Struttura con arredi marinareschi bellissimi.Nuova ben curata nonostante si trovi in uno stabile zona pescatori quindi case non nuovissime.Struttura sempre pulita.Proprietario molto accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.

BELOW GOES WHAT CAN BE IMPROVED FEEDBACK PART:
We wanted to live in a quiet peaceful place for a month. As the reviews and the location were very good, we chose this option for 28 days but upon arrival, we were very disappointed.
1. The room.
In the photos, it was not clear where the bathroom is located. We thought that it was near the room but it's near the kitchen which is
not really comfortable, especially at night. The room has no wardrobe, only hangers. The room and the bathroom have old locks with big keys.
2. The bathroom
The bathroom has no ventilation (just a small window on top of the shower which leads to the ladder). It was not mentioned that there exists a switch to turn on/off the hot water in the kitchen near the coffee machine, other guests could switch the hot water while they are doing the coffee and you need to go and inspect the switch. The shower has a bad shower head and because of this, the water stream is weak. The shower has a carpet but it's very slip. You can easily get injured like me (hit the metal border with leg)
3. The ladder to the apartment
The house has a steep ladder which is hard to walk every time if you have any injuries, disabilities or a small child.
Just be aware of this as it's not stated in the description of the object.
4. The noise
For 28 days, there was NO a single day that we slept. NOT A SINGLE DAY!
- rooms have bad noise isolation
- coffee machine is loud
- there are rules on the front door about silence (22:00 till 8:00) but NO ONE ever follows them. We couldn't go to sleep till 2:00 AM because other guests just coming home.
CONTINUED (PLEASE READ FROM THE BLOCK ABOVE):
- other guests. Most of them just sit either in the common room or on the shared balcony and start to speak loudly, shouting and having fun (even at night). Even after asking to be quiet, they completely ignore it and keep doing what they want to
- when we were lucky to not be awakened by other guests, at 8:00 AM comes the host (Giovanni) and starts cleaning of the apartment. He has a very loud phone and he speaks in loud mode, so the entire house hears it. In case there are no incoming calls, he can stand near your door and start chatting with other guests loudly. After that, he starts to whistle when he cleans the apartment.
- it's hard to work in such conditions
- near the house entrance, there is an alco shop with 8+ chairs on each side of the house where constantly people drinking alcohol. At night there is a lot of noise from them
5. The host
Giovanni is a friendly person but he doesn't speak English and it's hard to communicate with international guests.
6. Other
- at the arrival day, there was no electricity and it happen for about 3 days for 60 minutes +. Also, there were weak water pressure and sometimes no water at all.
- we parked near the house but a woman from the balcony poured out dirty sticky liquid on the car
- sometimes it was a really slow WIFI connection
Summary:
Unfortunately, we didn't manage to rest here and we can't understand why this place has such a high rating (9.8/10). In general, you can adapt to almost all of the things: locks, bathroom, ladder, shower but not for noise. It is hard to keep positive thinking when you can't sleep normally for 4 weeks in a row. Maybe we are not the target group for this location, but for the people who will think as we did, it may be useful.
If you want just simply live here in the quiet, it's not a place for you. If you come here for a couple of days or the noise is not a problem for you, it is a good place to stay.

The rooms were beautiful to the smallest details, clean, nice and tidy with all the appropriet self-created decoration. Easy communication. The host made us feel home and very welcomed ❤️ . Morning with a coffee on the balcony with a sea view was a bliss. Parking is just next to the house. We loved the place to the very last moment. Just be ready for steep stairs but nothing that wouldn't a fit person manage :). I would definitely recommend and happy to stay again if coming to Crotone :).

Nice personally managed and very clean pension with small, newly renovated rooms with a communal kitchen.
Very good WIFI and view to the harbor.
Thanks a lot!
The retrofitted small bathroom has no venting and in winter in bad weather the room can get a little cold if you don't have the air conditioning heating on full all the time.

the host, Giovanni couldn't have been more helpful. Very pleasant stay in this small room, with a great view on the sea and proximity to the beach and restaurants.
the neighbors can be a little bit noisy

The location was perfect. We were there for a regatta, and within a minute we were where we needed to be. That was fantastic! I also loved that we could see the sea, and thus the regatta and the boats coming in and out of the sailing club. It was also a birthday week for us and the hosts made us a homemade cake, which was delicious. They also let us have a super late check out, which was incredibly helpful.
I thought that there was a kitchen in the room. There is a shared kitchen and shared fridge, etc. Some of our food was consumed by someone else staying there, though our items were clearly on our shelf. I know that's not the responsibility of the owners, but I was put off by that, for sure. The breakfast was some donuts wrapped in cellophane, which we don't eat. We ended up cooking our own breakfast.

Excellent Location. 1 block off off of the most beautiful beach in Crotone with crystal clear waters excellent for swimming or snorkeling. 1 Block off of the main street and many restaurants just across from the beach. The owners were absolutely wonderful greeting us and making sure our stay was exceptional and with their help is was super exceptional. Free parking just below our room. Loredana was a spectacular host!!

Everything was very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful, even picking us up from the bus station to take us there. The bed was comfortable, with AC heating and cooling and everything was very clean, with a small seating area with balconies outside the bedroom, and a small shared kitchen and bathroom.
The location was not as central as I thought it was when I was booking, but it was in a good location near the sea and only a short walk from the centre.
