Good space and all kitchen utilities that we needed were available - 20 min or so walk into Belfast

No back garden , just a very small yard . Neighbours were loud and drinking in their front yard until late (over the road). Located in UVF village. Sugar all over the kitchen side on arrival. Appliance PAT testing seemed out of date. Very limited TV channels

Accommodation was clean and quite comfortable

House is located in the UVF village area of Belfast which was a bit intimidating.

This place may be ok for 4 people staying for a short work stay or conference stay.

the location was good.

We felt very vulnerable having to pay a considerable refundable deposit for a property (the only place that has asked for this during our 7 week stay) when there were so many issues with this apartment when we arrived.

The location and size is good.

There are many amenities which are broken such as beds, switches. A large security deposit was collected and informed at a later stage, that led to a stressful trip experience. though returned on time, this practice is unprecedented in all my travels across uk and europe.

clean, spacious & very homey

me & my friends stayed for 2 nights & I personally liked how clean & spacious the space was. There’s a bus stop nearby w/c btw you need to check the timing as the interval is like 30 mins or so. It’s very homey & inviting. The host is super responsive & accommodating. you couldn’t ask for more

Exceptional

The Location to the city centre and local shop's was great, its an easy stroll into main city, had all the little things that you need for a home stay within the property, we arrived in Ireland early on our first day i asked if the property was available any earlier they kept me up dated until the property was vacated and cleaned and allowed us earlier access

I cant find a fault with it for us the only thing is we didnt have enough time to get everything done we wanted to

Quiet, clean with all amenities, convenient easy walking distance to city centre

need instructions for TV and could be bigger single bed mattress could be of a better quality

Enjoyed our stay but would prefer to be nearer city facilities next time.

Noisy neighbours during night. Could be heard clearly through walls. Small 3/4 size bed not large enough for a couple of adults sharing. Neighbourhood seemed rough.was told by taxi driver the street is split 50/50 by motorway. One side is loyalist the other republican. The politics don't bother us but knowing in advance may have affected our decision to stay in case there was any local trouble.

Location, all amenities were in walking distance, shops, cafes ...town centre 1 mile away

Property, TV didn't work and could have done with a bit more attention to cleanliness

House was spacious yet compact

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Place needs a dust as cobwebs all over the house.

Leaving the property a day early

Noisy neighbours partying from 1am until 845am Sent titan living an email at 730 the day before I was due to leave still no response photos say it all

A very affordable yet comfortable place to stay.

The property has all the basic amenities that we needed. We were able to cook and do our laundry.

good value for money.

location was near everything. it was quiet, clean, and had bare essentials to start with.

the back alley was a bit spooky, but maybe I’m just not use to it. at least there wasn’t ruffians hanging about.

the taxi driver told us we might as well be staying in Iraq

it was clean enough inside

the location was poor and the outside of the property had dog poo in the yard. there was a lot of quite antisocial noise outside through the early hours

Nice stay for the price

Clean house and affordable price on that weekend. The rooms and the kitchen are large, the bathroom is comfortable and the shower is spacious. A bit far from the city center but within walking distance of the bus stops.

Slightly uncomfortable beds and lack of mirrors in two bedrooms and in the bathroom. One bedroom has no wardrobe. In the bathroom some supports would be needed.
