EVERYTHING!!! magnificent place, fantastic location, warmhearted hosts
the place is so fantastic that it makes it VERY HARD to leave for hiking/sightseeing/beaches and it is even harder to come home

Magnificent view, excellent garden with a nice swimming pool.
Pleasant host Emilio with his sister.
A lot of banana, mango and papaya that Emilio presented for free. I warmly recommend.

It was quiet expansive and private. Views were to dream of. Full size huge swimming pool. Excellent kitchen. Very quirky in places as it was a reclaimed chapel. So many different outdoor and indoor areas to sit. Emelio was a brilliant host and supplied us with loads of mangoes and avocado pears - they were excellent.
Leaving!!

Really nice property. The house is really old and it has something more than new, modern accommodations. Great garden, nice trees around the house and a special gem is the old tree at the entrance. I would like to come back.

- Spectacular and large garden with a huge private swimming pool
- Stunning ocean view - the villa is literally on verge of a cliff!
- The building is a 400 year old farmhouse with modern kitchen and bathroom. Amazing experience if you like old houses. However, if you prefer modern and very comfortable villas, you may not like it.
- The entire property is surrounded by the banana plantation
- Very friendly hosts and the entire crew taking care of the house and garden
- There is no wifi in the house, however, the quality of GSM/LTE signal is surprisingly high. I was able to work remotely there for 2 weeks without any troubles

Impressive property with a beautiful garden, huge swimming pool and stunning ocean views. Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and private location, perfect for a family holiday. Very welcoming and helpful host who left for us plenty of seasonal fruits from the plantation. We had fantastic holidays.
There is no Wi-Fi, but it was good to have a break from the Internet, especially for our kids.

Fabulous location with complete privacy. Huge swimming pool with so much space in and around the house. We're a family of 5 and sometimes it took ages to find where everyone was! The only sounds are of songbirds and the Atlantic waves crashing on the beach below. The house is packed with character and history which is all part of charm. You can even walk down the cliff to the beach although it's too rough for swimming. Within 15 minutes drive you have fabulous beaches, countless authentic restaurants and the wonderful Loro Parque, which is one of the best zoo / aquarium I've ever visited and a must visit for families.
The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, providing as many freshly grown bananas as you can eat.
Teenagers wanted WiFi but it was nice to have that break from online and if needed I could get a 4g signal. We loved the pool, but it's probably a bit big and deep for a very young family / non-swimmers.

The building is a 400 year old farmhouse that has a modern kitchen. The entire property is huge for 5 people with a massive swimming pool in a self contained garden. All in the middle of a banana plantation. Fresh bananas and Mangos were left for us. There is parking in your own private courtyard that has a lockable gate. The location was good as we had a hire car.
There is no wifi but the 4g was really fast.
The property is fine but we tried to get a bus to Peurto one evening but it didn't stop at night time. Plus the road is badly lit at night. Ended up ordering a taxi from the garage which cost 20 euro for 5 people

This booking was amazing! It's on the lush side of the island (sometimes cloudy and cooler but less resort/touristy), and is located directly over the wild ocean!! We drove to many hikes and walked the coast daily. There are sandy beaches within a 10min drive and rocky beaches just out the front door.
The pool was also great and the house and gardens are spectacular.
The host was very friendly, kind, and easy to contact... and left out fresh fruit for us! what a dream!
bones note for people with back pain ;) the beds are very nice and firm!
Not an issue for me, but there was no wifi.

Beautiful view and garden, extraordinary house, big swimming pool, tasty bananas and avocados
no wi-fi
