About this house rental

Relax in this comfortable townhome just steps from everything that Cape May has to offer. A short walk brings you to the ocean beach at Perry Street. During peak season we provide a stocked beach box (beach tags are provided). We're just 2-1/2 blocks from the Washington St Mall where you can shop till you drop. Take a stroll through Wilbraham Park to the Plum Beach Café at the West End Garage for freshly baked pastries and coffee or head for breakfast down at Pancake Bills. Take a morning bike ride along the promenade or over to Sunset Beach for the beautiful sunsets. When you've finished sunning, swimming, biking and shopping head home and kick back on one of the two decks overlooking the picturesque meadows at Cape Island Creek.
Our townhome provides two off-street parking spaces. The first floor has the garage, the second floor contains the family room, dining area, eat in kitchen with center island, rear deck and 1/2 bath. The third floor consists of the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and full bath. Fun beach vacation for everyone - bring your flip flops and towel and leave the car at the house.
Please note, guests provide their own bed sheets, pillowcases and towels.

This is our second time staying at Paul's house. We stayed here a year ago and loved his home. Paul's home is well kept and very clean. HIs home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, a big TV in the living room, washer and dryer and plenty of parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap were provided. The location in West Cape May is great, You can walk to the Washington Mall and many nice restaurants. Paul is wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. After a busy day it was so nice to return to his home and relax. Now you know why we returned to Paul's wonderful home. We are planning to return to Cape May abd Paul's home in the future.

We have stayed at Paul's house a few times before, in the summer, but this was our first time in Cape May during the Christmas season. As always, this was the perfect home base to explore the town. Clean and comfy as ever. I'm sure we'll be back yet again!

This condo was perfect for our fall family getaway with two adults and two teenagers. We were able to walk to just about everything we needed for the entire weekend. The property is well-maintained and clean. We hope to be able to stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay- condo was very comfortable and in a great location. The condo is close to the beach and many great shops and restaurants in town! An added bonus was the beach box- didn’t have to lug anything with us to the beach. The balcony was awesome- loved sitting out listening to nature.

Loved being able to walk everywhere in Cape May, and this property was a great location. Short distance from everything but still a little separated from the more crowded areas. The space itself was great. We had a group of four adults and had plenty of space to hang out together or separate. The beach tags, chairs and umbrella were a great perk! Would stay here again if we come back!

This townhouse is tucked away from the main roads which made it quiet and peaceful. The view from the back decks makes it feel like you are close to nature. It was convenient to everything and we were able to walk to most places. We especially enjoyed the Nature Conservancy area. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. We were appreciative of all of the conveniences provided. The whole house was clean and comfortable. It was a great place and we would highly recommend it.

Paul's home is beautiful and spotless. The home was very spacious and the location was perfect. The home was located in West Cape May and was walkable to many restaurants, shops, Washington Mall, and the beach. Some of the restaurants we went to were The Ugly Mug, Bella Vida Garden, Key West Tacos, Westside Market and Jake's Pizza. Paul's home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, a big TV in the living room, washer and dryer and plenty of parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap were provided. Paul was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Paul and his beautiful home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home in the future. This was our second stay at Paul’s condo – we loved it so much last year that we came back again! Location is fantastic – about a five minute walk from Congress Hall, and most other attractions in town. Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. Very clean, kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely be back!

We had a great trip and loved staying at Paul’s condo. We had everything we needed and the location was great. We could walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay there again. Paul was very fast at responding to messages.

Everything was just what my family and I wanted for our long weekend. Excellent location. Clean, well furnished and decorated condo that was comfortable and pleasant to relax in. Kitchen was especially well stocked. Host was always very quick to respond and very courteous. We hope we can stay here again next year! Highly recommend!

The home of Mr. Summerfield was clean, and quite spacious. Very convenient location. Nice shops around the area, also we found a great pizza place (Mario's ). Thank you very much for allowing us the use of your home! Highly recommend.

The house is so close to so many shops, the beach and Washington Street Mall! It was a very rainy weekend thanks to Hurricane Ian- but the house made a great refuge to hang out in the evenings.

Our family of five had a great stay at Paul’s condo this spring break. Location is fantastic – five minute walk to the Washington St. Mall/ Congress Hall, and 10 minute walk to the beach. We hardly drove anywhere! Beach chairs and wagon were handy for the surprisingly warm weather we had. Clean on arrival, well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!
