Nice apartment of 67 m², bright, featuring a rooftop terrace with a panoramical view on the neighborhood and Santo Stefano church. It's located on Campo Santo Stefano, 2 minuteswalking distance from Accademia and 15 minutes from S. Marco and Rialto

This bright and spacious fourth-floor apartment (67 m²) features an altana (a typical Venetian wooden terrace with a panoramic view). There is no elevator access. The parquet floors, exposed ceiling beams, and wood furniture lend charm to the apartment.

Four skylights make the main room (50 m² - southeast and northwest facing) very bright and offers a view of Campo Santo Stefano and the Venice skyline. This spacious room is divided into a living area, a dining area, and a kitchenette.

-The living area has a trundle/sofa bed, a sofa-bed, an armchair, a dresser, a coffee table, a television, and a radio/CD player.

-The dining area has a buffet, a table, and chairs.

-The kitchenette is fitted with all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need, a gas oven/stove, and a refrigerator.

A glass door (northwest facing) offers a view of the skyline and opens onto a small balcony that leads to the terrace.

The bedroom (12.6 m² - southeast facing) has a skylight and a window that overlooks Campo Santo Stefano. There are a double bed, a dresser, a desk, and a wardrobe.

The en-suite bathroom (4.2 m² - northwest facing) features a skylight that offers a view of the skyline and is fitted with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

The wooden terrace, or altana, (6 m²) offers a panoramic view of the Venice skyline and features a coffee table and two lounge chairs. It can be accessed via the living room and is half-covered.

A multilingual agent will welcome you on-site for your arrival and will be there for your departure.

Campo Santo Stefano is the crossroads between San Marco's Accademia and Rialto's Accademia.

In the afternoon, the square fills with families, people sitting at the many outdoor cafés, and passers-by. Despite it being a very touristic area, Campo Santo Stefano is Venice at its best. However, the area grows very quiet when night falls.

The apartment itself is on the square and is only minutes from the Gallerie dell'Accademia (2 minutes), the Piazza San Marco (15 minutes), and the Ponte di Rialto.

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. This property is located in a popular square, close to the traghetto and bridges. The flat is spacious and optimal for families. The rerrace is nice to enjoy view while many attractions are in walking distance. Only thing of not is the 6 flights of stairs one has to climb as there is no elevator. No problem for us but for some it may be a challenge.

We loved this place! The balcony was amazing and the location was great. Close enough to easily walk to St Mark’s and Rialto bridge, but far enough away that it was a little less crowded and more quiet. Camille met us to let us in and show us around, and was very sweet. The bed was comfy, the place was very clean, the layout was great (though the vaulted ceilings may be a problem if you are super tall- We are all very average height). This was my favorite place out of the 6 we stayed at on this trip to Italy.

It is a very large apartment in a fantastic location on Campo San Stefano. Inside is very modern. There is even a tankless water heater so you never have to without running out of hot water! I love the natural wood ceilings. Of course being a loft the ceiling cuts out about 1/2 the living space. The washing machine was very confusing but worked fine. It didn’t work at first because the water hose tap was turned off. Of course the incredible rooftop terrace makes it a total winner. It’s is so high up it’s almost scary. We loved it! Sophie was wonderful throughout our stay and helped us with many questions including how to get the washing machine to work. Her instructions how to open the lock box alone was a huge help. I cannot offer enough praise and will defray here again if souls doesn’t book it first!

My wife and I stayed in this appartment for a few days. We had a wonderful time and loved everything about this place! The host was very easy to talk to and helped us with finding some good places to go. She also helped us figure out how to get around and use the public transportation which was very appreciated.

Comfortable apartment near all the key points of interest in Venice. A lovely location. This 4th floor apartment requires climbing many stairs, but the view is worth it if you are able.

Apartment, is lovely, the altana certainly a plus. Need better pillows and some extra, extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Shower pressure is weak. These are minor issues given the location and ease to move around Venice. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time in this unique property! We loved the terrace, which was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host, Christophe, was wonderful and welcoming. The location is great because while it’s convenient to everything we wanted to do, it wasn’t teeming with tourists. The restaurant outside the apartment, Paolin, had the best gelato we found. I would highly recommend this property when visiting beautiful Venice! Thank you, Christophe, for a great stay!

We were very happy with our stay at this location. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the boat line stop is very close. Nice cafes and places to shop nearby. Great view from the rooftop terrace - perfect spot to eat a meal and watch the sunset.

We spent four days exploring Venice by foot and vaporetto from our base in Santo Stefano and the location was fantastic. 10 minutes from San Marco in one direction, 15 to the Rialto bridge in another, and 5 minutes to the Accademia bridge in another. The flat is quite nice and quiet, though you do need to watch your head with the sloping ceiling. The All’Angelo cafe on the corner was a great go to for breakfast and the gelato shop next door stays open until midnight-perfect for a tipsy gelato before bed.

Die Wohnung wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin der Immobilienagentur persönlich übergeben. Da unser Flug bereits um 10:35 gelandet war, bekamen wir die Wohnung früher übergeben. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Das Einzige Problem war, die auf den Fotos erkennbaren Liegestühle waren erst nach einiger Suche zu nutzen. Für Pausen waren die optimal.

Bra på alla sätt. God kontakt med ägare och stor hjälp av trevlig personal på plats. Litet, välutrustat kök och sköna sängar. Bra WI FI och ändamålsenligt möblemang. Många och höga trappsteg gör att våningen är mindre lämplig för små barn, lågt i tak blir besvärligt för långa >180 cm personer. För oss som är kortare är det toppen!
