Location was brilliant. Every little detail was thought of, from an umbrella to leaf blower for the back patio.

Bed in spare room was abit hard. Need a mirror in the guest bedroom

We had a fabulous stay at this super comfy , well located house.

The house was really well equipped and comfortable.A handy 10 minute walk from the village. The seating area at the back of the house was a super place to hang out and watch the wildlife Lots of kangaroos came to visit which was lovely Will definitely return

Perfect stay with family. Whole family enjoyed.

Well organized. Kept me informed as I asked for earlier check-in. Envelop with keyinside had all key instructions.

Kangaroo Valley break

Spacious and clean. Good facilities, close to village centre.

The heater was hidden in a wardrobe - not very welcoming in mid-winter. The instructions to leave the house in same state as we found it weren't very clear. We thought that meant making the beds, apparently it doesn't.

Peaceful, comfortable and picturesque, we loved it.

It looked far better than the photos when I booked, the Australian flower theme was lovely, the views from the house were serene.

There needed to be an exhaust fan in the toilet, that's the only thing lacking.

Superb

The house is in an excellent location very close to the main town but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. We woke up to the lots of kangaroos on the front lawn which was a real treat with an ooverseas visor staying with us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathroom very well set up. A big TV with tons of DVDs was great for a rainy weekend.

Good stay and the property is nice however customer service can definitely improve.

The property was nice and close to town.

The admin lady who called me regarding security bond was extremely unhelpful and rude. Calling 2 hours before close of business before a public holiday and threatening she won’t hand over the keys despite paying months in advance is poor.

We were extremely happy with this property. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The property was extremely clean, comfortable and had good heating for our winter stay. It was in a nice quiet location and an easy 15/20 minute walk into the heart of the main street of town. There was also a service station only 5 minutes down the road from the property for anything else you might need. We loved sitting out on the front verandah area with a drink enjoying the view (including kangaroos and a wombat)

Television reception played up a little. There was only one evening we wanted to watch it so it didn't bother us too much.

Great value Kangaroo Valley Home stay

The house was packed with amenities, super clean and comfortable on both the 42 and 21 degree days we had there. Such a peaceful location lots of wildlife in the beautiful gardens. Would recommend to all. Didn’t want to leave.
