Pathetic and disappointing experience!

Highly highly disappointed by the staff of Nine tree !!! I have been staying here from last 3 years but this time I don’t know why nine tree’s staff just did it. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had health issue and bed sheet got stained I asked reception to change bedsheet and then housekeeping too, they didn’t inform me that I would charge like hell and next day at time of check out they charged me 9000 PKR. Rather then accommodating me in reduction of price they keep on insisting that it was damage, if it was damage why didn’t they inform earlier? It was a full plan to ask for huge amount at the time of check out It was a pathetic experience and I don’t think i ll visit them again ! Shame on you nine tree hotel ! You lost a loyal customer.

Price little on the higher side

Front office and room service was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast service was poor. Tables were not being cleared / cleaned when the guests were leaving. I had to ask to clean the table twice. Staff was not attentive to serve teas. This area requires a lot of improvement.

Very unpleasant stay at the hotel

We had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. We booked this 4* hotel and we expected some standards of this level. At the time of choosing this hotel we did not know about a large reconstruction of the hotel restaurant and others. After our check-in, we received some information, that there is a reconstruction on the rooftop every day from 11am to 5pm, but no mention about the restarant. Workers started every day morning and were working all day till 23pm. We heard only drilling, hammering and grinding of the restaurants floor instead of enyoing our stay at this nice hotel. We spent our breakfast in a quite dusty and noisy terrace. If we had known about such a big reconstruction before, we would never have chosen this hotel.

Great stay in a clean spacious hotel

Rooms were very clean and spacious Staff friendly and welcome drink offered on arrival Good buffet breakfast Location near MM Alam Road We booked two interconnecting rooms

Towels looked old and had to request bath towel as only one given Room service was very slow and pizza eaten caused food poisoning Got a message from booking.com to advise that Nine tree had said that we were a no show. Let booking.com know that we did actually stay which was odd.

Great Place!

Everything is great, whenever you visit.

Asked them for extra mattress three times. Then it was sent. Happened for the first time in 4 times I have visited.

Clean and spacious

Room was spacious. Had family staying in 4 rooms in total, accommodating all rooms next to each other. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Amenities close by, M.M Alam Road walking distance. Security present at the hotel front entrance. Breakfast was nice with a wide range of foods. Someone always present at the main reception desk.

Spacious rooms, like really spacious. The service was on point, laundry guys were fast and efficient. The room service food was great, specially the hot n sour soup was to die for. The breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay.
