Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, from the moment you check in and throughout the stay.
2 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for a family of 4.
Rooms beautifully decorated with a modern, cosey chalet finish.
Warm and comfortable. Heated bathroom floors and heated towel rails.
Clothes airer provided in the room to dry wet clothes after skiing.
Everything you might need with regards to appliances and a welcome pack of the basics.
Conveniently located with a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and slopes.
Not much. Only finding faults here.
Pool could have been bigger for kids, but that's only so we might disturb others less with the splashing around. More of a spa area. Jacuzzi jets were welcome after skiing all day though.
Only one washer and dryer for your clothes, so if it's being used, you'd need to wait.
Bed could have been bigger, but that's because ours is larger at home. I think a taller, larger framed couple might not find it so great. It was comfortable in itself though.

location is great and having the swimming pool to relax in after a day on the slopes is a huge bonus!

location is great. 5-7 mins walk and you are on the slopes. excellent supermarket opposite for shopping and good restaurants nearby.
There is a bar nearby which can be quite loud at night but if you ask for an apartment away from it you will be fine.

- location, lifts are 5-7 mins walk
Hotel claims to be 5 star hotel.
Not sure how this correlates with 5 star claim and 650 euro night price:
- double bed has two single mattresses and two single duvets!!! Reception told us this is a standard in each room. What? The room we had couldn't be even converted to twin given it's size! That's a shame!
- no towels in the pool and sauna area! How come?
- we were asked to "clean the kitchen" at check-out, i.e. start the dishwasher and throw the waste to the trash bin on the street. Really? I saw later that it’s stated in the property policies, but that’s weirdest thing I met in the hotels even apart hotels
- no daily cleaning / towel changes
- we booked a one bed apartment for 3 person, but everything was prepared for two: two bathrobes, two slippers, etc.
- only shower gel provided. Definitely not a 5 star level.
- ski rooms are suitable only to store equipment, but not to dry wet clothes. Lockers are super small. No place to dry clothes in the room either...
- not even mentioning check-out at 10am while check-in at 5pm. Cost cutting is great, but not that way and at a price level of 650 per night for a small apartment.
I would say that price quality is at the level of 300-350 euro per night max given the level of service and room comfort.
I would be happy to pay 650 euro / night in case all points above wouldn't arise during my stay.
Location is good btw. Walkable distance to lifts, 5-7 mins.

clean, fresh and modern. managed to feel homely despite being a large development. Pool and hot tub great to relax after a day skiing
was a little less convenient for the ski slopes than I’d expected. Quickest way is to walk through to the town centre and up the escalator by the tourist office and ski down to Chaudanne from there

Location, clean room
The room was beside the bar which was very noisy so very little sleep hence the drop in points

I had several problems with the hotel.
First, the hotel made a mistake when they charged my credit card, which cost me money and which they haven’t solved yet, despite of having claimed for two weeks. Nobody within the staff gave me an answer. They don’t answer emails nor calls, and at the property they told me they couldn’t do anything because their team in Paris should resolve it. (Problem not solved yet). I talked to the manager of the hotel, but she did nothing to help neither, and she was really rude in the tone.
Also, the hotel promoted discounts in ski rentals and lift tickets that never happened. When asked about them, they said they could not give them because we had made the reservation through Booking.com and not directly with them (although the offer was made in Booking)
Finally, the heater of the room did not work, we asked the hotel to fix it, but the response was that they couldn’t do it because they were too busy.

Centrum wellness, basen, jacuzzi, sauna 👎👎👎
2.0 / 5.0
Location is good, price is OK
1. confusion from the 1st minute on arrival when the parking spot I was advised off was in fact taken
2. Unbearable temperature in the room: 25C , with all radiators closed, impossible to sleep normally
3. Dirty spa area: sauna is all the time flooded with water and nobody cares.
4. We were 3 adults and 3 kids. We could not get a bathrobe for the 3rd adult due to a funny internal "rule", which is they give 2 bathrobes per room. At the reception they told me: we know that rule is stupid but that is the rule still:)
5. Once they promised to still deliver the 3rd bathrobe to the room at the reception: it never happened.
Bottom line: poor comfort and even poorer service. Will not come back.

A very nice apart-hotel with great location, convenient rooms, all the essential amenities and a friendly staff.
the access to the pistes is only 2-3 minutes walk and the hotel is in the center of Meribel with a descent pleiad of bars and restaurants around
It's a really good hotel... but it can hardly be rated as 5-star hotel.
Can you refer '5-star' a hotel where you have to carry your garbage daily to the garbage bin on the other side of the street? where if you need to wash your clothes you have to go to the common laundry room, load the washing machine and wait until it's done to pick up your clothes and then hang them on the standing grill in the room?
where you have to order breakfast few days in advance, otherwise you don't have any?
It's a great self-catered venue, with descent apartments and good team helping inhabitants with their daily needs, it just doesn't cover 5-star service
this was a little bit confusing, as our expectations with 5-star rating were higher.
But the rest was really great
Besides, the pool and the spa close at 7pm, which is not very convenient: by the time you finish skiing and come back to the hotel, you are already late to use these amenities. so you have to decide what you prefer - skiing or enjoying the pool or spa.
the rest was really good
