the water, beaches and beautiful Maine Coastline and access to even more shops and restaurants including the famous Barnacle Billy’s. Thank you to Allison for being available to assist with anything we needed, and for hosting an amazing property!
