About this house rental

Close to everything! In between Canada Street and the Lake in a residential area with a lake view. Easy access to all attractions, Lake George Steamboat Company cruises, shops and restaurants. 100 feet from the public beach and Shepard park concerts. Dock space available too (Note: additional cost and no boat trailer storage). 2 parking space available.

We offer WiFi, One TV, Four A/C's, gas BBQ, picnic table, and a patio set on a covered porch. We have a fully stocked kitchen and provide pillows, blankets and comforters. Sheets and towels available upon request.

**Please note that during our Summer season, June 1-September 1, we require a 7 night minimum stay. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.

Two of the things we value most in a rental is accuracy of the listing and communication with the host. Both were on point! If you are looking for a location walkable to everything in the village including beach access this is the spot! There were some reviews about being able to hear music from the bar/restaurant across the street and while you could hear the music from outside it had no impact on our family being able to sleep. The host was amazing with communication and helped every step of the way. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family loves visiting Lake George and staying at this cottage was wonderful, especially with a toddler. You have practically everything you need at the unit and it's easy walking distance to lots of fun activities.

Excellent location ! Walking distance to all Lake George has to offer! Accommodations were extremely clean and all necessities provided! Also had surprise tickets for a boat ride on Lake George! Great stay!

We had a great time at this cottage. The location is the best, right in the center of Lake George, able to walk to almost everything. The perfect location. The cottage is clean, simple, and the beds were very comfortable. Lake access is steps away. The host is very accommodating. A+

This Cottage is super clean, and has the BEST location for Lake George Village Fun!!! Everything is walking distance. Great Wi-Fi, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, gas grill, picinc table as well as outdoor seating for 6 under a roof make this a most enjoyable stay.

We had a nice stay at Terri's property, and it was a very walkable location. Probably better for people who are looking for a bit of nightlife, as the bar next door was pretty noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Not a problem for my wife and I but did make it hard for the 3yo to sleep. Nothing Terri can do about it, but good for parents of young children to know.

We enjoyed our stay. We were happy there was a grill. We loved how close we were to everything. There was something nearby for all of us to enjoy. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We hope to come back again next year.

I’ve rented a few houses in the area over the years and this one was my favorite. Walking distance to everything. We had our senior dog with us and he enjoyed the walks along the lake and nearby park. We also had our teen w us who enjoyed walking to the shops and arcade. Front row seats for the fireworks too. House is cuter than pictured and the air conditioning was really needed during the hot week of our stay.

We come from NZ and had a week with our grandchildren in this cottage by lake. Everything close by, super clean and comfortable for a family. Everything was as Terri said and she was very helpful. Highly recommended.

This is our 6th summer at this house. We always have the best time and the house is just what we need for our week long vacation in Lake George! We love the convenience of being right in the center of the village but also love that it’s very private where we are. We also love that the Marina is right there so we can bring our boat. It’s just the perfect spot for us and Terri is always so accommodating to our family! We hope to come back for many many many more years to come!

This house is the closest waterfront house to the village. The view is obstructed by the cabin in front, but you can still catch a glimpse of the water and the walk to the lake is very short. We used the porch above the boat rental each to share a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset. The porch on the house was great for take out meals and to listen to the bands playing next door. Only thing that could be improved were the beds, but still managed to sleep well after busy days.

This property could not have been better for what we needed. Pets allowed, so our two small dogs were happy as could be, and so will be that we didn’t have to leave them at home. We were right near a beach and playground for the 2 1/2 year-old grandchild. Right near a library literally at the end of our street so quiet time an art supplies were readily at hand, along with shelves and shelves in children’s books on a hot day. Food, stores, live music all around, a pretty park, and the lake footsteps away… What could be better? Plus, we had trouble corralling everybody to get out on time and the house was very patient with us as we worked hard to get all the moving parts synchronized. It was laundry, right there on the premises, a covered porch with incredible breeze, and a lovely little yard with a picnic table under a huge shady Maple. You can’t go wrong! What a find!

The house is absolutely gorgeous the view is absolutely gorgeous Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with the biggest plus was that we were able to take our dog with us. The property is right off the main strip of Lake George so it was easy access to everything but definitely rent again.

We had a great long weekend at the house. Two adults, a child and dog were all comfortably housed. Home was very clean upon arrival. We didn’t have to move the car once during our stay as we walked everywhere which was a major plus. Highly recommend this property.

For us, this was the perfect spot! It was clean (spotless bathrooms and kitchen for the win), had plenty of room, and is so well located I can’t imagine being better positioned in town. With a baby in tow this made it so we never got in our car once we arrived. Beds were comfy and the ac units are great. Overall was everything I could have imagined and more, would stay there again 100%

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. It’s located very close to the Village of Lake George and so shops and restaurants and arcades were all within walking distance. We watched the fireworks from a pubs dock that is literally a stone-throw away from the property. Our dogs enjoyed the small grassy area! The cottage was immaculately cleaned and supplied with linens and all the kitchen necessities were also stocked. Everything was perfect - parking was a breeze, cottage was in pristine condition, and the check-in and check-out was hassle-free. Terri included tickets to the Steamboat which we used - and saved us about $70! That was such a wonderful bonus! Can’t wait to book our stay here for next year. Thank you for a great week in Lake George! ❤️❤️❤️

This was our second stay at this cottage. Perfect location. We traveled with our two pups & enjoyed the yard in front of the cottage daily. We used the kitchen/grill for several meals. Awesome location for beach, boats & village. Recommend highly.

This was our first time staying here and it was perfect for us! Terri was so great to work with and everything was so easy. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was well equipped. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the covered patio while enjoying music from the Boardwalk Marina and Duffy’s. It is a great location, as it is so close to the village and right by the lake. Thank you Terri for the cruise passes-we went on the Minne-Ha-Ha. We recommend this cottage to all and would love to return.

Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway. Everything was smooth from the start. You can hear the liveliness from the local restaurants especially given that it was Americade weekend but that didn't disturb our family. Steps to second floor are slightly steep but the space upstairs is much bigger than expected. Overall a great stay. No need to use your car. Easy park and explore all over.

The place was great, short walk to the main street with shops as well as short walk to the lake. Very easy check in and check out, it was great we didn’t have to worry about vacuuming the floors and cleaning the bathrooms. That is a priceless service provided. We would definitely rent again in the future

This house was in the absolute most perfect location. We brought our 2 dogs and it was so easy to leave the house and walk along the lake at Shepard Park. We The check in/out process was so easy that I was almost questioning myself thinking I was missing things as compared to most rentals that have a laundry list of items you need to do upon checking out. The house is equipped with everything you could need. We will definitely be returning and our preference would be to book this house every time! Thank you Terri!

This was the easiest rental I’ve ever experienced. The cottage was clean, in a great location and perfect for my family of 4 and one dog. The owner was easy to work with and didn't have a long laundry list of instructions on departure. As a result, the trip was easy, convenient and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!
