The condo is located in a gated community and is simple to enter. It is comfortable and spacious with a living room and a sunroom/sitting room that faces East. Great place for morning coffee or to get away from the tv and cozy up with a book. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, just like your own home. The master bedroom with master bathroom and closet are large as it includes a sitting area, with desk, perfect for a work from home space. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are nice to have if guests stay overnight. The two laminated instructions sheets are helpful and informative. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking a 3 mile loop around and only a fifteen/twenty minute walk to the beach. Love everything about it.

We loved our stay at Elizabeth’s well-appointed beautiful condo! We loved the decor of denim sofas in the living room, sizable dining table for meals and card playing on rainy afternoons. It was extra convenient to have full bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a first floor powder room. The air conditioning was robust and refreshing. We definitely would book again, and we would recommend it to family and friends. The Sawgrass community was beautiful and the gate employees were friendly. We enjoyed both the lap swimming fitness pool and the pool that was merely steps away from the condo. We appreciated the Sawgrass TPC stores across the street, including Foxtail Coffee, the Publix, Peterbrooke Chocolates, Nona Blue restaurant. Also, we loved Aneyo Mexican grill, Sliders, and Cap’s at Neptune Beach, PVB and St. Augustine. We enjoyed our visit to the Cummer Gallery in Jacksonville; it is a fabulous collection of art. We enjoyed driving by the Ponte Vedra home and Avondale area apartment we lived in 30 years ago, If I had to list any difficulties, I would say that as tall people (5’10” to 6’2”, we had our feet right at the end or over the end of the twin beds) And maybe it’s truly just us, but we prefer softer mattresses. Also, when the load of clothes and towels in the washing machine got unbalanced, it made loud banging noises and got wrapped around the tall agitator and would not fully drain water.

Our family rented this property 2 years ago and we were happy it was availability again this year. The location is convenient to get to the beach and restaurants, it is clean, and has many amenities that a typical rental does not. 100% would stay again!

Only 2 bedrooms but plenty spacious enough for my wife, grown son and I to stay happily for 5 days. It’s located right in Sawgrass country club so if you play tennis or golf, you’ll love the location. Very close to all the Ponte Vedra shops. Well appointed with all you need By the way, the pictures don’t do it justice - it is much larger and brighter than it appears on VRBO.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable, sunny condo. The two bedrooms (each with a full bath) are upstairs and the kitchen, living areas, laundry, and a half bath are downstairs. The master bedroom is huge, by the way. The terrace in back gets lovely light - it has a beautiful view but also feels private. We hope to come back!

Our family of four stayed for a week at this condo and it was absolutely amazing. The views of the golf course are wonderful, the pool was nearby, and beach access at Mickler Beach is minutes away. The Sawgrass County Club is an amazing property with extremely well maintained sidewalks, landscaping and roadways. The sunset overlooking the golf course is nothing short of amazing! Within a 5 mile radius there are so many great restaurant options! The host was attentive before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!!

This was our first trip to the Ponte Vedre Beach area and this condo was absolutely perfect. The condo itself is very modern with nice bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The air conditioner worked great and all the appliances looked practically new. Most importantly, it was clean. The pool was only a short walk away and never crowded. We drove to Mickler Beach, which only took a few minutes, and never had trouble finding a place to park. Sawgrass Country Club is super nice and in close proximity to absolutely everything. My husband and I stayed here for six weeks. We needed to be close to Mayo clinic and it was ideal, a quick 10 to 15 minutes away. It was also right on the golf course so we enjoyed watching the golfers play. The beach was only 1 mile. The condo itself was extremely clean, nice linens and most pots and pans. The owner Elizabeth was so responsive and such a nice lady. Should we need to return, it would be our first choice.

This is a great getaway property. Great location to the beach and close proximity to restaurants, stores, and a grocery store. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The outdoor patio is lovely to sit out in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze. Definitely hope to stay here again when we are down visiting family!

Enjoyed our stay! Wish beach was more accessible. Long walk for a family with chairs and cooler and no way to drive to it. We ended up going to a public beach down the way which was easy. Clean and great neighborhood for walks and exercise. Close to many restaurants as well.

This was a perfect staycation location for us. My son had a short Spring Break and my husband was working from home some of the days we visited. We live 30 minutes inland. He was able to come over when his schedule allowed. We were minutes away from the beach by car and went to the public access point at Mickler's. We are early risers, so there was never an issue parking there. The condo is very clean, updated, and stocked well with kitchen essentials. We felt very safe in the gated community with guards at all entrance/exit points. There are many nearby grocery stores and shoppes just outside of Sawgrass. There are playing cards and some board games for kids. There is a smart TV where you can sign into your own Netflix account and regular cable. Wifi access available.

We stayed here for just about 3 months while looking for a home. The townhouse is spacious and bright. The pictures appear darker than the home really is. The sunroom off the eating area is lovely in the morning. The unit is well stocked and in a great location. The beach is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Elizabeth was great to work with.
