Walk across the street to Englewood Beach! Bright and light Oversized unit offering great amenities with everything you need to make your stay comfortable!
Kitchenette has the needed items for breakfast and lunch. The outdoor grill is great for cooking dinners! (no stove in unit but has microwave, 2 coffee makers, ice maker with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster broiler and hot plate)

On site heated swimming pool. (Nov-April) There are great restaurants within walking distance (one upscale restaurant right next door!) and there is also a free shuttle service that brings you around the area!! (Convenient but not needed unless you want to use it)

Big screen TV in the living area, dining area, roomy bath with shower and a balcony with a partial view of the bay and the boat docks.
Manasota Key and the Englewood area offer various activities that will keep all interests involved!
All this with your private gulf beach access just across the street! (Manasota Key offers 4 public beaches!) Heated pool!

Englewood area is well known for its great fishing, boating, golf, village shopping and of course its beaches!
BOAT docks available at no extra cost!. (reservation needed but no trailers allowed on site)
Enjoy the morning sunrise from your own private balcony or evening sunsets from the beach! You can even fish from our own private pier! Life as it should be! Come and Relax!

Beautiful condo so clean and well maintained. Everything you could want was there. Beach was awesome. Lots of good bands within walking distance and cant forget to mention Stumpys always a few minutes away for a free shuttle ride.

The unit is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. Being right across from the beach, with private beach access was great! We love the location, walking distance to everywhere you want to go on Manasota Key! Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you need. Hosts were so friendly, responsive, and accommodating- they sent a maintenance man over immediately when we informed them the toilet was slow to fill up with water and flush, and he fixed it right away. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful condo 2 nights. The location was beyond perfect, a few steps to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to Stump Pass beach, which was a fantastic beach. We walked about 7 minutes to the Tiki Sand Bar, which we highly recommend, such a fun place with good music and great food. Manasota Key is such a neat island and even walking at night we felt safe. We loved the place and especially the private balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.

Disappointed that washer dryer broken. Bumpy driveway. Curtain system not very good. Now the positive. Great price! Roomy and comfortable. Close to morning yoga for wife. Overall satisfied given last minute booking for us.

Was very very nice stay place very clean. Are Friends live 3 street over love being walking distance to them & to the restaurant. Only thing would be nice is a foot rinsing station when you come off the beach for your fret

This has become our go-to place to stay for an extended weekend. A quiet condo complex with a couple of docks for boat mooring. Easy bike access to the local beach spots and a cool pool to refresh after a hot day out in the Florida sun. Looking forward to our fourth stay!

This is the best place to stay on Manasota Key, you can walk to all the bars and restaurants. The beach is just across the street, and you can see the bay from the balcony. This place was very clean and quiet, and the hosts were great. Stay here you won't regret it.

The property was great! Luckily we had no one to the side of us until our last night as the walls are super thin and we could hear the neighbors as if they were standing in the next room! Owners were great and checked in with us the day after arrival to make sure everything was to our likings and our needs were met. Will definitely stay again!

We (my husband and I ) wanted to get away for a few days to the beach even though we live 15 mins away. This condo was PERFECT for that goal. Had everything needed, very clean and right across the street from a private beach access. Within walking distance of several bars/restaurants. Definitely will keep this in mind for the next time.

Right across the street from beach. Condo was immaculate. The only issue we had was with the gas grills. One had no propane and the other had not been cleaned maybe ever. Certainly not the owners fault. Owners themselves could not have been nicer or more welcoming.

Let me start by saying the condo was everything it said it would be! The location was absolutely great! We loved the beach and the local restaurants were in walking distance. Unfortunately we just had the short end of the stick because the A/C went out the day we arrived, it got really hot the first night. Owners got right on it the next morning when we made them aware and they sent a company out to fix it. The company said they fixed it and ended up that they didn't so day three it was still really hot, at absolutely no fault of the owners. I can not express that enough!! They frequently stayed on top of it and called the company back out and they spent the entire day working on the A/C at which point we decided it was best if we packed up and left because we had young children and needed working A/C. Even though we had stayed two nights the owners were very apologetic and understanding and refunded us 100% given the inconvenience. The company finally fixed the AC the night we left and the owners offered us to come finish our stay at no cost but we had already moved an hour away. That speaks volumes! Over all would we rent this place again or rent from these owners again? ABSOLUTELY! Just one of those things that is out of anyone's control and happens. Hope we can make it back another time and try it again!
