We stayed here for a couple nights. The house is clean and in a really nice location for us. The king beds were comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time here, but were comfortable while we were there. Cons: The couch upstairs needs to be replaced. The sofa bed inside is broken and couldn't be used. And it also made it so you couldn't sit on the couch either. We had enough beds for us while we were there, but if you're relying on that couch bed, find out if it's been replaced. The garage is small (one car) and you can't park on the street. They had a broken basketball game sitting in the garage that made it difficult to fit our car in the garage. They have visitor parking down the street so our guests parked down there. It would be nice to not have the basketball game in the garage.

Condo was clean well stocked with towels and extea sheets, blankets, pillows. Garage very small barely had room for the car. Loved there was a Keurig and traditional coffee pot. Bunk room had large beds and noticed extra roll away beds in closet. Pull out sofa upstairs was broken. Additional plus Xbox upstairs. Bathrooms well stocked with soap, towels and make up clothes were a nice touch. Recommend adding a slip matt in downstairs shower as the floor was very slippery inside the shower. Also having a full size trash can in the kitchen would make sense for the size of this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bike-On-Inn. It was so clean!!! I was worried we would find evidence of other pets in the unit, and I didn't see one pet hair anywhere! The unit was up to date and didn't have any broken or worn-out furniture. The complex has two swimming pools and two hot tubs that were heated in Feb. Very nice!!! I loved the location. Very quiet! The unit was close to the freeway for quick on and off. It is in the very north end of St. George. I feel like we missed out on the crazy traffic at our exit. You do have to travel about two exits to get to restaurants or Costco. I had Walmart deliver groceries, so we didn't have to go out as much. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, but lacks in bowls, baking pans, and things you usually find in the pantry (spices, etc.) Bike-On-Inn is a little misleading, we needed to load the bikes up to hit the bike trails. We did find a paved trail nearby that was fun for the scooters. Also, you have a fishing pond just outside the community that was fun. We had a great time and hope to visit this unit again!

The Townhouse was in a great location, very safe and easy access to the highway. The home was well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. It was mostly clean, it could use better dusting like the fans, etc.

One of our favorite developments to stay in. Live the swimming pools and hot tubs, clubhouse, pond, streets, and people who own around there. The place itself is well laid out, had everything available we needed, just enough extra sheets and pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, bags, toiletries etc. I've stayed in places that were barely stocked with anything so this was a relief. They had a couple bikes, scooters, and a basketball hoop game that was fun to play. One of the bikes had flat tires, though, dangit. We were given all the info on a timely manner, etc, too. We didn't need to ever contact the managers, but I'm sure they would've responded quickly. 😊

Beautiful place. Clean and homey. Only downfall is no place to park ATV trailer. We could barely park our pick-up in front of the garage and you can’t park trailers in the overflow area.

Terrific place! So clean and ready for us! Had everything we needed. Dog was happy; loved the little pond and park down the street. Only regret was that we didn’t find time to use the pool and fitness center. I could’ve stayed forever!

The location was great! Close to st George and close to hiking . Many trails within walking distance. All of the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. A lot of restaurants to choose from and the houses was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The club house and pool were very close as well all though we were too busy to use them , they looked like a good gym and decent size pool

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. The master bedrooms and baths were large and comfortable. The third bedroom with the large bunk beds was a pleasant surprise. Some things that were not great. It was advertise as having a hot tub, we went in Dec and the tub was closed. Also the beds were quite high. I am a 72 year old woman with a bad back and I had to find a stool to get into the bed. My 5 foot tall daughter had to have her husband help her into the bed every night. Also there were also several items stated that you warned that you would be fined if you did not comply. I understand that everything needs to be clean or the cleaning fund or damaged will need to be paid for.

Easy check-in with a code. The garage was nice for us to put our red dirt covered items until the next use, helping keep it isolated. Plenty of towels for both pool and bathrooms. It was nice to have dish and laundry detergent available, kitchen had all the supplies needed. It was a great homemade for exploring.

Went to Washington to ride side by sides at sand hollow. The home was clean and had everything we needed. However if you plan on bringing a trailer do not stay here. Absolutely not trailer parking and barely room to park a truck in the driveway. I thought there was trailer parking so that’s on me. We had to find a place to park our trailer about 15 minutes away..

This property was great for myself, my wife and our two teen boys. More than enough room for 4 of us, and can easily handle 8 with room to spare. Good location for Zion, Bryce Canyon, Snow Mountain and Sand Hollow. Just up SR9 from Hurricane, and just up I-15 from St. George.

2 families - 4 adults, 5 kids all boys ranging from ages 3-9 stayed at this wonderful home for our first time visit to Zion and Bryce Utah. We really like the fact that there was 2 master suite bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a bunk for all the boys to stay in together. The drive to Zion National Park was about an hour, and the drive to Bryce took about 2 hours. Coming from California, the earlier hour time difference took its toll on us as we woke up around 4 am PST each day to get into the parks early and less of a crowd. The home had all the basic necessities necessary for us to be together, with the only caveat being that the internet was sloooooow. It was so bad that ATT 5G was faster and more secure. We’d definitely return to this home when we come back to explore more of the beauty that Utah had to offer!

Working with Brandy was awesome, she was very attentive and quick to reply to all my questions prior to our actual check in day. We had only one issue, the access code for the property provided to us in our check in instructions was wrong. We contacted the on site property manager and she told us to keep trying the code and push the buttons harder? We told her we had been trying for several minutes and it wasn't working. She came to the property and entered the code and the door opened up right away, luckily my husband watched her and realized she put in a different code then the one we were initially given in our check in instructions. She provided us the correct code. She wasn't too friendly and seemed a little put out that she had to come to the property to help us get in. Other than that issue this property was amazing. It was very clean and well stocked. We will defiantly stay here again on our next trip to St. George.

We enjoyed our stay in Washington. It's easy to get from the condo to tons of outdoor activities (couple miles to Prospector trail or Quail Creek for p mountain biking). Well stocked home that was comfortable to relax in after mountain biking and hiking. Only things to keep in mind are that there isn't an old fashioned coffee maker, only a keurig. And the garage space was limited due to a basketball shooting game that my kids loved. Still plenty of space for our bikes in the garage. We didn't try anything in the clubhouse, but it looked popular.
