With a limit of 1500 characters, had to cut out a lot of detail. Started off nice. Quiet cottage two bed, one bath as listed. Quiet neighbor hood. Store and activities an easy walk. Owners gave me details on stay and recommend things to do. Kitchen was ok for amenities. Entertainment system was descent with ROKU. One good mattress. Other bed a rickety old frame with bent supports and rough innerspring mattress. Cob webs on all doors say it hadn’t been used in a while. I get that to keep down costs owners chose not to water the lawn, weeds and thistles don't make a great impression. Ugly. Decided to do laundry. Four loads and next time I used the bathroom plumbing was backed up. Called owners. Not local. Call went unanswered, though I was spam. VRBO message got through. Said they would call property manager. Couldn’t get help until next day. Told them situation wasn’t manageable without plumbing so was getting a hotel and checking out two days early. Didn’t ask them to pay for hotel. Did ask for refund of last two days. Communication stopped. Only thing I heard after was plumbing service calling me the next day. Manager dumped problem on me. Jessica at Roto Rooter was nice. Don’t qualify in my opinion as super hosts. Probably pay as little as possible for a property manager. They get what they pay for. Don’t drop keys down couch cushions, gross. Trash accumulation and smell of rotten garbage in the back yard because the dumpsters don’t get emptied.

Overall was a great place to stay

The house itself was a good layout for our family with the two bedrooms and full kitchen. Unfortunately, the first night we set up our two month old baby girl’s travel bassinet on the hearth in the sitting room and when we went to set her in it a little while later the bassinet was crawling with ants! We also found several spiders and earwigs throughout the house. We stayed during a heatwave, so I understand there may be a small influx of insect life, but this was pretty bad. A few times we cleaned up established any trails.

This was a pleasant and convenient place to stay while we were visiting with family in Grants Pass, OR.

The property was nice and as advertised. It was quiet for sleeping even though it was right on D St. Easy access to downtown. Some of the windows were a bit ancient and did not lock properly but otherwise everything was great.

Great property to stay at. Loved the floor plan and it had that homey feel to it. Our only complaint we had and it is not the property owners fault, but our car was broken into on the last nightbstay there. Suggestion would be to keep the porch light on throughout the night

We had a wonderful stay here for almost a week. We came to love this little town with its charming old homes and downtown. We loved the house, it was perfect for us and our Chocolate Lab. The beds were very comfortable. It was peaceful and walking distance to town. We explored the area every day from here. Highly recommended.

The house was nice and clean, everything was as stated per listing. Cute little house perfect for a family or just me and my dog 🥰. Right in town so you’re close to everything. The town is beautiful, everyone was friendly, great little shops and amazing restaurants too! My bestie and her hobby are there for half the year so they have a lot of friends and family visiting. This is a great find. I’ll be back! Thank you for the hospitality ❤️❤️

It was cute and convenient but interior doors didn’t have locks and one didn’t even have a latch
Bed was a little dirty
Only way to lock the back of the house was a glass storm door

+ Very convenient to downtown; quiet neighborhood; fenced in yard; good streaming TV options.
- Network and wifi p/w were wrong; needed teaspoons, serving spoons and juice glasses; bathtub was slippery; shower curtain rod was bowed up instead of out causing the shower curtain to hang open; no off street parking.

My wife and I had a nice state at 322 NW D st. The place was cozy and warm. Only cons were the wifi didn't work and the bath towels were really small.

This property can be a Romantic Getaway or a family gathering place. Great neighborhood to have your morning coffee on the porch or the back patio. The home is updated yet had lots of character. Great location to walk to the downtown area and the Saturday Farmers Market.

This was by far the best place my family and I have stayed at so far. We travel a minimum of twice a month and this place has been the best. Everything was very well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again soon !! ❤️

We really enjoyed our time here. The host were very easy to work with and super friendly. As normal our family maximize the time we were perfectly located to be able to do Crater Lake and see a bunch of waterfalls one day and then crescent City and the redwoods the next day of the opposite direction. Great vacation! We didn't want to leave Grants Pass! Thanks!

We loved our stay at this house in Grants Pass. The two big pluses were the location and the price. The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to all the spots in town...Dutch Bros, Climate City Brewery, Dassh Bakery, Rogue Roasters. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we enjoyed morning walks in the area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, a/c worked great, bed was very comfortable. It was nice to sit out in the fenced yard...really great to be able to have our daughter bring her dogs to visit as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Mostly good but trouble with work-go password and a/c thermostat (high tech with no instructions) could have been avoided with better attention to detain by property manager/ owner.

We loved our stay! It was cozy and well appointed. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. I had several questions and the host always replied promptly. I would definitely book this property again

This home was perfect for our week stay with our dogs. It had everything we needed, was in a cute little neighborhood, was clean and well put together. The first night the city lost power due to a storm and the owner was very responsive to help me get information on when it might be back even though it was late at night. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit family in the area.

We really enjoyed this house. It was so easy for us to fall in love with it. Our furbabies were very calm--it felt like our home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I absolutely loved the washer and dryer. We wish it had two bathrooms, but we made do with one. Thank you to the hosts; they were quick in replying, when we had questions. We definitely would rent this house again. We also loved the town, and the location of this house was excellent 👍👍👍
